  I purchased an axle from this place, and it was a complete nightmare. The axle was defective, making loud noises and leaking oil, which I informed them about within 30 days. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I try a different oil, promising to send it. I brought up the concern about being outside the return policy due to their delay, and they assured me they would still uphold it. However, they took over a month to send the oil, effectively pushing me past the return window. When I finally tested the new oil and the problem persisted, they reneged on their initial promise to exchange it and demanded I pay over $200 for return shipping. They misled me with false promises and delays, clearly to avoid their responsibility for selling a defective product. Avoid this business at all costs if you don't want to be scammed out of returns. Working on a chargeback and filing a complaint with the BBB, ebay, FTC, and CFPB.
