My drivers name is Joe who I cannot say enough nice things about. He gave me an ETA and kept me updated when he got delayed. He also recommended a great place to take my car to a known and trusted shop. Joe went above and beyond to help me, make sure my car got taken care of and make my day easier. He is by far the best tow driver I've had the pleasure of meeting and I am grateful he showed me to a new shop to take my car.

He picked my car up and had it at the auto body shop all within an hour of requesting a tow, and even sent me a picture of it dropped off where I requested. Exceptional service. Car battery got drained since the lights were turned on overnight. After raising a request with Progressive, Eli’s towing was assigned within couple of minutes. Haroon called and provided an ETA. He reached before time and jump started the car. All within 30 minutes after finding out about battery. Due to such prompt service even in the beginning of the day , I could continue with the routine as usual.
Kevin provided excellent service providing towing of my luxury vehicle. He took care to properly handle my vehicle in a safe manner so as to avoid damaging it. He informed me his towing company was selected by the Aston Martin brand, and identified as qualified to provide TRAINED individuals for handling high end vehicles. Kevin possessed good communication skills and kept me informed during the process of transport, due to some concerns at the drop-off site. Kevin was always professional and demonstrated a strong desire to do the job right. I felt my vehicle was in good hands. He completed the job well.
My X5. Wouldn’t start and I called Liberty Mutual and they sent out Eli towing in Wixom. X5’s can’t go into gear and be pushed but Joe knew what to do and had it on the trailer and at the shop quickly and sent me a picture. If you are in need of a tow Eli needs to be your first choice and Joe is the best. He communicated from start to finish including pictures. I will use them to tow my classic car as well! Thanks Joe

Woke up to an entirely flat tire before work and had to be towed to a repair shop, it was a super stressful morning but Eli’s made it much easier. My driver Ali arrived super quick and was wonderful and cautious! He let me ride with him to the shop and we made great conversation on the way! He is still learning English but he was great to talk to nevertheless, he is very kind! All in all, I’d recommend Eli’s any day after this experience! Shoutout to Ali, give him a raise lol!
