Wish I could give them no stars. My son worked so hard to be able to buy a car from them. He initially went to trade his car and was promised one price then ended up with a higher sale price and lower trade in than expected. To make matters worse he left the lot in his new car and after 2 hours of having it the lights on the dash all came on. Hes owned it less than 2 months now and has already had to put thousands more into it to get it running right. These people are beyond crooked. He then found his traded in car listed for an astronomical price after they swore it wasnt worth anything. They lied and coaxed a hard working young man who went through a life altering car accident just months prior into a death trap and screwed him out of thousands of dollars. I wouldn't trust these people ever. Ill also be filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting an attorney on his behalf.

Bought a 2004 Prius here over a year ago and they told me some obvious problems with the vehicle but it had a bad wheel bearing and they tried to play it off as possibly a bad strut. Also had to take it back after buying it the next day because of a bad fuel injector which they did fix after we talked about it and they said they would go halves with me on the price to fix it. What upset me was they have a sign on the window of the car plus verbally saying it goes through an so many point inspection that they perform there. They should have known the wheel bearing was bad which can be dangerous, I had to fix that myself at home. At the time after reading reviews, before they swapped fuel injector (which did fix the problem )I contacted a lawyer about it and he told me since it was bought used i could take them to small claims court and tell the judge what I told him, not likely to win but at the same time it would cost the dealership. I didn't do that because they did work with me taking care of the fuel injector and since then no problems with the car . But I mention that so other people can consider that option for a horrible experience at a used car dealership. Make it cost them to defend themselves in court. I think a lot of these used car dealers are a hit or miss whether you get a good vehicle or not. Just the other day my daughter was driving the Prius because I bought it for her and she got into an accident and flipped the car( she somehow did not get hurt )but it's time for a new used vehicle I just want to say if they would have covered the cost to fix the fuel injector and took care of the wheel bearing then they would have a repeat customer. Any business taking care of your customers is the key to prosperity.

Oh boy, if only I could select no stars. Go somewhere else. A more accurate review coming once these ongoing issues have been resolved. Sold me a lemon then failed to process documents. Technically they still own my vehicle. Its been 4 months. There about to see me return it.

Hands down the best shop in the West Michigan area. Staff here is always kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding of my situation. They always make sure I am taken care of with ample timelines and provide high quality service at more than reasonable prices. I quite literally would rather tow my car here when it has issues and deal with the price of towing than take it elsewhere because I trust that my service will be far exceeding average.

Pat worked with me on getting my son his first vehicle. Pat gave us a few vehicles to test drive and then suggested the 2016 Fusion AWD. It was perfect. Pat is awesome to deal with. He makes sure you are happy with vehicle choice, pricing, and financing. Station45 Auto is clean and the staff is friendly and you feel at home.

I have heard multiple bad stories about this place and now I just figured it out for myself at my own expense. I brought my car in to be appraised. He gave me a number, I came back the next day with the title, their tech drove it and found no issues but they still decided to lowball me $3000 off of what they originally offered. I wasted an hour and a half of my time with this drive round trip. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer and any of their cars that they are trying to buy or sell.

I bought a truck owned by Ross that he used for towing and plowing. He was really polite and fair on the sale of the truck. The truck broke down on the way home from buying it and when I told him about what happened he offered to have his guys look at it for me at no cost even though I bought it as is no warranty implyed. They took the truck in diagnosed it for a few hours at no charge and rebuilt the fuel control module as well. They only charged me for the cost of the ecm and installing it. He went above and beyond what he could have to help me get it fixed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Ross didn't have to cover anything but still choice to do so. That speaks loudly of his character hands down.

I purchased an 2006 Honda CRV manual from Station 45 and have beyond pleased. I drive an insane amount for work and this car has never failed me. When winter came around my Honda got me out of some really rough situations powering through icy and snowy conditions. I regularly get my beloved truck serviced here as well and I’m so thankful for the technicians and their capabilities. I have a hard time trusting people with my truck for various reasons but I’d seriously recommend Station 45. The people are kind and easy to work with!

I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V from station 45 almost two years ago and it has been a dream! Will be buying my next car from there as well, they make the difficult car buying process so easy!

I recently purchased an Audi Q5 TDI from Station 45 and couldn’t be happier! I get my vehicle serviced regularly here and haven’t had any issues. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a used car!!

Had my car in for a my tire it was leaking air. It was a month ago. Yesterday as I was riding it how was it possible for that same tire and rim to suddenly just fall out of my car? When I called to see if they can make this right they gave me this explanation of well we got to see if the studs are the problem. Hello maybe if you had done the job right in the first place this wouldn't of happen. If it was no stars I can put I would. My life could of been in danger if I had driven it on the highway. You think you can trust places that are professionally trained to do a job that there supposed to do then this happen. SMDH

Station 45 sold a car that should have gone to auction. Their service department did not replace O-rings in an engine causing coolant and oil to mix. They played it off as a potential update issue with the car's computer. When confronted with the information that their own service department created the issue, they tried to claim as is sale with no warranties. I would not recommend purchasing a car or having their service department work on your vehicle, lest they ruin your engine as well

Parker was great to work with. Stuck to his word and helped me out every way he could. Or so I thought. The car ending up having a cracked frame that Parker failed to tell me. Made my rear differential snap and almost caused a huge accident just because he wanted to make an extra dollar. No respect for people that do business like that moneys not worth somes life. Highly don’t recommend!

STATION 45 is a GOD/HEAVEN sent ???. The BEST CAR LOT I'VE EVER VISITED. They have the most best top quality service i've ever received. On top of that, they made sure I walked away with a good quality vehicle. I would definitely recommend bringing your service ????

I was asked by Parker to leave a review, one full year ago. I purposely waited a full year because I thought to myself “why would I leave any review when I barely know anything about this car or this establishment?” Parker was extremely helpful on making sure I got my 2019 Escape. I mentioned my concern for safety and reliance in a vehicle because I’m a young mother, he showed me all the cool things this car had to offer for car seats and family outings. He was very patient with my partner and i as we came to discuss mileage and repairs, car notes, all sorts of things. (First time buying a car from a lot) Within my year of owning my car, I have had 0 issues making and planning appointments/getting into contact with Station45. I feel as though I was sold a very good and reliable car that will more than likely be my child’s first car 16 years from now! Although I did read that Parker no longer works there, so if he somehow finds this- thank you ?

I had purchased my 2019 VW Golf Alltrack from station 45 about a month ago. My sales rep Parker did a fantastic job in helping me with the entire process, even though there were a couple hiccups along the way Parker was on top of it and kept me updated every step of the way, he was even on top of a issue I had after the delivery of my car and it was entirely taken care of. If I’m in the market it for a new vehicle (hopefully not anytime soon!) I would definitely purchase from them again.

i bought a car from them in november of last year and let's just say it was so bad. before i had even seen the car in person i was hounded with text saying i needed to make a move on it because people were interested as i already had my uncle put a hold on it so i could come and see it when i had a chance as i work 2 jobs. i finally went and saw it and loved it and a few days later i went to purchase it. as i was there i had said i was kind of in a hurry as i had a very important doctors appointment that day. parker told me he would go super fast. we were late for my appointment because he wasn't that fast. then as soon as i drove out the parking lot the check engine light came on. great. i then took it back as i had a warranty on it for 3 months. they fixed one issue and not the other. so a week later i had to take it back. when i took it back i also told them my window stopped rolling down. i get a call 2 days later saying the car was done but "they used up all the warranty on the other stuff" so i had to pay for the window??? how does a 3 month warranty get used up in 1 month? after that it was good for a while. until now every few weeks my check engine light will come on and then off for some random reasons. after the 3 months was up i was never going back to them as i felt they were trying to take advantage of me as i was freshly 18 and it was my first time buying a car. let's not forget they never even cleaned the car. under my hood was covered in leaves and branches. there was gunk all over the ceiling and i found food in the center counsel. fast forward to today where i was cleaning the car out as i do every few weeks, i have never looked under the back seat before because no one is ever back there. i did today and found a whole bunch of nasty stuff such as used bandages, napkins and even a used tampon that was definitely not mine! they are disgusting! would never recommend to anyone and would never go back. also i had a 90 day, bumper to bumper warranty. Nothing was discussed at time of purchase about exclusions. Oh and btw my car is capless...

Parker was awesome to deal with. Item (2022 KTM 125 SX) was just as described in the Facebook Marketplace ad. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend doing business with him.

I wish I had gotten everyone’s name so I could give all the shout-outs! I had been driving around on a cracked rim for far too long. I took my car in to have them try and patch it to keep from inflating the tire every morning. It helped and got me through for about a month. Told me they worked with Tire Rack and that if I found new wheels I liked, to call up and let them know so they could quote the install. The job came in over $100 less than if I had ordered the wheels myself and taken them to another shop. The process was seamless and I could not be happier! They shared my excitement, which made the customer service that much better. My car is a 2011 Chrysler 300c and it looks brand new! The pictures speak for themselves ??

We just moved back to Allendale after 16 years in Muskegon. Station 45 came highly recommended for both vehicle purchases and service. They serviced my wife's 2015 Lexus is250 better than the dealer and at a much more affordable price. So we bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from them. After 51 years on this earth and likely purchasing over 100 vehicles, I have never had a more pleasant experience, new or used. They truly are one of the last businesses operating with old fashioned hard work, unwavering customer service, integrity, and honesty. If there were ten stars on here, they'd still deserve 12. You owe it to yourself to go see Parker and his team.

My husband and I drove from Valparaiso, Indiana (just over two hours) to look at a vehicle at the dealership across the street from this one. After arriving and being EXTREMELY disappointed at the state that particular vehicle was in, we headed across the street to Station 45. We felt bad because we showed up a little after 4 and we knew they closed at 5 but everyone greeted us with a smile & Parker walked the lot with us. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on his lot, what they were worth, etc & the fact that there was an on site (family owned!) mechanic helped us feel confident that the vehicle we found was solid. Within a little less than an hour we test drove, made a deal, & drove away in our new (to us!) vehicle. I have no doubt in my mind that this was one of those "meant to be" situations & we're super thankful. After moving cross country & stressing over having only one vehicle for the last 3 months, we can now relax & I don't have to walk our kids to school in the snow - all thanks to Station 45! Thank you!

I pike their service. Their prices are reasonable compared to others. Their waiting area is warm, clean and smells nice. I was able to do my university assignments in their without being disturbed in any way. Plus, they are a family business. So, everything about them just screams AMERICAN!
