The owner is a terrible person doesn’t know how to run a business he will cuss you out if you have one small inconvenience place should be shutdown and it’s very dirty and very ugly
the owner is very racist he told pick up a part at $50 and when i got there he told $250 and i told him we agreed on $50 but he started speaking to me in arabic which i didint understand and i told understand you and he started verbally harassing me in his native language i tried reasoning but he would not go dwon on the price which doesent make sense because we initially agreed on $50 for the part i think i thought was arab and thats why he gave me the deal $50 but when he found out i wasnt he went up on the price so this is very discriminating i will take my business elsewhere
Bought an engine and it didn’t turn over right, found a screw down the intake runner… So now I have a damaged valve and valve seat and it probably won’t run right. Also the guy punched a letter on the transmission mount face… that’s a flat face that the trans needs to mount to flat, so I’ll have to file that down in order for it to sit right. Won’t buy from again.
Terrible place selling bad cars use other guys to sell them so he can constantly say he’s just a dealer he don’t work on the cars he selling or check them out so be aware.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Horrible if I could give them zero I would very horrible attitude. The guy didn’t even want to talk to me all asked do you have an axle for a ford he said no. Fine then I asked him I have no question for a different car he hung up. Don’t do business with these people. Spend the 30 dollars more and buy them from an actual parts store.
So I just purchased a vq35hr motor from them. It says they test their motors to make sure it runs s well. I installed the motor which took me a week because I did it myself in my back yard. Bought all new fluids which cost 150 extra dollars only to find out the motor locked after first start. I am tired and beat from the installation and now devastated because I'm out time and money. They said they will exchange it after I bring it back which is o.k. but do they not realize how hard the struggle is to do all that work only to find out that they didn't test the motor. Ya I should've checked but why if they state that.. I am going back and hopefully they will rectify this wrong. If they do I will definitely post how they did.
Only pro to this place is the girl in the front and owner are very nice and polite. As for the cons, i believe the vehicles you buy off auction should be test driven before you pull the motor and trans and sell to your costumers. I purchased a transmission from this place from a 2008 BMW 335i coupe they had. I looked up the vin and found the car had flood damage and i asked the owner if the transmission was still good. He advised me it is perfect since the transmission is sealed and the car had 120K miles on it. After purchasing the transmission and a few other parts, I had to wait for a shop to be able to install it and that took about 45 or so days. After installing it my mechanic told me the transmission is slipping 3-4. after labor i was down around $2500. Soon after i called and they said my return period was only 30 days and that’s only for store credit. How can you expect me to install a transmission in 30 days? that’s not where the story ends either. i pull a vin report from the car the transmission was pulled from and it shows an odometer record of 180K from 2020? Cmon man, not cool.
Horrible customer service!! Sold me the wrong part then tells me NO MONEY BACK only store credit for a part that the owner hussein hodroj sold me..gets upset when I said why store credit since you sold me the WRONG PART. He cursed my whole family out then started threatening me. All reviews are very similar on here. This place is a rip off..state of Michigan will be hearing from me to prevent other innocent people from getting hit with this SCAMMMM
Worst service ever. I wish I can give less than one star. I tried them multiple times for our business. Every time I call and ask about the part they said they have it and when I drive up there to go pick it up they either can’t find the parts or they say they don’t have it most of the time they try to sell me the wrong part just so I can go and not complain this is very unprofessional. They waste my time to drive to their location and then they just say sorry, It’s not fair to waste peoples time and just say sorry that doesn’t work for me. I recommend avoiding dealing with this place.

I am reviewing from Ideal Auto Sales & Service in Negaunee, Michigan.
We purchased an air bag control module from Sam's Auto Parts and upon installing it in our customers vehicle, we found out it was not the right part. We immediately contacted the company and were advised to ship the module back and a refund would be given as they did not have the part we actually needed. We went ahead and shipped the part back (we have proof of shipping and the tracking number from the post office even). After over a week of the part being shipped back to them, we had not received a credit. We called and spoke to a man who said "Electrical parts are not returnable, no one you talked to said to return it". We provided him with the employees name that we talked to and gave him all of the information we had. He again argued with us saying that no one there had said to return it. After weeks of calling, emailing, and faxing Sam's Auto Parts trying to get our refund, they just quit replying to us and stopped answering our calls. We are a small family owned and operated auto repair shop and this is so wrong! After months and months of trying to resolve this issue, we have decided to give up on contacting them about our refund and have resorted to leaving reviews for their business, in hopes of helping another customer and hopefully preventing something similar from happening in the future. We are not only out the cost of the part, but shipping as well. Buyers be aware!!!
We will never do business with Sam's Auto Parts again.

Should of looked at the reviews before purchasing. Worst experience ever. They DO NOT test parts whatsoever, bought a electrical part from there, asked if it was tested before because it was not a cheap part. Took it over to a shop they charged me labor and the part didnt even work, had to buy a new one and get it installed again, and they wouldn’t refund me my money. Kept making excuses that he doesnt have the right amount in the drawer for a refund and to come tomorrow, for three days straight, i ended up throwing away the part. place is a scam, and so is “sysco” an employee there.
If there is a star under zero I will chose for him. They give u wrong parts then tell u no refund Scammers and crooks!!!

Waiting for a refund on a part they were supposed to have shipped on Aug 7. Been emailing and calling them ever since we placed the order for an update. Finally got one. They never shipped it. This is 2 weeks after the order was placed. PAID IN FULL VIA CREDIT CARD. Calling visa tomorrow to file a report. Also talking to my lawyer. Shady business practice. I have been running a automotive repair facility for over 10 years have never been mislead this way. Disgusting. Straight lies. Stay away from this company.

My experience at Sam's Auto Parts was very good. Sam was extremely professional and helpful over the phone as well as in person. Once arriving there, Ralph was also a huge help with quickly obtaining the part that we needed. The part was in decent condition and was a fair price. We ordered a part on Saturday and paid $200 for it. They arrange to ship it on Monday. Never delivered it, so we called and they said they want more money!!! Scammers will never do business with again
My son ordered apart from them he called many times to make sure it was the correct part . He had to pay a extra 200.00 for shipping. It was shipped directly to the dealership. When it was received it was the wrong part not even close. They even said it was there fault. They want him to pay another 200.00 to ship it back then pay another 200.00 to ship the correct part. He in in the Navy and we all know they do not make a lot of money the are scamming him. Do no buy form this company the are scammers?????
Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a part on Monday was told it would ship on tuesday. Then on Thursday they call and tell me they want more money for the part even thought I was told it came as a complete unit. Finally got them to send it complete and was told it would ship that day. Called back Friday to get tracking number and was told it still had not shipped. Then called Saturday and was given a tracking number. On Monday ups still told me tracking number was invalid. Tuesday was assured it was sent out friday and told if I didn't have it on Wednesday I would be refunded my money. So Wednesday I call and they tell me it was just shipped on Tuesday and when I mention they said they would refund my money was told they never said that and to get bent. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!
