I had a leak in my tire and needed it to get fixed right away due to me driving for working. I didn’t need to make a appointment, I showed up and they fixed my tire in like 15 minutes only charged $20 total super fast and they even fixed my tire sensor on my car for free. Amazing customer service also.
I was very thankful they was able to get me taken care in the timely manner, but did not like paying for extra for work that I told them not to do. And the little extra was way more then I was quoted!
All around worst experience in my life. The lady in charge treated me like I was a complete inconvenience to her and was extremely rude. We were told they only work with appointments and had to wait until the following day. We were 15 minutes early for our appointment the next day and was told after waiting an hour and a half for a 20 minute job that they didn't start on our tires because someone with a flat tire came in during the wait time. Apparently bringing in 2 flat tires and making an appointment is less important. Then when I asked about the age of the tires and why they were so old, I got even more attitude. Again THE WORST experience of my life. I would rather walk to West Branch or ride on rims than deal with this place ever again.
I called and asked if they had two specific tires. Yes, I told her the size. The lady who answered was respectful and told me she would check and give me a call back. She called me back and told me they had two and the price to put them on. Tory was the best part of this experience. So, I agreed and I took my car in there. They took my car around to the back of the shop. Put it up on the jack for some reason for a good 15 minutes. Took it off the Jack brought it back around to the front and put it up on a lift for another 10 minutes. Took it off the lift. Drove it around to the back again. This time they began taking off the tires. Took a total of an hour and 10 minutes to get two tires. Put on the rim balanced and put on my car. It was ridiculous. Then after I leave I noticed that they put the wrong tires on the front of my car. Now the front tires are bigger than the rear tires. Who makes this mistake? My mistake was not checking it in the parking lot. But them being the professional establishment on the other hand should have came to me and told me the two tires they were putting on the front were bigger than the tires in the rear. They did not communicate this at all. The overall experience was horrible. The wait time took forever, and the job wasn't completed properly. They did not communicate about the tires other than telling me they had the ones I called for which they did not. I should have went to Schmidt in West Branch. You drive your car into their Bay. They lift your car up. Take your tires off, put on the new ones, balance them, change them in 15 minutes and you go, WITH THE TIES YOU ASKED FOR. Unfortunately on this day Schmidt did not have my tire size. I doubt this place makes these mistakes often, but when people pay their hard earned money for a service, they should get exactly what they pay for.
After my 3rd bad experience and a non call back after the 3rd screw up I had to write a review to warn others. 1st bad experience was getting custom wheels installed on my 1995 Chevrolet 1500 in april 2024 and I was told after waiting 2 hours that they don’t have the proper lugnuts and I couldn’t drive the vehicle home, I asked if I could go check their bins myself and I spent 30 mins finding the correct lug nuts in their messy bins and finished the job myself and got to drive home, 2nd bad experience in October 2024 I dropped off a set of 4 BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED in boxes 22x12 wheels I paid $2200 for and a set of tires to be mounted. These wheels were in boxes foam wrapped and in plastic taped from the factory not a blemish to be found, they call me to come get them and I instantly noticed the wheels were scratched to hell on the lips from their machine, 3 of the 4 wheels had deep gouges and chips the size of nickels out of the black powder coating, I walked inside and complained and all she had to say was “it’s the best we could do” and shrugged her shoulders and charged me $20 less off the bill, after continuing to explain how they messed them up and showed them I was told they “came that way” , but wait, I thought “it was the best you could do” what one is it?! I called 2 more times after this install to see about a plan for replacement and I never got called back and ended up with messed up $2200 wheels and had to live with it. 3rd screw up was 2 weeks ago (I know I’m stupid for going back) BUT I was in a pinch and needed our winter ride back on the road to get my kids from school that day since our other car was down. I brought my vehicle in for a swap of the wheels ONLY to remove my rusty stock steel wheels that leaked for a set of aluminum wheels that were in better shape, after sitting in their waiting room for 3hours for a 45 minute job I kept asking if everything was ok and was told they had a hard time removing the tires off the wheel and it was ok, at the 3 hour mark I had enough and asked what was really going on and their tire tech was back there trying to bolt on my steel wheel lug nuts onto my aluminum wheels which is DANGEROUS and not correct, they once again claim they don’t have the correct lug nuts after I sat there 3 hours for them to finally tell me, I now have ANOTHER vehicle that couldn’t be driven home because the TIRE SHOP didn’t have the right lug nuts again! Not only did they jam on my wrong lug nuts onto these wheels they scratched and gouged all 4 wheels in the process, I had to get the vehicle towed to my house and had to drive 1.5 hours away to get the correct lug nuts myself. After arriving home to install my CORRECT lug nuts myself I couldn’t even get 3 of the 4 wheels off the truck because they cross threaded 3 of the studs and lugs and I now had 3 wheels with only 4 correct lug nuts holding them on, now if I need to repair my brakes or remove a wheel I’ll need to have the cross threaded lug nuts torched off which will ruin the wheels in the process, I called R&R tire as soon as I knew if this issue and they could have cared less and blamed the guy in the back instead of offering help or a solution and assured me they’d call me back the next day for a resolution. Here it is another week later and still no call just a big screw you. This place is a joke and are very passive aggressive with their customers and could care less about their mistakes. I tried to give them a chance since they’re a nearby local shop but I’ll forever drive the extra 20 minutes to Schmidt tire in west branch and will be telling everyone I know about this. DO NOT spend your money here if you care about your nice things.
This place is rediculous. The woman who works the front is rude. Treated myself and another customer like we were interrupting her and being a problem. I chose to take my services elsewhere after my experience in there today. Went to Timmy Tire in West Branch instead.
They got us in to check a light on our dash while far from home, were able to order a new part in less than an hour, and get it fixed the same day! They helped us not have our NYE plans derailed! So grateful!
Very, very rude mechanic. I took the time out of my day to help their business. He was the most unprofessional, degrading and unorganized person I've met. So rude for no reason. Maybe it's the owner, heard they're cheap and scandal their other companies into getting free parts. ANYWAYS. The mechanic needs to work for a new employer. The receptionist was kind :)

I called in for a tire change, and was given a quote per tire. It was similar to the price at big stores like Walmart (around $70 for 4 tires). I figured at the same price, I would support more local businesses. Ended up having hidden fees they never mentioned, like to take off the tire...
So total costs just to change four tires (just the labor) is $100 with their fees. Walmart is around $70, with lifetime guarantees on things like rotation.
I had the kind of auto shop experience you wish would happen all the time. I was recommended this place and they fixed my power steering module in two days at a price that was under what I was expecting to pay from researching online. Plus, they explained everything really well and even addressed for free a braking issue that I hadn’t been able to resolve for years. R & R will now have all of my business. Thanks!
Owner was awesome, I was up north hunting and trailer tire was about to blow, he got me in right away and charges a very fair price, plus he is very friendly. Highly recommend.
I just want to say to everyone out there if you’re in need of any service, Work and if you are in an emergency situation, R&R tire will get you back on the road. They are understanding they look out for you also, they do not use any scare tactics!!for repairs. Like a lot of places do.! need tires? They have tires of all sizes in stock. They truly do care about us as a customer They will get it going and running right whatever you need done they are hands-down, the best repair facility in Rose city They get your car Truck suv and even RV wore fixed as fast service as they can and keep you moving along service and polite employees R&R tire is a place to go. R&R in Rose City was great! Fast, friendly, and courteous service, that was very helpful answering any questions I had. They are my new go to for my car repairs.
We have 160 miles to get back home, there’s a leak and a front tire. We stopped in and asked if they could look at it or fix it with us. The girl at the counter said there’s no tire tech there to look at it, and she wouldn’t let us use the air to at least fill it up ourselves. Where on earth do you find a tire repair company with not a tire tech inside? If this is how they were expecting to run a business, lock up shop now.

I had traveled up to our home 8 miles north of downtown Rose City after a 7 hour drive from Cincinnati arriving after midnight. Got up and planned to run into town for coffee and some lawn care items from Ace and my truck would not start. Phoning around, the only repair business and tow company open were R&R and Sunrise. Initially Misty advised that they might get to it on Monday. Panic. No wheels over the weekend and an extra day. Once there Missy offered a loan vehicle which was awesome but our conversation was overheard by Matt who had Gage, one of his Mechanics plug in his diagnostic equipment to see what was up. There were some codes that he cleared and then he started the truck. Unreal. Matt gave me an education on fuel and fuel tank problems. Matt, Missy and Gage were and are lifesavers. If your vehicle goes down on the weekend (Closed on Sundays) you only have to make one call. Great people and great service.
I was visiting family from out of town and came in for an oil change. I usually do my own but didn't feel like climbing under the car this time. I called and Missy was able to get me in first thing in the morning. They got me in and out in no time and we're very professional. I will be back!
My parents had a an unexpected nail puncture and R and R were wonderful. Fixed it quickly, cheaply, were kind, and it held. They calmed them during a stressful time, and I am grateful!
R & R Tire is by far the best place I have ever taken my vehicles to be worked on. I have never had a problem with any work they have performed. There mechanic's are always helpful and informative and everyone there is nice. I have been going here for years and will continue for many more to come. There prices are excellent and they never try to overcharge. Give them a try and you will never go anywhere else.
Very attractive ladies working in the office fast service got me in as soon as I could with a flat tire traveling from a long distance from home. would recommend it to anybody
We were up north looking for a cabin to buy. My van had a horrible burning smell. Thank goodness we found them open on a Saturday. They fixed our van asap, and got us back on the road, to see, what I hope becomes our cabin! I think we found our up north car repair place! Thank you for being so quick, kind , and willing to take us in!
A friend of mine purchased winter tires from this company, but was given the wrong size. They then wanted an additional charge for the tires they erroneously installed, and charge more for for repairs that caused by their mistake. I recommended my mechanic to my friend instead, who he later contacted. Will never recommend this business to my worst enemy.
These guys are amazing. They always find the issues with my car so quick and fix them just as fast. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back!!
Amazing service! I came in for two tires (which I honestly know little about). They told me my tires are still in good condition. Other places would put on the tires and called it a day. R&R is a great shop with honest, hard workers, great prices and a great atmosphere. 10/10 I recommend R&R Tire LLC!!!
Always good service and they explain what's going on and what needs to be done in detail. I have never left unsatisfied with their work on any of my vehicles.
definitely got the job done however I was quoted a price of $68 to have my four tires installed apparently I had some issues with lug bolts that needed rethreaded and a few lug nuts that needed to be replaced instead of contacting me they just went ahead and did the work and my bill went up to $118 I feel they should have to contact the customer before going any further than what you've already discussed and agreed to otherwise I would have rated than five stars
I had a blowout on my camper. They were busy but helped me right away. Trailer tire price was so good I had them replace both. Very nice people and very helpful.
