On our way home a tire blew on our boat trailer on US31. It was a little after 5 pm and by 6 pm they had us back on the road. They were great and we highly recommend Ray's.
We blew a trailer tire about 5 miles away from rays, heading to a tractor show. Took the tire in, and the team got it switched in less than 15 minutes. Great service, and a great experience. Thank you!
I was in Rothbury for an event and had brake trouble. Jeff got me in and fixed up in time for my trip home a couple of days later. And their rate was very reasonable. Much appreciated
Had a set of tires balanced installed and alignment done. Was scheduled a week away for a 6hour appt. Dropped vehicle off on time, got a call that afternoon saying they had to close and it wouldn't be done until the next day because of a baseball game in early april?!? Never got a call saying it was done the next day, showed up midday to pickup. Was told multiple times it drove straight no problem. As soon as I left their lot and got on 31 I discovered I'll never be returning to this place again.
The service is excellent with fair pricing and honest work. This is a place you can trust that your vehicle will be taken care of from knowledge mechanics.

It's worth the drive to Rothbury. I had a wheel bearing changed in Whitehall 32 months ago and had to have it changed again. Should have took it to raise in the first place....
Thank you to Ray’s Automotive Service for helping us get back on the road so we could get home. We appreciate you opening up on Memorial Day to fix our flat tire when AAA sent out someone not capable of jacking up the motorhome and taking off the outer dually tire to get to the inner tire.

We blew out a trailer tire while heading to Silver Lake Apple BBQ Festival Thursday night. I believe it was Jeff who come out to put our spare tire on. I asked if he had tires to fit my fifth wheel. He said he had them in stock and would mount one up so could still travel with a spare if I could swing by his shop. He had a buddy stop in and they mounted up 4 new tires for me. We were on the road headed to Silver Lake in no time. What great service and it was after hours. Thanks again to Ray's Automotive.
With 15 minutes until close. The guys at Ray’s Automotive Service. Did the seemingly impossible. I had a strip lug nut and a broken wheel lock. They use their vast knowledge and experience to deal with multiple issues one after another to get my family and I back on the road again. The customer service was so great that I assume that I was working with the owners.
This is the best automotive shop in oceana county, they are honest and fix your vehicle's with the best parts and service they can give, you won't be disappointed for sure, you get what you pay for and then some at this business, all the employees have worked there since they started working and family owned!
