Our vehicle broke down last night (would not start) we called Precision towing immediately, paid them we right away, knowing it’s getting dark and temps were 28 degrees and lowering. 🥶 we didn’t want any delay for towing not to show.
2 1/2 hours later they showed up 😡
A police 👮♀️ officer stopped checking on us…. The officer told us that Precision towing is Notorious of Procrastinating. The officer 👮♀️ made a call to Precision towing to speed them along. After 2 1/2 hrs later precision towing showed up. We were freezing 🥶 to say the least. Also, their prices are HIGH!! But, what can we say, they hold the cards. 🤷♀️😡
Was recently in a wreck in Reed City. Car undrivable. Precision Towing moved my vehicle and helped me through this traumatic experience. They were prompt and professional! Ron was very helpful with any questions that I had
Glad they were close. Promptly delivered fuel (once our insurance finally contacted them). Only downside was they only had 2 gallons to give us which luckily got us to a gas station. We were towing a camper which only gave us about a 15 mile range. I would suggest they start carrying 5 gallons. Overall happy.
Was stranded in the middle of nowhere. Had ro use onstar. They were advised I had no phone and when they couldn't get a hold of me they just left. I was only obout 300 yards from where they were. They never came down the seasonal road where I was. Even though they were advised about this.
Great service and really fast waiting time but kindy pricey to me. It might be what they all charge but regardless it cost a lot to get two gallons of gas delivered.
The last thing anyone wants to do just after 5pm on a Friday heading up north for the weekend is blow a tire far from home but still far from where you are going, but it sure makes a world of difference when you call the right people for help. So very much appreciate the service Precision Towing gave me, they were quick and courteous in dispatching someone to me, and Jeff was very professional and patient with me when I had a lot of questions for him, since I'm not particularly vehicle savvy. Would definitely recommend!
South Georgia girl gets rear wheel drive sports car stuck in the snow and mud. That was the headline on this particular January Monday Morning in Michigan. Operator Ben took great care when wenching it out, making sure to not damage any of the custom made body panels. Ben made sure the car was pulled into an area where the car would be able to get traction to pull out of the drive it was stuck in. Ben also stayed on scene until I was able to get the car on dry roadway and be on my way. I highly recommend Precision Towing and operator Ben.
Ben serviced my vehicle by hauling it out of the snow for me. He also pushed a part back in on my car. He was very friendly and helpful and made great conversation. Really stand up guy who performed exceptionally! Thank you Ben!!
