Horrible customer service…waste of time and gas… You have to come there pay for a radiator first, then waste more time and gas to come back the next day…AND THEY DONT CARE IF YOU COMING FROM A FAR DISTANCE
Buyer beware. Bought used transmission for my auto shop “tested good” refund was issued for faulty transmission but drive time, supply’s, and labor adds lots of extra cost and frustration.
They promptly called about my part's availability. Less than half of the price of other yards.
HEADS UP ... If you are coming from far away, call first and ask if the part you want is on the shelf or still on the car. Don't expect them to remove the part while you wait. They need a deposit before they remove a part.
Drove 45 minutes to get a part from these people. The part was no good. I called to see about a replacement part Thursday. They told me a new part would be ready by the end of the day and they would call when it was ready. End of the day Thursday no call. I called Friday, they said they would call when it was ready. No call by the end of the day Friday. Called mon. Same story. Called Tuesday Same story. Finally 1 week later. I got the part from my mechanic. I said forget it at this point I just want my money back. I drive another 45 minutes I get to the yard and they say they can't refund my money. Something about the part doesn't look the same as when it left. I tried to explain to them that My mechanic had to Install and take it apart due to it not working. And basically the part is junk. These people are definitely not business minded people. I am not even sure how they are still open for business. Please don't even waste your time and money on these people.
I called in to get my parts they said it will be ready by tomorrow morning I went to pick them up from the Ferndale location in the afternoon but they told me they have to get the parts from Roseville location I waited two days call In To see if they arrive they told me it will ready the next day and they will deliver it to the shop It took them a week and a half to deliver them which I already got the parts from somewhere else worst experience bad for business
I just wanted so say that the employees at Highway Truck Parts are friendly and knowledgeable and do not intentionally try to deceive anyone! Due to the pandemic it is very difficult to keep staff coming in daily, everyone is scared, therefore there are some delays that can not be helped. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience, but we are doing the best we can.

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt being polite i call over here to make sure that my part was on the Shelf took time out of my busy day to come all the way over here only to be lied to and said no you have to wait another hour it's on the vehicle what Integrity does a major business like this hold wen the customer is not considered? Nice job. I think I'll be going to Holbrook or Broadway for now on
Made me pre pay for the part that took 2 days to pull. Then when I get there to pick it up it's not ready because the guy went to lunch and left it locked in his truck. I have bought from here before and had no issues but this was just ridiculous.
we have bought atleast 100 plus engines from josh. amazing people, great service and very very respectful.
we have bought parts worth totalling atleast 50k. Overral experience has been 10 star. I wish i could rate them more. Josh and team doing an amazing job. and they are very respectful towards their customers.
Dec. 28th (Saturday), called regarding a door for my 08 Vue, they had it in stock and undamaged as they stated on the phone... Within 2 hours they had the door pulled and ready for me to pick up... Not at all disappointed with the condition of door or the service provided on a short Saturday business hours... Excellent company and will GLADLY call them again when looking for parts on 1 of my many vehicles...

I called to try and sell my old junker car and they put me on hold for about 5 minutes then when the lady finally picked up the phone she was very rude. I told her the make and model and she didn’t care at all about it and said they weren’t interested. Terrible service and rude people never gonna go there.
I ordered a wheel on wed dec 4th. we called 3 days straight to find out why the wheel hadn't arrived, we were told each day that they forgot to ship it. on Thursday the 12th a very rude man informed us that they actually didn't have one in stock. we had to call again to get them to credit back our card. terrible service!
Very friendly and safety conscientious they had us put on safety vest and escorted use to the cars and a nice you man helped us with our part selection. They were very busy and told us up front it would be today or tomorrow for them to pull parts which is fine by me.
Guys at the counter have decent attitudes. They will do their best to find your part and get it in a timely matter. Decent stock, decent prices. I've bought several parts from these guys and they have all been in working condition.
Just order your parts new online. They told me they no longer had the insurance for me to take the parts out myself and wanted 170 to take out the parts I got brand new for 140 shipped to my house online. Staff seemed to have no idea what was even going on as well and offered very little in the way of information.
Very disappointed. Bought a starter for my son's car And of course one day after the warranty it quits.. stranded on the side of the road smh.

After reading the review I was contacted and told they would absolutely stand behind the product even though it was a little over the 90 days. They allowed me to go to a store that was more convenient I truly appreciate it. Thank you
This is a great place for parts. I got all the parts I needed for my car. Good prices. They have a place in Roseville also. I lived closer to this place so some parts were delivered here for my convenience. Great customer service. Bob was very nice and made sure I got all the parts I needed.
Called about a part and was told that I had to come down and look at the vehicle to see if the part was on there. I was quoted a price that was about the same as a new part would be. Before I could finish saying that I would just buy a new one the person helping me said "good"and clumsily hung up before. Not very helpful.
Great place to buy used parts. Ask for Josh. He is very hands on always making sure you get what you need. Call him anytime. He always finds time to check on your parts progress and always calls you back. He loves his customers and would never look down on them.
This place is great!! Counter guys were very helpful and friendly. Came all the way down from up north and they helped us get the bumper we needed. Also discounted price because it was a little damaged.

when I first walked in there was 2 men behind the counter & one man walked in & walked out from the back then another. one guy was holding a hand full of titles in his hand going through them, & even talked with the other worker! nobody said one word to me for at least 3 minutes! no hello, no how are you, no be right with you! not one word then when I was finally asked what I need I about choked when I was told $200 for 4 used tires! I thought he was pulling my leg & asked are you kidding me? he almost looked like he enjoyed seeing how shocked I was! smh... I love to collect business cards where I go so I have all info needed, as the first minute passed then the 2nd minute passed without even being acknowledged I put their business card right back! (which was full btw) bcuz at that moment I realized I'd never go back there ever again. for the rudeness then the outrageously high prices!
So I called today about purchasing a hood for my car. They directed me to their Ferndale store. They quoted me a higher price and then hung up on me. So unprofessional!!! I don't know if it is an isolated incident or they all are like this. Stay Away!!
2 bad motors in a row! I was told they run every motor before they sell it, I have video of both motors on first start that says they don't! There's no way they would have sold them if they did! Now they haven't sent the 3rd motor like they were supposed to, and Mark hasn't returned my calls for 2 weeks now..So I'm out the cost of a motor and a shitload of labor apparently, and it seems they could care less!.. I had heard good things about them which is why I decided to buy a motor from them, as it turns out that was a badd choice!!.. It's pretty sad when a business can't live up to its mistakes and compensate for it!.. A note to anyone that buys parts through them... I hope you get good parts the 1st time because if you don't you're probably screwed!!
Probably my favorite salvage yard, especially if your looking for 4th gen Fbody parts. The parts are always in good condition and the prices are fair. People who know what they want and are serious buyers wont have any issues here. People who are more interested in whining or wasting time will find the staff has no time to waste on you
