I am only giving this place a one because that's the only option that I have. I have purchased not one, but two rack and pinion parts from this store, the total was 1263.17$ for the second part. When I came to return the part that went bad in UNDER 30 DAYS, MARTY, THE MANAGER/CUSTOMER HELPER SERVICE GUY THERE FOR THE PARTS STORE, told me I needed the original box that the new part came in with the old part in the new box. NEVER EVER DID HE TELL ME THIS. HE IS NOW REFUSING TO RETURN THE 1200+$ PART, saying ive been doing this way longer than you have and thats too bad "nothing I can do." HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME. 4 OTHER STORE EMPLOYEES were standing there and all just said, "WOW THAT SUCKS!" I asked very calmly the first 3 times to have the ORIGINAL RECEIPT for the 1st rack and pinion that was purchased at their store. I WAS IGNORED. NO ONE, NOT ANY OF THE 4 OF THEM went and got Marty, went and asked him for the original receipt, didn't punch anything up on the computer, NOTHING. PHONE WAS RINGING OFF THE HOOK, and they did ask Marty about that and told him who the called I.D. said was calling and out of the 4 phone calls I was there for, MARTY TOLD THEM TO IGNORE. MY ENTIRE CAR WAS 1800$, ive paid 1263.17 THIS TIME FOR THE PART AND CORE, NOT TO MENTION THE 400$ to the mechanic that GAVE ME A DEAL TO REPLACE THE part that WENT BAD IN UNDER 30 DAYS. THAT WAS FOR THE SECOND RACK AND PINION. paid the same mechanic 300$ for removing and installing the first 1. I've GOT WELL OVER 1800+ IN THAT STORE ALONE, TO BE IGNORED AND PHONE CALLS IGNORED WHILE STANDING THERE AND NO ORIGINAL RECEIPT GIVEN TO ME SO I CAN CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER MYSLEF BECAUSE THEY SAID "MAN THAT SUCKS." NEVER EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. AND TO TOP OFF THE CAKE....MARTY IS A FAMILY "FRIEND". WOW, JUST WOW. GUESS YOU DONT KNOW SOMEONE UNTIL IT COMES TO MONEY. SMH.
Staff is great! One of many reasons i shop there. If they dont know a answer they will actually find it out for you not just tell you they dont know.... Jen is the best!
Counter guys were extremely helpful they didnt stock what I was look for but were glad to help me find other options you just cant beat a auto parts store like that thanks guys for your help
