Called from NY to help my mom out if a jam. Nicole was helpful with the information I needed to get, and very patient with me while I needed to communicate back and forth from Mom to her. The 92 mile drive (there and back) plus the special skids needed, because they wouldn't have the keys, was $377.52, which I think was really reasonable. Delivery was excellent.

Once the truck showed up it was a five star. Took almost 3 hours for them to show up, called their number and was told the driver had to tow a couple accidents out of the way, a call would've been nice. They don't send a truck till you pay, once you pay I'm guessing a refund and call a different tow Co. A hassle. Made it ho.e so all is good.
We had a bad experience. Our car died the day before we were supposed to return home to Chicago. It won't be fixed until next week, so we rented a car from Enterprise. It broke down. Their roadside assistance said a towing service would be sent as well as an Uber to drive us to Cadillac enterprise to get another car. The towing company showed up. There was no Uber driver available. We were in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, the tow driver knew of your services and contacted you and you sent a wonderful driver. He was friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Certainly made our day much better. Thank you so much.
Not the first time I've had to call Jerry's. Always friendly. This last time was because my truck was hit. Andy got there fast. He hooked my truck up, talked to the officer and even gave me a ride back to the mechanic in Newaygo from Fremont. He was cool. Nice conversation and helped take my mind off things, even if just for a short time. Thank you again Andy
I needed a car towed and Jerry's Towing did an amazing job.. everything was done via phone and the delivery was perfect.. I wasn't even home for this and the driver did exactly as I had asked.., their simple process for payment via text application was simple and secure.. I was out fishing and got this all done.. the only sad thing was I only caught 1 .. lol..

The person who answered the phone was great, professional, and helpful. The ETA I was given was spot on and even though I was in a slightly obscure location, they found me just fine. All around great place to rely on when you need a tow quickly!
I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a tow from Fremont to GR. AAA sent Quintan and Isaac from Jerry’s to get me and my truck. They were a top notch service. Originally they thought that it would take longer to get out to me however they came up with a plan to get me and my truck 40 minutes sooner. Great group of guys and dispatch (Melissa? It’s late and I can’t remember) was very helpful!

Our vehicle broke down, and if that wasn't bad enough we were 2 1/2 hours from home. Jerry's Towing saved the day. The tow operator, AJ, made it to us quickly, exactly 2 1/2 hours after our call to them, so no time was wasted responding. AJ was very professional and respectful! We were stranded along 131 on a Saturday afternoon. Called Jerry’s Towing and Recovery. They sent James. James was very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. If you ever find yourself in such a situation call Jerry’s Towing, ask for James. James deserves a raise!
We had our broke down Ford F-150 towed from Newfield Township in Oceana County over to the dealership in Fremont. This was on a Sunday morning and we expected a long wait. Our tow truck driver, Mark, got to us in under 45 minutes. He was very polite, helpful, and efficient. His service was the bright spot in what was otherwise a distressing situation for us.
They were fast, efficient and very patient. The only reason I can't give five stars is because payment by credit card is only done through an app & my credit card financial institution would not approve the transaction. It took Ben only half an hour to get to me & change my tire but it took another hour to find an acceptable form of payment that would work. If there had been another way to process my credit card, I would give 5 stars.

Both the truck crew and office are absolutely phenomenal!! I spoke with Michael and Nicole on the phone side of things both of which were extremely patient and kind while helping me through the lovely crisis of an automotive breakdown. I’m was so lucky to have Quentin as my tow driver! Took great care of me. I rode with him to my next destination and I thought it would be a little awkward, but he was so welcoming and friendly and I really appreciated that considering I was waiting alone, in my car, on the side of the road for 4 hours (not the company’s fault). He made sure I was okay when he left me. He made my morning better, little does he know!
We blew a tire on our camper. We tried to put the spare on but it was just too much weight for our jack. I called and Lisa was super nice at dispatch. She told us they would be to us within the hour. It took that entire hour but only because they got called to an accident. They still had the damaged car on their truck! The guys who came apologized for taking so long, even though they were still within the window of the time she gave us. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and had our spare tire on in probably less than 10 minutes! They also checked the other tire on the camper and the spare to be sure they were aired up properly. Great service all the way around.

Jerry’s Towing did a great job. The service technician was accurate and quick doing the repairs. Only problem was I had to wait two hours for him to arrive but I think that’s pretty common. He had other jobs to take care of before he could take care of my problem. Overall I would give the service end of it 5 stars.

Had my son's car towed over 35 miles from a sports event after his car was leaking gas and couldn't be driven safely. Called Jerry's and Amanda was courteous and helpful with giving us a quote and setting us up when we were able to actually go get the car. Mark the tow truck driver was friendly, nice, and very professional. He pointed out a couple of other issues that we didn't know were wrong with the car and even looked at the truck where the leak was coming from. He had a smile on his face the whole interaction and parked the car exactly where and how we wanted the vehicle. I would highly recommend Jerry's Towing.
