Called and was told to hold. No problem that’s a usual occurrence. Couple minutes go by. Still holding. Few more minutes go by, still holding. After about 6-7 minutes its rings back to the operator. Picks up the phone and hangs up. Very bad customer service it’s not professional at all.
This place is a joke they tell you parts are still on vehicle and in good condition with no damage they show up with them and not even what they said they are. one part was not even close to what I needed and the other part was dented more then a small dent like they said an interior part they tried giving me had a burn hole in it. Don't recommend going here unless you like being lied to or getting wrong parts that aren't damaged
The owner he so rude,, he speaks in Arabic and he said this customer gave us headache and it's was my first time there .. don't believe them , bad communication , don't recommended to no one
Bought a door and fender which were in very good condition. Fair pricing and Ali was very helpful with the buying process. Would use them again if needing parts.
Hustlers. That's all I can say. "I'll call you back " for like 3 weeks. So I went to their place. Wanted $250 for a tow hitch, but once I asked for the bolts to it and a piece of harness that's attached to it the price went up to $600.
I purchased some parts that had to be shipped to San Diego, their dispatch was great supper communicative and went above and beyond to make sure i received my package by changing the address and paying an extra fee out of there pocket because there was nobody at my house to receive the package which required a signature. These guys are the best!!!!
Shady operation. I bought a wheel airbag, the driver brought it to the shop, I noticed it right away. I told the driver I didn't know if i could take it because of the condition. She encouraged me to call the office. I contacted Jay, and he told me to take part, and if the customer doesn't want it, we can return it for a full refund. I have called four times this week, and I am still waiting for someone to return my calls. I called again this morning, I spoke to a "manager" who refused to take it back. He called me a liar and told me I was making him laugh. He hung up.
Be aware folks of this place. They advertise parts they don't even have! I called in the morning to pickup hood and fender, they said both still on the car and I can come to see it before removal.
I drove for 2 hours and was told "sorry those parts were sold a long time ago"!!!

This place does not honor their parts, if u get a bad part, and try to return it within the 30 day warranty period, they will not honor it and will Blane the customer or mechanic but not their part. Do not do business with these crooks.
Bought a front Diff for my BMW 750 from this place. It was leaking fluid and broke because of the leak, I brought it back and they refused to honor the 30 day warranty when I brought it back in 17 days and blamed me or the 23 year experienced mechanic who put it in.
Just called, apparently they don't sell DME modules because it's too much work to remove from intake manifold, 8 screws total for the n55 engine, is this a parts supplier or what? "Too much work to remove the dme" is why they don't sell it? I'm lost, unless this is a -u-pull- yard, which it's not- why would they not be able to sell the dme? Must have a clown at the front for the moment.
Our visit here went above and beyond our expectations. We needed a drivers side headlight for our Subaru Forester and we were having a really difficult time finding a used one and the prices on the new ones were outrageous. It wasn’t too long of a drive for us to get down there but we were running late due to thunderstorms and traffic and got there within twenty minutes of closing time. The guys working there were so amazing and helpful. I was thinking they would be mad having to deal with last minute customers. On the contrary, they were so nice, very accommodating. They got our headlight and gave us a great price and then put it in for us and made sure everything was working free of charge. I would recommend this place to anyone that is in need of car parts. I also want to give a shout out to the fellas that helped us with our car. Keep up the good work!
Very shady operation. Over a month of back-and-forth phone calls and still could not figure out a part to send for my Audi. Then was charging $300 more then what was listed on the website. Their website claims free shipping, but there is no free shipping their excuses they have not had access to their website for over 5 months. Very poor customer service was very poor business
I was recommended to this establishment by another salvage yard. One of the staff wanted to charge me for a part that I'm getting from the dealer for nearly half the price. My recommendation to anyone reading this is to take your business elsewhere!
Had an excellent experience with these guys.I drove from Windsor,Canada to their shop but it worth the time and money . I got a good quality part for a good price. They have many parts from what I have seen especially for Bavarian cars BMW , Audi ,Mercedes.

These people have everything if u need something for any import 9 times out of ten they have it. And if u just wanna see some cool cars go up there and look at the lot. I saw plenty of rare cars there. Euro and Japanese etc... I even seen a Aston Martin up there!!! Parts are extremely cheap and they know everything about the cars. Make them ur first call when looking for foreign parts
Really friendly staff. They go over and beyond to help out. I found parts for my 2013 bmw and they were in New condition. Call ahead for your parts and tell them u going to pick it up, that will save u some time waiting, and if they don't find it,they will call you and let u know before u make the trip.
Drove down from Toronto to pick up a power steering rack. I dealt with Jake, initially over the phone, then in person when I arrived. The part was on the shelf but Jake assured me over the phone it would be held for me and when I arrived he was right on point in terms or price and service. The part was in excellent shape (even better than expected) and was the staff even carried it out to my vehicle. I saved HUNDREDS as a result. I would highly recommend these guys for your European vehicle needs.
I purchased a spindle for my B6 Audi and didn't have time to put it on for a month and a half. The pinch bolt was seized and I asked if they could help or swap out. I didn't have a receipt so the black guy explained that he couldn't ask for leniency because of that and chose poor words when explaining it but didn't mean disrespect. A second guy of Middle Eastern respect over heard and came from the back and said he'll take over and took the spindle to either try to get the bolt out or get another one. He came back with it removed in like 15 mins. Great sense of customer service!
I had a really good experience here today. They gave me a great deal on a BMW tire rim and gave me reasonable pricing for upcoming repairs I need to make. Very knowledgeable about foreign cars. They are full service including collision and parts. Great find close to Oakland county and the D. Wish I knew about them sooner.
Great business. The owner Sam is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and easy to deal with. They also sell cars! I've bought cars and parts from these guys and I have always been treated well. If you need work done on your car Alan is great for that too! He is reasonable and full of great advice.

Was very friendly. Called to verify that they had the part. She said they had it. I offered a deposit if they would pull it ahead of time for me. Said I'd be by in about 4 hours and she took down my number. When I arrived, it was explained to me that they did not have the part. Wish they would have called so I could have avoided the unnecessary drive.
