Absolutely horrible experience they hit my car with a forklift or snow plow durning the time it was there, scratch’s dents and paint transfer on my car is unacceptable.
Came out quick to tow one of my semi trucks. Driver was professional. Price was ok for the job. Dropped my trailer at one location then the truck at another so I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap.
Lady in the office was very nice as well and kept me updated.
Crazy your guys drive for a living but don’t know how to respect the road? Already going 10 over in downtown Clarkston at 1pm and he rode my butt the whole time behind me. With our new baby in the car hence why I’m in the back seat. Recap on drivers ed would be good.
A vehicle side-swiped me while driving on the highway last night during a rainstorm. My vehicle wouldn’t start up and I needed a jump start. Andrew from Byers Wrecker Service arrived at the scene and was super helpful and provided me with wonderful service! Great work from him! I highly recommend!
Needed a tow in a pinch when my driveshaft split into two. I was nervous getting it onto the flat bed since the prop was dragging on the ground and the flat bed was a sharp elevated surface it was going to do damage to the diff when loading.the driver let me position a shovel so when we loaded the car from on to the flat bed we walked it over the lip. Great guy and they showed up within an hour. Thank you Byers!
Man at front desk was extremely rude to me and disrespectful, was cussed out and put his fingers in my face because he didn’t believe the car I needed to get my belongings out of was mine. Obviously made me feel super great after my brand new car was totaled out!
Rude - unprofessional. I told the guy on the phone that I was stuck in a snowbank. It was 6:30 in the morning. They were 8 miles away from me. I know I sounded pretty desperate and he said it was too far very very rude. I would never call this place again, despite the fact that I live here In their area. In fact, I’m going to report a Better Business Bureau that they advertise their available 24 hours seven to help No way!
They were very quick to get to the scene and the tow operator was professional and had a sense of humor which is nice. Definitely recommend going with this company for any tow job.
Met one of your staff at a Meijer’s parking lot hauling a Tesla. I ended up not needing any services but he answered all of my questions and was ver approachable. I’m hoping I would not need it but you guys will be the first towing company I will call if I am in the area.
If I could give a 0 star, I would. This is not an ethical company. Our work service van got hit head on 5.1 miles away from this place, the police called this towing company when we had already had another towing company on the way to the accident. The service van was in their yard for a day and a half and was charged $561. We were quoted $367 initially. They will have many "miscellaneous" hidden fees with no description of what it was for. Do not recommend!
I got into an accident in June of 23' and Byers towed my truck to their lot (first and second pic) and cleaned the scene of the accident (which is fact because they charge you for picking up all your stuff that exited your vehicle during the accident on your bill). When I went to pick it up the day after the hold was released it’s missing the front Iron cross bumper, 4 front bilstein shocks, front driveshaft, ridgid and Milwaukee tools, diesel VTX tuner, edge CTS monitor, Drop pintle hitch, and numerous other things that were in the vehicle at the time of the accident. About 7k worth of parts and tools. Guy in the front said they must have been stolen at night. So the numerous cameras, spot lights, and alarm and no one noticed a 7ft, 350lb steel bumper going over an 8’ barb wire fence? So what’s the point of a security system then? My 45 dollar home camera sends me a notification if a bee flies by the camera! Liars and thieves. Probably won’t do any good but filed a police report anyway. Steer clear of Byers at any cost or you may be replacing a lot of valuable parts and personal belongings once you get your vehicle back. And you may end up with some deer skulls in a bucket in the back that don’t belong to you also. DO NOT USE BYERS AT ALL COSTS!

"As have no records of your concerns..." guess the Sheriff showing up to the location on the day I paid the tow bill to recover what was left of my truck and talking to the people in the front office and the record of the tow is not note worthy enough to keep as a record. But here's our number to call and talk to someone so they can lie to you some more about how they have no idea how 7k worth of parts and tools were stolen from your vehicle while in our possession in our locked up yard.
Well this first storm got me TWICE in one night, first doing a dash and slid off the road into a front yard, then getting off 75 got stuck again on the super icy ramp. I think I used both locations both services were amazing. Super friendly folks and the fastest wait times I've seen forsure will be calling when in need in the future. Y'all stay awesome have a blessed one.
I was stranded 2 miles from their location and promised a driver within 30-45 minutes. I called at the 90 minute mark and when pressed said it’ll probably be another hour. I waited a total of 3 hours with no updates or calls from them. I gave up and called another company. I had a great experience with Fenton Express!
Locked my keys in my car accidentally at 4:30pm on a Sunday. Called and they arrived in just over 30 minutes, and it took the driver all of 2 minutes to get me into my car without any damage to it. Very appreciative, would recommend.
Would not recommend! I’d give a negative rating if I could. I brought my father in law up here to retrieve belongings from his car and when I pulled into the lot there was a tow truck that was basically blocking all of the parking spots so I pulled straight in then some weird old guy came out of the back yelling at me and CURSING to move my car while my kids are in the car. Such a creep!!!
Byers Wrecker is the best tow service around. I had called my insurance company and they wanted to send a tow service that was going to take 2 1/2 hours. I waited 3 hours, still nobody came and after calling for an update, it was still going to be another 2 hours - 5 hours for a tow?!! I decided to cancel them and I called Byers. They were there in 15 minutes!!!! Worth the money and the short wait time!!!!

Excellent service. Car got a flat on the way home from the grocery store near m-15, and I got so stressed because usually towing services are so expensive. Atleast the last time was ($90 to get the vehicle towed only down the street less than a mile and into a driveway. I still remember the stress from that day! I don't remember what company it was) anyways... So I searched for a towing service on the phone immediately after this flat. I found Byers Wrecker and called them and I'm so glad I did. It took less than 15 minutes for someone to get to me and a VERY polite man helped out so much. It was amazingly inexpensive, I thought it would cost so much more so I was WAY at ease. Quickest service I've ever encountered. The car got home, food got to the fridge and I got to relax sooner than I imagined, resulting in zero stress except for the flat. I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you Byers Wrecker!!! 🥰
My son's car broke down on I75 and M15.. A very busy stretch of highway with very poor lighting. A mother's nightmare of a spot. I called Byers wrecker service and they were on site within 15 or 20 minutes. Honestly.... Has to be the fastest service record in my opinion. Very courteous and very quick.

Ernie was such a pleasure to deal with. He is a true gentleman when I kept asking him to wait before loading my vehicle to the flat bed. I will be forever grateful he was so patient and kind. Thank you Byers for employing such a wonderful person and send a thank you to Ernie for his kindness.
Driver was great, very nice but the office are liars. They told me they were busy that it would take about an hour and a half to arrive. Well it did, so I asked the driver oh so your busy today huh? He said no not at all.
I was only about 10 mins away and it took them an hour and a half.
Driver was very professional, polite and careful doing his work. He was conscious of where he was placing his equipment as to not create more unnecessary damaged when loading vehicle. He also was about 10 minutes early from the arrival estimate I was given. Very good experience. Would recommend this company to others.
Driver was great. House is built into a hill and the there is a wall right outside the garage. It makes for a tight fit getting in and out. The tow driver helped me push it out himself and took his time getting it on the wrecker the proper way. I highly recommend this business. Especially considering in my experience so many tow truck drivers have had the attitude that they can't be bothered to do anything bothersome.
Rude and creepy driver with zipper down in middle of night got gladly sent away so I could wait for a different company. Which by the way was very courteous and already knew about beyers unprofessional , abrasive reputation . Will never use them and would strongly advise you didn't either.
Estimated time of arrival was 1 hour. Instead, tow truck arrived quicker, in 20 minutes. My vehicle was stranded on I-75 South near Sashabaw Rd with a flat rear tire. Proper truck - flatbed - came and scooped up my vehicle and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Driver was very courteous and polite. I have used them multiple times over the years, no problems.
