Super fast, professional, and courteous! They were contacted through my insurance roadside assistance. Arrived much sooner than expected. The technician waited for me to come back to my car. I went back in the store to pay for my purchase. The gentleman had unlocked the van by then and patiently waited through the alarm as I retrieved my keys from the trunk and turned it off. Highly recommended.
Jordan's service came all the way from Southfield im a snow storm roads horrible but that did not matter they still came the Young man so polite and helpful was tricky but that didnt matter did a wonderful job and made sure I was safely on my way through back roads with large amounts of snow.... if you are looking for a reliable road service you need to call Jordan's they are great a loyal company 100 stars if you ask me thank you Jordan's. During the tow, they damage the tire rods on my wheel. When this was brought to their attention I was told to take pictures and send an email to explain the situation. After days of no response I followed up. Their response was to contact my insurance company. That's it no apologies no effort to rectify the situation. They caused over $500 in damage to my vehicle
Kevin came and got my car and was so great. Brought my son and myself home with the car. Would definitely recommend him and Jordans towing to everybody.

Warranty company arranged for tow service. I was told driver would arrive within 60-65 mins. Around the 55 min mark I received a call from driver who told me he was about 5 mins away.. Great!! My 10 year old and I had been stalled on the shoulder of the freeway for over an hour. He was tired and hungry and I was nervous about the constant flow of traffic going by - I was elated to know my driver was near.. or was he?!?!? He asked me a few question.. was I alone? Is everyone over 18? Was I on the shoulder? What’s the height of the other passenger?? Etc. I answered every question. Finally he instructed me that once he arrives I am to leave my keys in my vehicle and get into the tow truck. I responded “why would I leave my keys in my vehicle?” I’m not sure why but this clearly offended him as he immediately told me “that’s how he does things and he’s going to cancel my call and have “them” send someone else out! He then hung up on me. I called back and he reiterated that he would cancel the call and hung up again. I didn’t even get a chance to ask why? Idk what the thing with leaving keys in vehicle is but I wasn’t trying to offend. Just wanted an understanding. I don’t typically leave my keys in my vehicle unattended. Anyhow , true to his word he canceled my call and my warranty company my called to say they’d be contacting another company. My son and I ended up stuck on the side of the freeway for nearly 2.5 hours partly because my vehicle stalled but equally because the tow truck driver decided to be a jerk. I will never do business with Jordans Towing!
Took a long time, but I wasn't in a hurry. I was home and safe and he knew that. The driver kept in touch to keep me updated about why he was so late. He had some other problems. He was super nice and did his job perfectly.
Very professional handled business and delivery the vehicle and record time, there was also a confusion at the dealership and JORDAN‘s towing was the one to resolve the issue! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a tow!

The gentleman provided prompt service on a Saturday morning and saved our day. He was knowledgeable and was able to service our car in less than 30 minutes.
Missed original hour and a half arrival time. Estimated and additional 22 minutes. Added another 7 minutes to guidance. Actual showed up 1 hour 30 minutes after original hour and half making it a total of three hours post request. When he did arrive the driver drove right by me waving at him and honking my horn, I had to follow him and bring him back to the car. He threatened to cancel the tow because I had no reason to be angry.
Jordan came out and helped me out of a tight spot! Long story short, ran over a curb and messed up my car pretty bad right at the same parking lot. Jordan came out way sooner than expected, and towed my car to the repair shop which was about 40 minutes away. His prices are super reasonable (I priced checked 3 other companies in the area), and he was courteous and friendly on the drive to. Would definitely call again next time I need a tow. Thanks Jordan!
I needed a short tow to take my wife’s car about 6 miles from one shop to another. No accident and no rush. They were still there within an hour and were very friendly and reasonable priced. I wasn’t there to meet them personally, but setting it up was very simple. No one *wants* to need a tow truck, but if I do I would definitely use Jordan’s again.
Owner was very friendly & helpful to give ride home. Only flaw is tow truck driver who dropped off the key in the Dropbox of where went to, should’ve put some sort of note w/indicating car went to & name of the owner of the car etc; cause Good thing I called when they opened in morning to tell them as they we’re wondering what the key was from & to.
I had a crappy day where I had to be towed twice in one day. I was sitting on the road calling towing agencies that were hours out or didn’t answer the phone. Jordan answered and had a driver to me in a short amount of time.
I unfortunately had to have it towed later that day to a dealership, and they were able to tow my vehicle to the dealership seamlessly and without me returning to the original place. They also called me after it was dropped off and let mw know that the vehicle had been successfully dropped off. I hope that I don’t have to tow my vehicle again, but if I do, it will 100% be with Jordan’s.
Jordan was professional knowledgeable and timely. He answered all my questions jump started the car and gave me sound advice. I'm not usually impressed, but I was positively impressed by Jordan I even asked for his business card and we'll ask for him again if I ever need those kind of services. Great service! The driver and dispatcher were very nice. They made the pick up and tow much easier. It was a pleasure to pay the fair rate when we needed a tow.

Jordan’s towing was efficient, reassuring, polite and very well experienced in highway tire changes. They came in 20 mins after almost waiting 1.5 hours for the first service provider. Id choose them every time. :)
