Yousif was my tow master and was very kind and was with me every step of the way. I was unable to be with the car but he had taken a picture to insure he was picking up the correct vehicle!!! The vehicle was towed to a different location Yousif sent me a picture of the bill and key telling me who he had handed them off to!!! Yousif is a very nice man and a pleasure to work with!!!
Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. Ahmad was friendly, and picked up the car very quickly. I’ve had times where I’ve waited hours for a tow truck but he was there within 30 minutes of me calling. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and need a tow! Thanks Ahmad!

Called magnum towing when my car serpentine belt snapped. My car is lowered, sits very low and could be a real issue for some companies. He did a great job getting my car up and home without any trouble. Very helpful and priced how I'd expect.
AAA left me stranded on the side of the road for a couple of hours. I called Magnum Towing and my car was being rolled into the driveway within the hour. The driver, Hussein, was very friendly and the entire experience was prompt. Highly recommended!

Sent a worker who had a broken jack to lift the car with. He tried to use mine from my trunk, which was also broken and probably why I would call someone else?? He told me his was too rusted to work. He couldn't get the car up or change my tire and couldn't get it to unscrew, saying they had done "too good a job" putting it on. So I had to pay him $75 to tow my car 1 mile to Belle Tire, so I can pay them to do it. Thanks.
My car broke down the other day at a car wash and I had to call Magnum. Their driver Eli was super professional and very helpful. My car was in a difficult spot and he was able to get it towed out without putting a scratch on the car. I highly recommend Magnum if you need a tow.
Had Josh come to me with a lockout. Got it done within a few minutes of arrival, gave a disclosure that he wouldn’t be responsible for trim damage, which there was none. Only quarrel is with the business, and that’s lockouts I’ve paid for before were cheaper, around $50 rather than $75. When I had paid less I had a truck quicker than here (not to say he didn’t come within the quoted time frame) and also finished quicker (not to say Josh took a long time, again only a few minutes but I’m critiquing the business here).
I'd highly recommend their service. Elie was extremely professional, knowledgeable and they were careful with my vehicle through the entire process. If you have a towing need, it's already a bad day, Magnum Towing will help put your mind at ease. 5 stars hands down!
