South Street is by far the only place I trust the safety of my family with. They are thorough w/o trying to take advantage. Also providing next level service with FREE loaner cars and a warranty on their work.

I recently had my car serviced at South Street Auto, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, provided an honest estimate, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that truly values integrity and customer service. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and my car was fixed right the first time. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was outstanding.

They were all very friendly and knowledgeable..I brought my vehicle in and it was a simple switch that stuck in 4 wheel drive..I used there shop car which drove great..I was expecting a larger bill but there honesty showed when my bill was under 50 dollars..definitely coming back...thank you guys..

The only place I could find that would service my car by appointment, they took my car at the scheduled time, did a great job at a fair price, and completed the job sooner than expected. A great group of guys there, all friendly and considerate. They have a clean, comfortable waiting room and plenty of convenient parking. As Arnold would say, “I’ll be back.” ?

Lovely group of people here. Honest. Friendly. Priced fairly. Good quality work. And they actually do complimentary safety inspections. I was even offered a snack from Nate!

While I haven't personally had service done here, my son has. He just recently purchased a used car that he took to South Street for an inspection before the purchase. All the staff has been courteous and explained everything very well. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience getting my car fixed at South Street Auto Care. The problem was diagnosed quickly, communicated clearly, and I really appreciated them giving me affordable options on what to prioritize based on what we could get fixed at the time. Also nice that they do a full inspection so we are now aware of what maintenance we will need coming up on our vehicle and can budget appropriately for that. Everyone I talked with was very kind, patient, and helpful (especially John and Drake!) The free loaner car was a lifesaver allowing me to continue getting back and forth to work for the week too. These guys did great! Wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with my car after my own Google/youtube diagnosis. I set an appt and took it in, customer service was phenomenal! They gave me a loaner and I had my car back within 24 hours!

I had a great experience with South Street Auto Care. They did a lot of work on my car and they didn't overcharge me. They also gave me a loner car for free. On top of all of that, their customer service was fantastic!

Had a basic oil change. Staff did a great job and I didn’t have to wait long. We’ve been to South Street multiple times and every time they are courteous and get the job done.

Appreciate their honesty! Currently driving a loaner. A premature diagnosis led to an unnecessary part being ordered. They are not charging for that part, though it is installed. Waiting for the actual faulty part to arrive to complete the repair. We appreciate their operating philosophy/principles!

Great Auto Repair shop. My car was fixed within the day. There is still what sounds like tire-rubbing whenever the car’s suspension bounces after driving over a bump at high seeds on the interstate. I told the mechanic & office about it and would like if they got back. Nonetheless, great repair shop.

Fixed the problem and provided a complimentary loaner. They did an engine swap after our Subaru had catastrophic engine failure. Great to work with, finiahed the job almost a day sooner than expected. This visit had a hiccup at first but all was made right in the end.

South Street did a great job getting my son’s car back on the road. Nate answered all my questions about our options and so we could make an informed decision about what repairs to make. After that he made sure we knew the status of the parts arriving and when the car would be ready. I definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend this place! They were very friendly, Helped me out on the cost, Gave me a free rental car to drive while my car was in their shop, Answered all of my questions and made me feel very cared for! They fixed my brakes with new pads rotors and calipers - did both axles and I was enrolled to get a huge discount on my next oil change!

If you have ever had a bad experience with a car repair shop and hate the process, South Street Auto Care will change your mind. Drake was very attentive to my concerns about the diagnosis from another Toyota service dealer nearby. I was referred to South Street Auto Care by a friend who had previously used your services and was very satisfied with not only your service but also your caring and concerning attitude towards the resolution of her car issues. I was so pleased and felt totally comfortable with the plans to fix my Toyota Prius Hybrid. Drake shared with me his experience with servicing the same Toyota Prius Hybrid Cars and was very familiar with the engine, and was frankly durprised that my car presented with the rare gasket manifold engine issues with my 2019 Toyoita Prius car. I trusted him because of my friends recommendations, and now that my car is fixed and running more beautifully than when I bought it 11 months ago., I know that my investment in the service provided by you is well worth it.! Had one vehicle inspected and the other vehicle had alternator replaced. The service advisor called to let me know what the issue was and explained everything in great detail. I really appreciated that because then I was able to make a decision whether to go ahead with repairs or not. The service advisor Drake even called Discount Tire and explained to them that I had a defective tire and did not need an alignment as Discount Tire suggested. Great place which provides excellent customer service!

Best place ever! Highly recommend for anyone in need of mechanical services. Everyone is so kind and understanding. They are amazing at communication and so helpful. Matt worked with me and he was amazing!! Matt answered all my questions and he is very caring. Logan is great as well. He did some work on my car and did a great job. Truly appreciate such a caring mechanic shop. They are always there for any questions. They even gave me a rental so I would not be without a vehicle. Truly appreciate their time. If you get work done there as well, you get a discount on future oil changes for a limited time as well.

I will only use South Street as I have been taken advantage of by my previous car dealer. The are friendly, honest , timely and to the point. Great customer service! Will always recommend them!

This place is the absolute best. We don't take our cars anywhere else. Kirk, Drake, Nate... everyone there is awesome to work with and has taken great care of our vehicles for years. Can't say enough good things about them.

Drake is awesome. I had my MIL car towed there because it wasn't running and at the end of the day, we decided to scrap it because it just wasn't worth fixing anymore. The 20 year old car w over 225K miles on it had a good run. Drake was patient, explained everything clearly, and provided sound advice. He even went the extra distance to try and get the car started but in the end, it was time to let it go. Great place w great employees.

I dropped off my car for wheel alignment. A couple of hours later Drake called me and made it sound like the sky was falling and the car was so dangerous to drive, it needed immediate repairs. He quoted me 40% of what I bought the car for 13 years ago. At that time I knew he tried to up sale me on unnecessary repairs and the prices he quoted were extraorbitant. I opted to pick up the car as soon as possible and never come again. It is pity. I had the same vehicle serviced by them a few years ago and I was satisfied. Times change. Response: Well, please send me those pictures! I’d love to see what you mean by “broken springs “. I better replace them since I am driving about 80 miles a day. Below my rear coil springs.Don’t seam to be “broken “.
