I repaired the car, then went to them. They deceived me again and took payment again for verification and said some big amount, I refuse. I returned it home.
When I say very unprofessional, please throw the whole company away. They will make seem like their Tow Truck man is on his way, have you waiting for a long period of time and then decline all your calls. I had to put this star up to comment.
Absolutely awful. Estimated time for a tow was one hour. I started calling the shop after hour two. The dispatcher said the driver was at an accident scene and that was the cause of the delay. After hour three and a few more calls to the dispatcher the driver called me to say he was eight minutes away. I called him twenty minutes later and he said he was at the gas station down the street. After another twenty minutes I called again. And again. Won't pick up his phone. Called the dispatcher. She can't get a hold of him. Wasted four hours of my day before I canceled. If you value your time or appreciate punctuality I suggest you stay far, far away from this unprofessional, uncommunicative farce of a business.
Similar experience to the rest. Said they were stuck in traffic and didn't show till the next morning. Then the driver got all upset when I was questioning his method of dragging my car up the ramp of his flatbed with no wheels on it. He ended up doing $2k more of damage to my car. He claimed that "If there is damage I'll pay for it! I've been doing this for 20 years!" I'll be waiting for my check in the mail...
I’m only leaving a star because you have to, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had, they quoted a 45min wait time and still 2 and a half hours later the tow truck driver is “stuck” in traffic... must have been pretty heavy teaffic. Then when you call it’s always he’s going to be there in 15mins, well that is not the case. I hope you have a whole morning to waste because you will be waiting forever for this company and hopefully when you call they answer.
Took forever to come the driver kept calling saying he was 10 min.away but came a hour later. Then him and the guy with him was high, drinking and smoking..Will never use them again.
said they would be here in 60 minutes to tow. 2 hours later no calls or anything.i called insurance company. truck Operator said stuck in traffic will be there in 20 minutes. an hour later still no calls & never showed up, how so UNPROFESSIONAL. They Stink
This company said they was near me and came to me the fastest i ever seen a tow company get to a person. They was very chepa and profesional. Thanks cara motor city towing.
Call them for a tow promise me that they would be there on time they never showed up and they stop answering the phone terrible customer service and we want to know why we do not patronize our own people. . I recommend you never use his company!!!! Go to the white man and be treated with respect!!!! It's a shame how we handle business and get mad when we dont patronize each other...
We had posted my car for sale .small issue (breaks) he contacted me (Not me contacting him) with a low ball offer I then went on with a counter offer. This is all via Facebook . I offer him my boyfriend truck also min issue and low balled . I added my boy friend to the chat (via Facebook) at this point I know it's late he could of asked for a number to contact us to talk over the phone but did not. So we came to a fare amount set a time and date for pick up 5pm. So the time rolls around nothing(5:15p) , no call no message he has my address. I message him again and also my boyfriend does to, and he finally responds at 5:39p he said "My evening shift driver will be calling you shortly" it 7:15 am the following morning and still waitinf for them to show up. After I noticed he just b.s us around I read the review and now I'm kinda happy he never showed. Oh and befor I forget the money was going toward a family car that we where going to purchase just a hour after he was post come and buy ours.
Horrible business. They offer to purchase a vehicle for a set price, then when then show up to take the vehicle the offer you way less for it or they wont take it. Total con artists!
Carr's Motorcity Towing is a great company. I called them when I had gotten stranded a few months ago. They sent a truck out in half an hour. I was treated with hospitable service. The price was reasonable as well. 5 stars for a 5 star company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, if you are ever in need of a tow truck.
I used these guys because they have so many good reviews. Unfortunately they told me 45-60 minutes and 2 hours later still haven't shown up. I had high hopes, but they did not deliver.
William was very very nice. He towed my car out of a parking structure- which was very complicated. He worked with me for almost 90 minutes to get me and my car to the dealership safely at 1am where my husband met us to pick me up. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He was pleasant, very courteous, and did his job very well. I hope this review allows others to use his very great services. Thanks William!
If you ask me there the best in southfield I was only waiting 15 min for a tow truck and they beat the two other companies in pricing thank you carrs motor city towing for a great expiernce even though the circumstances you guys were professional and diligent I will use you again
Dang. Hands down best service ever. I locked my keys in my girlfriend's car, and Ali came out in less than an hour (in the evening) in pouring rain. I mean this rain was serious. Very fast, very professional.

They assisted me with changing a tire and then took my car to the repair shop faster than i expected. I trust them 100% with my car. They were wonderful, polite and on time!!!
