My experience was very positive.
The gentleman that showed up was on time, very professional, took time to answer questions, and even called my back to let me know my vehicle was delivered safely.
The lady scheduler was clear, and on point with scheduling me asap. She was obviously very busy, but to time to make sure all my questions were answered.
I will definitely use them again if I am out that way.

After being left high and dry by Progressive road side assistance for 2 hours, I called Newaygo towing and they responded very quickly. Their rate was over 40% cheaper than Progressive as well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
My vehicle just stalled and wouldn't start again right in the driving lane, I called 2 local tow companies, got a voice-mail from one and the other told me they weren't in the area, tho local, called Newaygo Towing, they answered immediately, had a truck on the way before they took my payment, online so I didn't have to wait in the vehicle for them w my grandkids in traffic! And not ridiculously priced! Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Newaygo Towing !!
Called and discussed options very friendly and knowledgeable. Set up the service, and tow was done as expected. The driver worked well with my mechanic.
Sad they charged us $94 for the guy to try to jump start us to say it was a bad starter. He already had a truck on his truck so he couldn’t tow us. After we waited 45 minutes. Would be nice if they had offered to 1/2 price it and send another truck. We used another company to get it done.
The tech that arrived to help us was very professional a s helpful. He was careful with the vehicle and explained why they and how they do things. We appreciate the service we received!
I broke down outside of Fremont, and called Newago Towing. The driver showed up very timely and did a great job, after all was said and done, I was back on the road within 40 mins from when I broke down and called. Great work, nice guy, and speedy service. Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was the price. Cost me 100 bucks for a tire change.
My daughter got caught in the last winter blast and ended up in the ditch. This guy showed up and pulled her out for $100 like normal, no complaints. Then he told her it would be another $150 to haul her car back home to our mechanic. Again normal and no problem. Until I showed up with my credit card to pay him directly. That's when the price changes to $350!!! Really?! Was it because I'm a man not a young girl paying? Or was it because it was Saturday night? My state farm insurance agent agrees that this is price gouging and said he may be able to do something about it. I sure hope so!! Be warned about price gouging here!!
The tow truck driver was fantastic. Even though I waited four hours for the vehicle to be transported less than a mile, the driver was courteous and professinal. My interactions with Newaygo Towing's dispatcher were also very productive. She was kind and knowledgeable and quelled any concern I may have had. Overall, I had a great experience. I've utilized their services before and would definitely recommend them for all your towing needs in the Newaygo County area.

He could tell I was in a hurry and was still able to complete the job quickly and without any issues. He seemed to love what he does which was refreshing. If I ever need any services of the like, Newaygo Towing will be the only one I call. Thanks again!

Cheapest in the area. There were there within 20mins only charged me 60 bucks. The man who came was very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing.
