Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a towing company. The dude refused to help my friend and I, then somehow ended up with my the keys to my friend's car. We couldn't find the keys anywhere. It took two hours of calling this guy and multiple calls to the police to get him to come and give the keys back. In the meantime, he cussed me out and made multiple misrepresentations to me. Never dealt with anybody so unprofessional.
Edit: in reply to your response, this was 100% Allendale Towing. I guarantee that your driver remembers this like it was yesterday. He may not be willing to admit it, but this absolutely happened. And if it helps jog your driver's memory, my friend is from Ghana
Got there in under 30 minutes at almost 1 AM. Marcus was great and communicated everything very well. I was stuck in the snow and he helped me out. Minutes later, after leaving, my car was smoking and the temp gauge spiked, he turned around right away and helped me out once again. If you need something quick definitely give this place a call and ask for Marcus to help you if possible!
I was stranded at Blains in Standale and Marcus with Allendale Towing was out within twenty or so minutes of being called. Marcus was quick, efficient, safe and such a nice young guy! Got stuck in the snow today, first company I called gave me a 2 hour estimated wait time. I called Allendale Towing and Marcus was there in under 20 minutes. He got my car out quickly and was super friendly and personable. I highly recommend calling these guys first!

Outstanding service! Kurt arrived quickly, explained possible reasons car would not start (probably cold battery with low power), jump stated and followed me to service drop off. Excellent all around.

My car ended up in a very nasty ditch during a big snow storm. Allendale towing showed up within a half hour to get me out. Marcus did a great job getting me out and getting things done efficiently. I would use them again!

I had to have my wife’s vehicle towed to dealer in holland. Called them up and within a half hour they were already in my driveway backing up to garage and ready to load vehicle! Great pricing for a last minute call and Marcus was amazing! Marcus treated me like a person and not like another job, which most companies do. He even sent me a text when the vehicle was dropped off at dealers service department. Definitely will be recommending them as well as using them for all my towing needs from now on! Marcus stopped by at my house to take my vehicle to Gerber collision services and was super quick and nice! Not a single problem and got it over to Gerber with tons of communication so I knew exactly what was going on. Fantastic service!
Marcus was great, he took care of everything! He somehow managed to jump my car and then got it to the auto shop for me and the key in the auto techs possession without me having to do a thing! Hopefully I don’t have to have my car towed any time soon but if I do I’ll definitely use this place again!

Great service. Marcus showed up for my grandparents in 7 minutes flat. they didnt know how to put the car in neutral because all of the electrical was not working and He did it in seconds and showed them how to do it incase of future car issues, and recommended good shops in the area. 5 stars isnt enough. if you need anything towing or roadside related call allendale towing !!!!!

I was shopping in Allendale and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called and within 15 minutes the tow truck was there. Marcus was very professional and helpful. Not only did he get my car to the mechanic, but he also explained the issue to them, which saved me a lot of stress after my DIY attempt didn’t go as planned. My 15 year old daughter with her learners permit crashed or car.while dealing with officials Kurt was absolutely amazing about talking her through the process.
