Called and told me after the took my car away they were going to charge an additional 40% and wouldn't drop it off at the garage until it was paid. I helped the driver load the car and it went smoothly, he was polite and great but the upcharge was ridiculous and their reasoning was the car was modified which it was not. When I argued that they said it was because they had to use ramps. Not happy at all with the customer service.
I want to say they are great. I broke down yesterday morning on my way to Manistee. Call them and said I need my car towed home. And when they got to my house Andy called and said I’m at ur house and where you want me to leave ur keys. I said leave them in the car and lock it. And that’s what he did. Thanks for getting my car home for me.
I was hit by an ambulance on July 15 by Hardy Dam. I was looking for my dog and also talking to the state cop stating that I needed to wait to file for roadside when my husband got there to use his hotspot because I didn’t have good service. I was told they were moving my car off the road. I said OK I went and I looked for my dog and my car was gone when I got back I did not give them permission to take my car. My husband called to try to get a price to pick up my car. They refuse to give him one. I called and asked for a price on my car to get it and they said what are you talking about, your insurance company will write us a check. Now I am trying to get all of this figured out and I told them I would give them the title, but they want money on top of the title. I was told that they picked up my car from Hardy Dam took it to their lot and it’s been there for seven days because I have been in pain cause I was HIT by an ambulance and now want $2500. These people have no empathy community care my butt, I grew up there born and raised in white cloud. They just care about the dollar and their monopoly.
7/23 I was just informed now and threatened by this company that they will take me to court and have my license suspended until I give them $1000 plus the title of my car because I left this review online. They will be hearing from my attorney and you should look elsewhere for your towing services.
I have used Jerry's Towing for years in work related situations. Their skill and professionalism is second to none. Then one day I hit a deer with my personal vehicle. Jerry's was my first choice and was there shortly to grab my vehicle so I could catch a ride to work. They delivered the vehicle to my friends at Northern Auto Body and secured their payment through my insurance and the Body Shop with no additional legwork from me. If I ever have trouble in the future they are the only ones I will be calling. Honest, professional, prompt are the three words I would use to describe their service and staff. 10/10 will recommend!

Good priced and great service! My truck broke down in Muskegon, and had to get back to Kent city. I had to wait a while for the rollback to show up, but considering I was in Muskegon, that was understandable. I always call Jerry's for my towing needs!

Dan is the man honestly best person you guys could use in Fremont/Holton area he came out and took the time to make sure he didn’t hurt my car and made sure he dropped it off in the right spot and was a good guy I highly recommend Dan!

We broke down in Muskegon at 430am Sunday morning on a super tight schedule. I called Jerry's in the middle of the night, and they answered. Unfortunately they were too far away from us to keep us on schedule. A few minutes after I hung up, they called me back with the number of someone who was close by and able to respond. Even though we weren't their customer, they gave us excellent customer service. Five stars from me.
Jerry’s requested for 3 hours by AAA and refused call. Never called back. Had to go to non AAA company so called Reed City Towing. Guess who showed up up Jerry’s Towing. Would take $460 cash but not AAA. Left road side for over four hours eating.
Trailer tire blew out on M37 on the way to Baldwin....beautiful Saturday, but not to spend roadside. Called Jerry's who picked up new tire from Family Farm and Home - Newaygo for us and swapped it out! Back on the road in about 60 mins! You guys rock! Thank you.

I locked my keys in my car for the first time in my life today. I called Jerry's Towing and Holly came to the rescue!! She was fast, efficient and extremely helpful!! She did not damage the car at all. She was also professional and friendly!! She made quick work of a bad experience. I would highly recommend Jerry's Towing and the people who work there!! I got a flat tire and needed roadside assistance. The auto insurance agent called 3 places and could not get anyone to come out so they told me to call someone on my own and they’d reimburse me. I called Jerry’s Towing and within 45 minutes Mark came out and helped with my tire on a busy Saturday afternoon. They have always provided prompt, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!!

Will definitely use them again, but not so much AAA for my road service, will definitely be looking for someone else for my road service. No one should have to wait for 3 hrs for a response after contacting them 3 different times and providing them with the name of the towing company and there phone number. Would highly recommend.

Called Friday night for a tow for a friend's motor home. Steve was awesome on a busy night finding us a large enough truck. We ended up getting the motor home started before they came out and cancelled without a charge. Just great customer service. I hope I don't have the need for service but if I do I will call them!
The wrecker operator was nice and the lady I believe her name was Becky that I talked to in the phone was nice and helpful when I called wanting information and cost. I think the cost was a bit high but after checking around the price was average so that’s y I give five stars because they were decent people and the price was average and the information I received was true and correct and everything about the whole process was consistent and smooth from start to finish and my vehicle was as it was when it was turned over to them. dealing with this tow company was a good experience all the way down to the gentleman that took my payment and opened the gate so I could drive my car out he even was extra helpful when my car wouldn’t start and he went and grabbed a jump box and got me on my way in no time. So even though the events of how and why I had to/ got to use Reed City Towing was unpleasant and unexpected and unnecessary I can say if I needed a tow or any other service offered I would call these guys again. Last Sunday, my daughter and I went to grocery shop for a couple of hours and I inadvertently left my headlights on. We came out to a dead battery. Jerry’s had a driver in the area and they came and gave me a jump super quickly and professionally and got me on my way! I was so thankful!

Jerry's Towing & Recovery saved the day! My dad's truck was stuck at the bottom of the property. The incline of the hill and slippery wet grass did not allow this beast of a 4X4 Dodge Ram make it safely up the hill. Jerry came with their awesome off-road rescue vehicle and were able to pull it safely up the hill. All while not making the situation worse, from not ripping up the grass more to being level headed and confident to get the job done. We really appreciate their service. Kind of ironic my dad's name is Jerry haha!
Jerry's crew is AMAZING!! We wanted a vehicle for a decoration and they went above and beyond expections for us! Between the ladies on the phone setting up drop off and the guys dropping off for us, I could not have asked for a better group! Cannot wait to get this project completely finished for Halloween!
