Went to leave this morning, February 6, 2026, and the truck did nothing when we hit the start button. Called our insurance company. They gave us a couple names to get a hold of first one I tried was Jerry. He said they’d be here in an hour. It was a little over an hour, but it was understood as the roads were bad. They two guys that were here to pick it up were great. They explained everything to me. They knew what they were talking about when they got my Truck on the flatbed to haul it to the dealership to be looked at and possibly repaired.
I highly recommend Jerry’s Towing! Mark was the driver who transported me and my broken vehicle over 60 miles and he was very professional and polite. I appreciated his calm manner.

We waited over 3 hours for tow to get there when we were told 30 mins wait. The tow truck had to goto a pd tow and had to wait. Had no call to let us know, I called after an hour and they told me be about another 30 mins. And after another hour wait got a call saying took longer at pd tow. We'll ok, waited another hour, and finally there. The guy was great, he asked how long waiting and kinda laughed and said that we were his 2nd call for the day. So it was a big waist of our time, I feel we didn't get out money worth at all. But was happy with guy that came out to do tow, he did good job and polite, it wasn't his fault company wasn't on task.
Charged me 350 bucks to pull me 15 ft out of a ditch. I've been towed from Whitehall to lil past hart which was 45 miles total for 480. Said it was because it was an "accident" which I find just an excuse to charge me more because it takes longer to brush your teeth then it did for him to hook up to my hitch and pull me onto the road. At first is was 250 and then 5 minutes later it was all of a sudden 350 or he was taking my truck. Mind you I had my 3 kids one of whome is disabled and it was below freezing out. Wouldn't reason with me or even try to help. Had to end up borrowing money from someone within a time limit or I would have lost my truck and idk what I would have done with my kids cuz it was a single cab flatbed and I had no one to come get them. I get diesel is expensive because I drive one but he was there within 5 minutes of the cop calling them so i know he didn't drive far. Can't say it was cuz it's hard work because I know that as well. I was a logger for almost 10 years ik hard work. But it took him less than 2 minutes to have my truck hooked up from my hitch and on the road. Didn't have to climb under my truck in the snow or anything remotely close to that. Would not recommend and seriously think the county needs a new tow company to use as there go to. Cuz that's absolutely outrageous.
I never review at 1 but this was the worst aaa call ever. I have hit tons of potholes that resulted in flat tire but they were friendly and helpful.. psa don't call AAA if you're stuck in driveway because it going to cost almost 200.
Prompt, excellent service! Isaac, did an amazing job! Got my daughter's jeep that was disabled from school the school parking lot to our house and in the garage so we could work on it instead of doing it outside in the freezing Michigan winter. Thanks Jerry's Towing and Staff!!

Driver showed up when said. My price to go 6 miles was extreme. I was told because a special tool(skate?) had to be used due to the way my tire was so no more damage was done. I told my mechanic on the phone on price he questioned it too, I saod he has to use a speical equpiment, my mechanic knew what I was talking about. When driver showed up at the shop my mechanic said I thought you put a skate on it , driver said it fell off so he left it off and my mechanic said my vehicle was barely strapped down the driver told him it came loose too. Not real impressed, I feel I was over charged for something that wasn't used.
My husband and I were in a car accident 2 hours from where we live I called Jerry’sTowing and they helped in so many ways to help us retrieve our vehicle ! The employees did an an amazing job to turn our very stressful day into a much better outcome. Apparently this is an acceptable placement. When asked by the driver where I watered the car placed I said Parallel to the mail box and road. After the driver placed the car and I expressed my dissatisfaction and said it will cause an issue with the mail person and plowing I was told it’s already been offloaded. I Guess spending 252.80 for a 5 mile tow gets you this!
Saturday evening needed a tow, called and had good customer service, tow truck showed up within estimated arrival time, driver was respectful and polite. Quick hookup and safe ride to destination. Reasonable price. A++ experience

On a phone conversation with the female working thier agrees to one price, to release a vehicle for $350.00, then when I arrived to pay the bill they wanted $1,600.00 to release it. Do not use their service if you like get taken for a suckered. Bad business practice
They gave me back full refund after I discovered my car was already gone. I really appreciate it during this hard times. I can’t express how much they helped me. Ty much Also I’m waiting for refund to hit account. Said it would take a few days. I got a message saying full refund amount. But haven’t landed in my account yet. I will contact in a few days if haven’t seen refund. But happy so far
Mark came to our rescue! We ended up getting a flat tire on 131 in the cold slushy stuff and he was here and changed the tire like a champ! Called ahead and let us know he was almost there! Thank you Mark! You saved the night.

That was the shortest wait time I have ever experienced when calling for services, it was only a vehicle unlock, but the gentleman was very happy, energetic, fast, and informative, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would :)
Needed a towing service to hall my van to a garage after the front tire almost fell off. It was around 3:00am blowing snow and slippery roads. They were there in a timely manner cost was very reasonable and they dropped the van off at garage. Very friendly people and service. Would recommend them to anyone.
My dad got stuck in a ditch. I called and dispatch was super friendly and efficient. They had a driver out to my dad quickly and they were able to winch him out of the ditch. I honestly don't know how their prices compare because I, thankfully, rarely have need of these services but it cost $200. I was just thankful my dad wasn't sitting on the side of the road for hours and they were able to get him out and back on his way.
My rear brakes locked up on my way home from work. I was only a mile from home and the side roads were covered in ice. The tow truck arrived exactly when they said it would. The driver quickly got my car pulled onto his flatbed. He drove cautiously and had my car unloaded in a matter of minutes. I was able to pay online via a link I received by text before he even arrived. It was super easy. I’ll definitely use their services again if I ever need to.
Technicians had locked themselves out of their van and we're waiting at the Customer's location. I called to have someone come and unlock it? I have to say it was the best and fastest responding to service I've ever had in my life. Great job.
Very impressed with the employee's at Jerry's towing. Had to place a service call for a tractor that had the brakes locking up. The weather was mid teens with high winds putting the temp in single digits. The mechanic showed up and started diagnosing every angle to find the problem. He figured it out without fail, back on the road within an hour .You want service and dedication Jerry's is it guaranteed.
Horrible customer service. Did $1000s of dollars of damage to vehicle (on a simple tow) and took no responsibility. Over priced and under skilled. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Jerry’s is trash!!!
My experience with the tow truck driver was excellent — he was professional and respectful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff. During a period where I had no cell service, I received an unnecessarily aggressive message that came across as threatening and completely unprofessional. They even dragged my line of duty family member into it- claiming to “know who he is”, which was completely out of line and had nothing to do with the situation.
I paid the balance immediately once I regained service, but the way the office/owner handled things was unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to like that. If this is how they treat people over a minor delay caused by lack of service, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. I will never be using this company again based on my experience.
Called and told me after the took my car away they were going to charge an additional 40% and wouldn't drop it off at the garage until it was paid. I helped the driver load the car and it went smoothly, he was polite and great but the upcharge was ridiculous and their reasoning was the car was modified which it was not. When I argued that they said it was because they had to use ramps. Not happy at all with the customer service.
I have used Jerry's Towing for years in work related situations. Their skill and professionalism is second to none. Then one day I hit a deer with my personal vehicle. Jerry's was my first choice and was there shortly to grab my vehicle so I could catch a ride to work. They delivered the vehicle to my friends at Northern Auto Body and secured their payment through my insurance and the Body Shop with no additional legwork from me. If I ever have trouble in the future they are the only ones I will be calling. Honest, professional, prompt are the three words I would use to describe their service and staff. 10/10 will recommend!
Jerry's Towing & Recovery saved the day! My dad's truck was stuck at the bottom of the property. The incline of the hill and slippery wet grass did not allow this beast of a 4X4 Dodge Ram make it safely up the hill. Jerry came with their awesome off-road rescue vehicle and were able to pull it safely up the hill. All while not making the situation worse, from not ripping up the grass more to being level headed and confident to get the job done. We really appreciate their service. Kind of ironic my dad's name is Jerry haha!
