I was stuck about a quarter mile down an unplowed road. I called B & D, and within an hour, they arrived and pulled me back to a plowed road. Great service and kind people with reasonable rates. I would definitely call them in the future if needed!
Everybody I interacted with at B & D was top notch, kind, understanding, helpful and thoroughly a joy to work with. Nothing feels better than a tow company that helps you out of a disappointing, frustrating and expensive position!
I recently got stuck in a snow drift near home and was referred to this company by another local business. I'm so glad I called! This was the nicest and fastest towing service I've ever had. Despite calling right as the gentleman and I'm not sure if it was his son or a colleague, they had just walked in the door around dinner time, and they still arrived within about 30 minutes and easily pulled me out. Truly exceptional service! Highly recommend!

Some good ol boys here!! Everyone within a 50 mile drive told me 4 hour wait to mount one tire. Stopped here and they did it while I stood there. And had a good conversation to boot. If they can do it there your best bet.
Two guys were extremely nice and helped me out in a time of need . Good people and that’s more than I can say for some other towing companies in the area.
Would Highly recommend!! I could go on & on about these guys. Not only are you fighting with your agent late at night stranded but they are as well. B&D I felt was more concerned about my safety then my insurance company. Also didn't have a problem with my Fur Baby, which is huge. Believe it or not. I wish more companies were like this. Seriously they have your back. Harley( my dog) & I can't thank you all enough.
Driving home one night and my car ended up in a ditch. I knnow yall say "it will never happen to me. I drive slow" well after 12 years it happend. 45 minutes later they were there. They say they don't take insurance at the time but you can send the bill to your insurance and get a rebate. All good, the older gentleman and younger gentleman were awsome. Didn't ask much and take card. Super nice people. Recommend

My daughter totaled her Chrysler 200 about a 1 and a half miles from B&D. The accident happened at the intersection of 131 and old Alba Road, they charge a fairly high amount, and I had a different towing company, Rick Wells Towing come and tow her car back home and Rick Wells charges about $50-100 less compared to other Towing services
Have used B&D for several services, including towing, tire changing, mounting, and rotations, and some basic vehicle maintenance. They are always prompt and professional. Very friendly crew that will do what it takes to get the job done. Overall a very experienced staff and a very comfortable atmosphere. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Currently Stuck on the side of the road trying to get out of the way for one of their trucks. They came back but "won't help us out for free" well, we wouldn't be stuck if it wasn't for them in the first place.
Super Nice Guys!! Had them take a truck of ours about 10 miles to an auto shop Mancelona. It helps that I live close to them, but literally 10 minutes after I called, they were there picking up the truck!
Today, after getting the heartbreaking news that the frame was rusted out and the truck needs to be taken off the road, Bob got me a deal bringing it home again so we can decide what to do with it. Thank you guys for being awesome, understanding and friendly in a world where I was beginning to think anyone who runs a automotive shop of any kind is a chronic grump! You guys smile! And laugh! I wanted to say a publicThank you Bob Olds and his family who owns B&D Towing. His whole family made sure we had a ride in the cold last night when it was just me and the girls with no where to go and no vehicle. His son gave us a ride in a warm safe truck and then his wife gave us a ride in her van to the nearest hotel. You never know when a small kindness can be the difference for someone's life. Then the owner of the hotel extended our check out to accommodate us not being out in the cold waiting on my husband So Thank you Lord for sending people to provide for us.
