This guy said he'd ship my email order out today and never did. When I contacted him he said I wasn't on top of his list and was too busy. It's $600. He lied and said he canceled the order which he never did. And no he won't reply to messages. I'm reporting him to my police depart today and also paypal and ebay. He asked me to send him my number in code on ebay which is an ebay violation. Do not do business with this guy he'll rip you off.
I called on 03/27/2024 to ask for a specific part. I was as stunned from the response on the other side. Rude is not enough of a word to express it. I should’ve checked the reviews before I called. He told me on the phone that he lost $20 speaking to me on the phone. What kind of customer service is this? We didn’t even spoke one minute. I do not recommend doing business with this company. If it can be called a company. I can’t give 0 stars so consider this a gift in disguise.
Called asking for a part and provided part number and told to buy it somewhere else. Asked to speak to manager as the employee was clearly not acting in the best interest of the company. Turns out it was the manager. Asked to speak to the owner then he swore at me and told me we don't want your business. They advertise as a place for 1977 and newer VW parts, and this is the treatment I get for a request for a 90s VW part. I would recommend anyone who doesn't want or deserve this kind of treatment to shop elsewhere. I would give less than a star if google would allow; Shop elsewhere.

Met with Jack and his associate Jeff. Very friendly team with an incomprehensible number of parts. Got the headlight and dash parts I was looking for for my beetle and even picked up a few bits from the shelves in the warehouse. Worth a visit if you're shopping for parts - they know what they're talking about! Will be back
Drove to his facility to buy a pre-1968 hood. Tried to sell me 1968 and later hood with vents. All 3 were in terrible shape (in his defense, he did say they were not “museum quality”, lol). Wanted to argue with me about the years even though one had 73’ written on it with paint marker. Won’t be back
I purchased a door for my 1965 BW Beetle. Jack Finn advertised the door as a 1965-66 door. He purposely sold, charged me, and a shipped 1956-64 door. I wish that I never contacted this business! Jack Finn was not honest in his business dealings with me. He knew what he shipped me was not what he had been advertised. He also stated that the door was "complete". The door was not the right year configuration and the door was stripped, not complete. HEED THIS WARNING: PLEASE AVOID THE SERIOUS ISSUES AND NEEDLESS PROMBLEMS LOOK ELSEWHERE! No stars!!!!
BUYER BEWARE. Called Jack, ordered a part for my car he told me he’d ship it out “tomorrow or the next day”, two and a half weeks later no part. Called up Jack, told me that I was still “in his stack” of things to do. Makes sense that the business is named Recycled Jack, because that’s exactly what he seems to do, JACK. That said, don’t order from this guy, unless you want to be baited along waiting for a part.
Jack called for a cylinder head that we have listed online. He said he wanted the core engine block also, just had to make sure it had the correct stamping. We verified stamping, removed the vehicle from its permanent spot in the yard, spent a few hours removing it, tied it to a pallet, billed his card for it and after we sent an invoice he calls and says that's not the correct engine. Guy thinks he's a VW specialist but he is nothing but a talker. Go online and check out the reviews, don't waste your time.
