The absolute BEST collision shop ANYWHERE!!! The owner is a great guy and the receptionist Bailey is awesome. And .. the work they do is 2nd to none. My truck looked brand new and it's 7 years old. I can't thank them enough.

I highly recommend South Lyon collision. They did a great job fixing up my Honda after a deer accident. Always pleasant when I called to check on the car and ask questions. Helped me through the process, this was all new to me I've never been in an accident. They were very friendly and easy to work with. My car looks fantastic (great job on matching the paint) and runs great after the repairs.

RUINED MY CAR!! South Lyon Collision knows nothing about BMW's. My insurance made me go there for a parking lot hit and run that resulted in the driver's side front quarter panel being dented. My car was 100% fine besides the dent but I figured I had insurance I should get it fixed. They had my car for SIX WEEKS and when I got it back all of the electrical for the car was destroyed! The instrument cluster does not work, nor do the windows, nor do the turn signals, the list is endless! My insurance TOTALED my car I had for years because of all of the issues they caused and did not fix! BEWARE they are clueless now and I would not trust them ever again!
A great place. They worked with my son who had a limited budget to repair his car. It was done in a couple of days and it ended up costing less than they quoted. Highly recommend!

I’ve brought several work vehicles and personal vehicles here to Josh and team for minor bumps to major accident damage repair. They handle everything top to bottom and make the most of your time. They don’t take the vehicle until the parts are in shop so you don’t waste your rental time, they email and text updates and if they run into any issues, handle the supplemental claims process, and just do top notch work. Recommend to anyone.
I can't say enough about the service and quality of work. To the untrained eye, you can't even tell my vehicles have had a moderate amount of damage from teenage drivers. You won't be disappointed.
On my insurance company's recommendation, I brought my car here after an accident resulting in rear end damage. South Lyon Collision repaired the damage in a timely manner & it looks just like new again. They not only did a first rate job on the outside repair but had the inside looking & smelling like a new car. This is my second encounter with this firm & received excellent & friendly service both times.
I had hood damage to my Audi after hitting flying debris on the highway. My insurance only wanted to pay $26, but Josh at South Lyon Collision got them to pay over $300. He is also helping me get reimbursed for replacement of the clear protective mask done by a different vendor!
On top of that, the work was absolutely top notch, like it never even happened. The metallic red paint matches perfectly and the work was completed when they said it would.

Excellent service and excellent work at an excellent price. I couldn’t be happier. This was my first time using SLC but I’ll be bringing my other projects to them after they proved that the hype about their business was real.
Fixed my car dealing with my oppsie, I asked if they could also fix something unrelated, and they did that too. They also cleaned the inside and put in air fresheners, along with washing the outside. Nice people. I'd go again for more fixes.
I've dealt with this shop at least 5 times over the last 10 or so years for various fender benders and other body issues. They run an honest business with very fair pricing, work well with their customers, complete work in a timely manner, and always communicate any pertinent information that might come up during a repair.
This shop works to complete repairs in an economical manner. For example, I had a broken bracket on a side mirror and while another bump shop wanted several hundred dollars to replace the entire mirror body (despite the mirror still being 100% functional!) SLC simply replaced the broken mounting bracket for a fraction of the other quote I received. They do excellent paint work including spot painting and sanding. I've had them paint two bumpers that were structurally fine spare some plastic gouging. The sanding and paint work at SLC is superb. As an added bonus they've always vacuumed and washed my cars when they finish their work. I'll continue to give this shop my business as long as I'm in the area.
Not only does the car work perfectly now but it looks and smells like a brand new car. They do amazing work here. I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do I'm definitely coming here.
I was very happy with the experience and work that South Lyon Collision did for me. Not only did they do an awesome job on repairs, but they did it quicker than estimated and detailed my interior on top of it.
South Lyon Collison has worked on several items for my Harley
Davidson over the past few years. Their paint jobs are top notch even on custom paints. Any harley owner just won't let anyplace work on their pride and joy, but South Lyon Collision is a place I know the work will be outstanding quality. Also,had them work on my truck and again nothing but quality work.

Best collision shop I've ever been to and I've had the "opportunity" to visit a few! They are completely professional, provide quick and honest quotes and the work I've had done there has always come in under the quote, what a nice surprise! The work that they've done has always been top notch, especially the painting, and the cars are returned in immaculate condition. All around a thoroughly exceptional experience!

As a driver for over 5 decades, I have had several occasions to take my car to a body shop.
My car's visit to South Lyon Collision was the best I have ever had. I couldn't be more pleased.
The car has special paint that changes color with different light angles. I was concerned about their ability to match it. Another shop declined to work on the car because of this paint.
It came out perfect.
The car is 7 years old and looks like new.
They were very helpful and accommodating with a couple of extra things I wanted done beyond what the insurance covered.
It has always been a difficult decision where to take my cars for body work. No more. I know where to go next time.
