Went in to get jumper cables. Ben said jumpers would not be enough and should not be purchased. He offered to help at no cost. His battery pack started the vehicle. This will now be my go to place for parts.

I had the best experience here and want to commend Ben. My wife's car had a dead battery, so I called another local auto shop who wasn't very helpful at all. When I asked them if they'd help me with on-site install (once I turned off the car post-jump, it was not going to start again) and all that store would do is "offer to jump" me again to get me home. When I called O'Reilly, Jim was super helpful and told me they could assist. When I got there, I was greeted by multiple friendly people. Ben, who seriously knows all there is about cars, checked out the battery and said he could install it, which saved me a ton of time. He also identified another potential issue which may have been draining the battery. Can't thank this location enough for all their help. Next time I need something auto-related, I'll be coming here first.

You could be the only person in this star and it would still take you an hour to get in and out. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes. Watching the gentleman behind the counter. Look at a piece of scrap before he even looked up and asked me what I needed. Upon asking him I was directed to go get the filter myself. Usually you guys go get that so we don't have to remember numbers and I didn't have my glasses so I really couldn't read it. But after I went and got that and the oil and everything else myself I went up to the counter to pay. You guys gave me a card so I don't have to give my phone number or remember what number I put it under. I have multiple phones. Your cashier doesn't even know how to use your card that is issued through your company. This is the second time I've been in this store and I've dealt with this. They skip over the part where they have the card. He thought it was a coupon after I told them this was my card and set it on the counter. He was trying to run it as a coupon. What in the hell can you train your guys a little bit better and learn a little bit of customer service would be great. Unbelievable that the two gentlemen working in your store don't know how to use your card to pull up my account. You gave it to me. I've never had this issue before. Other than this store last two times I've been there. Nobody knows how to scan that cards or what you can pull up my information. I don't know what phone number I gave it to and I'm not going to stand there for 20 minutes giving you all of my old phone numbers so I can get a discount. I'm going to go down the road and go to a store who's not going to mess with me in that sense and actually knows how to use the cards that they provide for your customers SMH

I visited this place on June 14th around 5:30 PM to buy a key fob cover for my car. They had only one available, but the young employee at the counter was incredibly helpful. He patiently showed me how to install the cover and even provided a tool to make the process easier. I really wish I remembered his name, but I hope the manager can find out who was working at that time and let him know how much I appreciated his gesture. This was truly excellent customer service—he deserves an A+!

Horrible customer service. The guy behind the counter is a scammer. Bought something there one and and refused to return it the next day with all these excuses. Took it to another O'Reilly and returned it with no problems. Said to myself maybe it was just that one time. Went back agai, same guy is behind the counter. Gave him my business account number to purchase with, he said that doesn't work here. I've been to many different locations because of work and never had an issue. Stay away from this location! Got me thinking to switch to AutoZone.

I asked him for oil so disrespectful. I asked for him to show me what type of oil and he just sat on his phone and I asked Hope from someone else he acted like you can’t hear me deaf learn how to work and learn how to talk to customers and don’t be lazy.

Bought a car battery and was told that it would be a $30 installation fee. Fine whatever. When I went to pay I noticed the fee wasn’t on there so I didn’t say anything. We get outside and he says do you have the $30 in cash? I said “no.” “Well do you have Zelle or cash app?” “Nope!” “Well maybe go find an atm.” “Nah I’ll take my battery elsewhere thanks. Then when I told the manager he said “no what he MEANT was a mechanic was going to charge you $30.” Total scammers!

I’ve had excellent customer service at this O’Reilly Auto Parts in the past , but this visit was horrible . I went there with the intention of purchasing rear wipers for my vehicle & possibly front as well , but I had questions regarding front wiper installation , as I had purchased them elsewhere & needed some help with the possible need of additional adapters to correctly install them . I’m a senior female & am not mechanically inclined at all . I was the only customer in the entire place & there were 2 male staff behind the counter . Thomas was one & the other young guy said he was the manager & his name was Clarence ? That was after I asked him who the manager was . I asked him his name again & he said “ do you have a problem with that .” ? If he was the manager , he was not helpful at all .There’s no way he should hold a managerial position . Extremely poor customer service skills . I asked him if he could help me by looking at the front wipers I had purchased elsewhere & if they would possibly need an additional adapter bc I couldn’t figure out how to install them . He was abrupt , extremely rude & told me to take them back to the place I purchased them from . I also asked if they would install the wipers for me if I purchased them there . He’ said , no . They aren’t allowed to install them . The other guy Thomas was no help either . Neither one if them were personable or willing to help in any way . They offered no assistance. If that was the store manager like he said , he needs to undergo training once again , so he will know how to treat & value a customer . I finally just left . Go to another auto parts store if you’re seeking courtesy or assistance of any kind . I will never patronize this O’Reilly again .

I called this store asking questions about a part and how much it was. Whoever the person who answered the phone was being super inpatient With me and kinda rood Towards me i will never call this location again. I’m a very loyal customer to this company and in my experience with other stores this was probably my worst experience ever in the parts industry.

have had very good service at this o'reilly auto. For quite a few years. The last time the manager was rude when I had to have the battery that I purchased for my car replaced 2 times.. I just gave up and purchased a battery else where with my refund.

Store associate was very helpful in helping me figure out why my windshield wiper wasn’t working. All I needed was a bolt which he figured out rather quickly. I had been to multiple shops and auto stores and no one was nearly as helpful as the man that helped me last night . My receipt says Salvatore not sure if that’s his name but if so thank you again !

I went to O'Reilly today in a pretty desperate situation, as the battery died in my car and after asking several people for help (to no avail), O'Reilly employee Jim Martines actually took his lunchtime to jump start my car, followed me to the gas station to make sure my car didn't die again, and then he even bought me a brand new set of jumper cables from O'Reilly! Being between jobs, my finances were non-existent, and this was a tremendously kind gesture. He was also very knowledgeable about what type of battery I will need and I will definitely go back to purchase the battery from O'Reilly. Jim went way above and beyond and I appreciated that so much!

Jim at this store was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help me. I bought a part at a different store that ended up not fitting and he helped me get a new part and install it onto my battery. I'm very grateful for his service. He wouldn't even accept a tip! Haha. I will definitely skip Auto Zone and come here next time!

This store always has the parts I need. The late afternoon I visited, they only had one employee working the counter. He was very helpful and professional, but was overwhelmed by a rush of customers. It would be helpful for a manager to come out to assist during peak times.

This store is terrible! Special ordered a part 8 days ago, supposed to arrive 4 days later, no call, nothing. Have called twice and not one person there can help me. I was told by an employee to get a refund and purchase some where else. Wow! great customer care??

I went in to pick up my online order after receiving ready to pick up email. It was unfortunately a system error, and they did not actually have my order. The staff apologized profusely and found that the item was in stock in their Livonia location. It was annoying but the system error is not the store's fault and the staff was very polite and helpful.

My 1st stop was to an auto store that was close by, Absolutely NO SERVICE, Never acknowledged I walked in the door, not seeing what I was looking for..I left and drove further out of my way to O'Reilly's...I walked over to car Wax area, had a question, he came right over,helped with that, then helped find the correct code touch up paint for my car, even went out to see my car up close to be sure it was correct. He was very helpful,kind,and paitent. The other employees were very nice w the customers they were attending to also.. Excellent Service. Thank you

I was very interested in cleaning the inside of my car today so I stop by this O’Reillys to hopefully purchase a tool to remove the seats of my car. With this being my first time I did not know what tool I need so I asked for help. Jim approached me and said he was unsure of what tool I might need. I asked him would he be able to come out to my car and look or would taking a picture work. He said that’s all he could do since he does not know what bolt remover tool I will need…. Even after I asked could he just come outside to take a quick look. Leaving disappointed after only purchasing detail brushes I sat in the parking lot to try to figure out what I could do next Jim walked outside with another customer (caucasian) and assisted the customer with his wiper blades and did not offer anything as he was outside now.

People here are always helpful. It's a great store. I went with a drained battery and they recharged it for free. When the battery gave out, I bought one and got installed it here. It was quick and reasonably priced. This is my primary auto store :)
