Do not go for an oil change they will most likely ram your drain plug on with a impact! Almost ruined my hose and threads trying to get it off. Im so frustrated!
INA store is great on everything. Bought 52 Ford tractor many years ago from them.. They repaired it in the years to come. This last summer I went in to buy a socket. They did not have one to sell. A mechanic let me borrow one so we could change blades on our mower. They are so helpful and they go the extra mile to help their customers. Check them out. Amazing service, Dave was impressive at communicating what needed to be done on my 4210 tractor. After tearing it down finding major transmission work was necessary. The whole process was done in a very timely matter. Also they picked up and dropped off from my home. Not only I highly recommend Ina Store, I will not take my equipment anywhere else.
Sad to say. This place was recommended by a fellow farmer and friend. Unfortunately an extremely bad experience for me. After waiting on delivery of tractor and excavator for two months. A lot of problems with tractor and finally when I asked for a replacement and asked if the lemon law applied to the tractor, the sales manager immediately got angry and hung up on me. Not a professional place of business at all. Will not provide me with any paperwork on repairs made.

First time ever writing a review but feel It necessary in this case. Purchased a new tractor, had an issue with it as happens in life. The issue was delt with very well. I can not say enough about the honesty and integrity of the owners and service manager of the Ina Store. I can't thank them enough and just "KNOW" your in good hands on future purchases.
I am writing this review for my dad Steve Burkholder as he dont use gmail. I purchased a kubota rtv 1100 with cab and boss snow plow about a year ago, was very satisfied with my purchance experience. I felt no pressure from John in sales, he answered all of my questions respectively. Dave does a great job in service as well. Working with me for delivery at my convenience with any questions that I had. After selling a diffrent brand tractor a couple of years ago I decided that I couldnt get by without one, so being extremely satisfied with my kubota rtv, I decided to get a kubota tractor as well. Same experience with both John and Dave. I would recommend Ina Store to anyone and the kubota product. Thanks Guys. Keep up the good work

In Store Inc!! If you new lawn mower blades to a tractor they have it there!!! They have been a staple to the community of Ina to McBain to the bridge to Fremont Michigan for a 100 years!! They sell the best Caseih tractors and also Kobota tractor's too!! You will be treated well when you walk in! They are the best Case dealer in a tricounty area for sales and service! I have been doing business with them for 15 year's!! Wouldn't know what to do when they are gone!! They support the community well!! If there little Rich will sell you a lawnmower too!!
My dad bought his first riding lawn more from Ina and they were top notch 15 years ago. I had dealt with them for parts to my Ingersoll for a number of years, great customer service. Then it came time to buy my big tractor and they were able to compete with the big boys. I will never go any where else when it comes to getting a new tractor, great bunch of guys
I have been doing business with the Ina Store for several years. I've purchased Kubota lawnmowers, a tractor and RTV900. I find all of the employees there very professional. In short, I consider the Ina Store a first class business.
