These guys are the best and its not close. Almost everyone in the shop will take the appropriate amount of time to talk through issues and propose solutions.
Great, helpful, knowledge, staff that truly care about you issue. This may sound crazy but they all are capable of thinking so if they don't have exactly what you need. They use their brain and can give you a comparable option. Or an option you may not have thought of. "Experience" is what they call it. Hard to find these days.
I've been using highland auto value for over 20 years. The amazing part is that all these years later, I get to deal with the same knowledgeable employees that were there when I was a teenager and now get to know the newer staff that are extremely helpful as well. As a business owner myself, I can really appreciate when staff goes the extra mile to help out a customer and highland auto value excells at that. They cleaned and bored out a block for me. They were quick and very clear about their turn around times. They have the best pricing too. 10/10 would recommend and it’s worth the drive to go here.
Stopped at store Sunday, was helped by Brian. He did an OBDII test, explained all the results, and helped solve my issue with a Dodge Grand Caravan. Great talking to a person with years of experience vs. some kid working part time after school.
I tried to bring back a ball joint and swap it for a cast iron one because they gave me the wrong one and they wouldn't do it for me I even gave him the part number and he said that it didn't come from his store and you're a liar so go ahead and lie.
This place had quality parts, and no-nonsense service.. they answered questions and the prices weren't too bad. What else could you expect from an auto parts store. Shop locally if you can, and give them a chance.
Auto value is a great place to go for all of your car and truck parts. You can't beat the people and how they go out of there way to help... Doug brought me a fan belt when I was on the side of the road so I could get back home. Excellent service...
Small town feel, while everyone I talked to were very knowledgeable about many things, and all were very helpful, if one person couldn’t answer a question about a product, they asked someone who did. We got my entire order pulled together quickly and I would recommend this Auto Value store to everyone.

Some of the best people here always willing to help you, they go out of their way to help you. There are also super knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. They also can get parts for you super fast always get my parts within the day! Great people great company, some of the best people around. Highly recommend Auto Value in highland to all my friends and family.
Got quoted $100 for doing wheel bearings and seals. Was told it was $150 when I picked them up because of having to do the seals. Parts look good but that isn't the best type of customer service. If they would have called to explain the change in price to make a choice of moving forward or picking up my parts, it would have been one thing. But to not say anything and just stick me with the higher price sucks.
