I went with a friend to look at cars and they were the best at ALS auto in Bruce Crossing I would send anyone there they did everything so she drove a new car home definitely check them out so welcoming
I bought a used car from Als and it was an all around great experience.They were patient with me when I said I wanted the car they had posted online, they marked it as sold and waited 2 weeks for me to pay them and come pick up the car. I had set up insurance prior to coming to the office so it was quick and painless once i got there, no trips to the secretary of state for registration/plates/tags...they issued me a temp plate and told me my permanent & everything else would be in the mail. About 5 minutes of paperwork and I was out the door. 10/10 would recommend 👌 Great family business putting out great affordable cars.
Al’s auto left my 80 year old mom stranded when she needed a tow. $480 wasn’t enough from the insurance company. Al’s didn’t bother to let anyone know they weren’t coming. Lame and could have been dangerous.
I had went here and test drove a truck, met the owner, got the full scoop. Put a down payment and came back a few weeks later with a check made out from the bank. In all this time the owner is telling me the warranty offered with the purchase, right up until we walk in his office for final paperwork and tell me they won’t offer a warranty on the truck because it was 20k over there limit. All the time I had spent and even test driving it, multiple phone calls with them, they didn’t share the information until the check was in hand.
And then it’s followed up but multiple failures like the transfer case within the first 2 weeks. Timing within the first year. Many other issues.
I would never buy here again and suggest everyone goes elsewhere.
One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Will be telling my friends, and going back when I need another vehicle for sure. DG
