If you like honest hard working people. This is a place for you No B.S. I went to put a deposit down on shaft for my uncle. I couldn't have felt more comfortable and service was 5 star. I'll go back for sure in the future and buy parts from them. Honest, hard working group of guys.
My brother in law and I have been dealing with Jack at Holly Auto Parts and his customer service is amazing! I called 10 minutes before close last night in desperate need of 4 tires for a Jeep for a customer and he called me first thing this morning with confirmation that he had them. I was able to have a driver drop off payment and my brother in law pick them up on his lunch hour. Any time we call for parts Jack is so incredibly helpful! Thank you!

rim i needed was ready when i got there. guy at the counter was very nice and helpful taking the core out and putting the new part in my car for me. loved the small town atmosphere but slightly confused on the street name change when driving thru town. and WHY are the street name signs so high???
When I was in need for a 4.0 inline6 I searched far and wide, then a friend gave me the number to this place! They had it pulled and ready for pick up, by the time I got there. Not to mention,. it was the best price for the same motor with the same miles anywhere else around in that part of michigan. I'd recommend this place and I'm glad I got my jeep on the road again
Needed a rim for a 2008 chevy trail blazer, they only charged me 78 for the rim plus the cost to put my old tire on the new rim. " discount " tire would have charged me 185 for just the rim and 20 to put my old tire on. These guys were super friendly, priced great and had exactly what i needed. These guys were great.

poor customer service. called and was quoted a price for a part, explained I had to get authorization to order part. called back to submit order and was very rudely cursed at and said they decided not to sell the part then hung up the phone. did not give name of whom I was speaking with, but it was a grumpy old man. will not do business with this place again.
Came here for an escape door handle, they pulled one for me and it was far more affordable than new online. Came in for floor mats for my envoy today. Got exactly what I needed for a solid price. They are straight forward here, no bull.

I was so happy to find this place. Muffler man was going to charge me 400-1000 to fix my car and instead i holly auto parts fixed my car for less than 200 and the parts were cheaper than any other place i called. I would highly recommend and will be returning next time i need my car fixed. They were fast efficient and fair priced. They had my car towed and fixed in one day.
Place had no idea what they were talking about. Went in to pick up a LS hydraulic pump as mine is leaking. And they handed me the fan. Though when I talked on the phone they knew what I was talking about meaning the pump itself. If I could give 0 stars I would but Google doesn't allow that.
Talked to them twice regarding a hood they had. He gave me a price which was top end of the market but it was the hood I needed. Drove 1 hour to get there to find out the hood was a total piece of junk. The hood on my car after getting smashed by another car was in better shape then what they had for sale. To make it worse they had pics of the hood online showing it in pristine condition. JUNK-yard is definitely the appropriate term for this place!
Bought a transmission and a starter from these people, not only was the trans I bought in WORSE shape than then one I was replacing, the starter was just as well. Not happy. To make matters worse I had to fight with them to get my starter CORE back. They expected me to pay for my own core! The secretary, who answers the phone, who's initals are JMO, is a very rude woman. Sounds like an angry, rotund man who has no life, besides ripping hard working people off.
Have taken several vehicles there over the years, they have been professional, very prompt, and fair to me each time. They have been very honest and have referred me to other reputable places when they could not help me. They have never treated me in any way except courteously.
Had some grand am trouble. They got me the hub I needed for cheap, and then they let me exchange it when I found out it was actually something else. Prompt service, nice guys. Thanks!
I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! There was a very ignorant man who works at this establishment, he became ignorant over a simple misunderstanding, and then sold me a bad part! When I had my girlfriend try to return the part after work today, he also became ignorant with her, and told her it wouldn't be replaced because it's an "electrical problem". She was almost in tears coming home today. What an ignorant POS of a human. He insults people's intelligence if they don't know about cars! I would rather drive 20 min away than to ever go back.
Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE customer service, was calling for a quote on parts and the guy couldn't give me a straight price. And told me that I couldn't get a part below a certain price anywhere in the world, when really if he was aware of his competition (like a smart business would) he would know his rates were way over priced. He then proceeded to get frustrated, telling me he didn't want my service and hung up on me. Very Unprofessional. I would give Negative stars if I could.
