Quick fast service. Only waited about twenty minutes. Had my tire changed and back on the road in no time. Late night and sitting just off the highway exit.
My girlfriend and I had to get towed from spring lake to better baker in coopersville, Michael was our tow truck driver and was very nice and although he had only 4 weeks experience at this point he was very aware and confident on how to help us. We really appreciated the excellent service since we were expecting the truck to show up in at LEAST one hour but it showed up even earlier! Thanks johns towing and thanks Michael.
Whichever driver was going east on 96 at 5:30pm on June 5th, 2019, inappropriately used his lights to get through the construction. After he merged at the bridge he turned his lights off. This is not only illegal, but quite the unethical business practices as well. Never again will I use this towing service, and I encourage everyone else to use a towing service that has higher ethical business practices.
The people of Johns towing are very pilot,good hearted people.I came there to get my jeep the day before thanksgiving.Did not expect as well as a service as I did.Thanks guys again for all help and excellent customer service.Highly recommended
