I'm so appalled at the lack of customer service training the driver had today. There is no way a MAN should address any woman in the manner that I was approached today. I tried to explain to the tow driver that I had my own private company en route to secure my vehicle and he became so irate. He began yelling and calling me out of my name to the point where the police officer had to step in to calm your driver down. Even with multiple attempts of the officer trying to de-escalate the issue, the driver continued to be confrontational. After leaving the scene, the driver stopped at the light and stuck his head out the window and began yelling more derogatory terms at me. I was at fear at that point. I tried calling to make a report but the person who answered the call had a very snotty attitude as well. This company needs to look into who they hire. I can't believe what happened to me today

Well run business by people who CARE. Recently, I was in accident that left my car totaled. Quality towing services made me a deal for the vehicle , leaving my costs at $0. I was unable to return for over a week. Thinking my car would be crushed along with all my belongings. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had put my stuff along with my license plate in a box and had it waiting for me. Honestly I can not thank them enough! Great customer service!
Hi, my name is Grace Chandler, and I had the most amazing experience with my driver who rescued my. He came 15 minutes after my call. So professional, nice, knowledgeable and polite. He found the problem. He made sure that I received the right repair and the right solution nearby. I was overly impressed with this service. Amazing! Setup artists for apartments in Southfield. They'll park by 7-8 am and the complex will tell them which cars to take without notifications to the owners. Beware of tow trucks that don't live there.
They towed my car and damaged it when the put it down on the ground , cracked the lower lip bumper, scratched it under and bended the grill
Further more they cause more damage to the rear wheel that provoked the tow, because they refuse to use a dolly , stating that they do not care!
Next step for me is Small Claims Court
My son was in a accident and the police came, they called this tow company and the driver charged my son an extra 100.00 to tow his truck less than a quarter mile. When we called to get the receipt to get a reimbursement from Triple A, the receipt said that they only charged him 295.00. Instead of 395. The driver pocketed an extra 100.00. Will never use this company again and I suggest that no one should....they rip people off!!!!!!!

Extremely Unprofessional Behavior from Night Shift Associate at Quality Towing
I had a highly disappointing experience with an associate working the night shift at Quality Towing. After being involved in an accident, I called to inquire about verbally releasing my vehicle to my insurance company. Initially, I was informed that I would need to call back in the morning, which I understood. However, when I politely asked for the appropriate time to call back, the associate's demeanor turned incredibly rude and obnoxious. He raised his voice and made me feel stupid for simply seeking information about my vehicle. While I recognize that it was after business hours, I was understandably concerned about the status of my vehicle following the accident. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's customer service standards.

My car was impounded on 8/17/2022. I was arrested at the scene and minutes later let go , quality towing was called to come tow my vehicle ( Buick LaCrosse) when I picked my car up on 8/19/2022 all 4 windows were down it POURED RAIN on 8/18/2022. Everything in my car stinks . From the carpet to the seats. my seats are dry and crusty from the rain and then smells like mildew from drying up . I wouldn’t recommend this business as they are also scammers . It cost 95$ for them to tow it out of the yard , while they know that if I was to hire a outside tow truck they have to have a special workers comp insurance (which most don’t have) and that’s coming out of the ladies mouth who works in the main office . So they want you to pay them the 95$ extra . Doing research on this business the prior owner was sued for something and had to step down . Now someone else is owner . Not surprising . Their is no physical damage to my car so I can’t not sue . But if there was more damage then just needing a detail I would have been . Let’s talk about attitude, every single last of them had one . The guy who did the release on my car said in I quote “ it’s your responsibility to put your windows up” this is after I went back into the office to complain about my windows . But In actuality once my car was towed from the scene everything on their property is their responsibility , my key fob buttons did not work . But it’s a push to start so there is a back up manual way to start the car . They could have had the decency to take a extra second to find that and roll my windows up for me . I was being arrested so it was out of my control at the time .

I had to have my truck towed on a flat bed, which took my roadside towing insurance a very long time to find a company willing to come out to me (I was in Farmington Hills) and the 11th call was to this place! Awesome service, the guy who came to get it was GREAT!! Personable and professional! I lost my receipt and called the company to get a copy and excellent customer service again!! Could not be happier!! Highly recommend!!
We waited for four hours for another tow service (Just for us towing) that kept putting us off and accepting closer calls. We made one phone call to Quality Tow and they were out to us within twenty minutes. They were incredibly professional and we will not deal with anyone else if we are in that area again. I could not say enough good things for this company. I am writing this on behalf of Leisure Works in Ann Arbor (45 minutes from where they got us)
Also, it’s vital I mention they were super affordable and speedy.

I locked my keys in my car and need assistance getting them out. Dominic was very very helpful! I’m was in town for work and locked my keys in my car. I was super stressed bc it was later in the evening and I wanted to make sure I had a way to get to work in the morning. I called another towing company and they came and couldn’t get it. Dominic came and got it almost right way. On top of that he was very friendly and professional! I definitely recommend them and call them FIRST! They won’t disappoint and they will save you the stress!
Our truck and trailer were towed here after an accident. We first met Glenn, the owner at the accident scene. He was exceptionally kind and supportive. We were welcome to ride in the tow truck to be taken to a car rental. We are from PA, so we spent a night in a motel. Glenn called us to make sure we were in a safe place for the night. The next morning we came to empty our demolished trailer. Glenn and his employee helped us to pry the slide out so we could access the storage in the bathroom. Our experience with Quality Towing made a very difficult experience so much easier.

Their response to Telegraph and 15 Mile was fairly quick, about 20 min. The woman who answered the phone was up-front about what it would cost, so I knew exactly how much it would cost. Service was friendly and respectful.
I had Mike show up to help me with a flat tire. Extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. Showed up about 10 minutes after I called for help and Mike had the tire changed in about 5 minutes, maybe a little faster. He then explained to me why I have the flat and what would be the best thing to do next. He made the process very easy.

I have been dealing with Quality Towing since 1987. The owner and the drivers are all wonderful human beings. My whole family has used this company in the past. All of their equipment is brand-new, fully insured and great looking. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a tow. I wish I drove a junk car so they could tow my vehicle more often.
My VW broke down at the coffee shop. Quality Towing was very punctual and quick to get my car loaded up. The driver Mike was very polite. My car was loaded with extreme care, and was delivered to the dealership just as quick.

These guys were great! I had an unfortunate incident where my apartment complex had my car removed while I was out of town. I got back, talked to the apartment staff to find out where my brand new Lincoln MKZ was taken and called up Quality Towing. The office staff was very professional on the phone and when I came in to pick up my car. They took care not to scratch or dent my beauty when the loaded it, towed it and stored it for 4 weeks. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!!
