My partner and I were stuck in the snow on an unplowed road. The first towing service I contacted said they couldn't help us. The second one tried, but ended up not being able to make it. Thankfully they suggested calling Jerry's. They saved us in a situation where no one else could or would. I hate to think what could have happened.
The estimated time they gave me was not even close to the amount of time it took. I feel like their offer to provide good communication wasn't followed through on.
But, I have to say that Mark (our savior tow truck driver) was amazing! He was friendly and not judgemental at all. If I could personally request him for any towing needs in the future, I would. Seriously. We had to request an additional tow truck come to tow an all-wheel drive vehicle and that guy parked in comparison. He made us feel like work and a job, while Mark made us feel like a victorious mission!
Also, given what we were quoted for payment, although we paid a lot, I felt blessed that it wasn't a higher bill.
I didn't catch the name of the driver but he was super friendly and took good care getting my car out of a yard I slid into. Quick to show up too, less than a half hour, despite how busy it must be with this weather!
This place is awesome.They were polite very professional and reasonably priced. The gentleman that came out was awesome. If you ever need a towing company, make sure you guys call this place.You'll be well pleased. I called another company and Reed city. They tried to charge me 10 times the amount. Because they knew I was in trouble. Use jerry's telling you will not be disappointed
AJ from Jerry’s Towing Edmore Shop provided first class service when I needed his help the other day as the rain storm turned to icy conditions. He was quick to respond. He safely and efficiently loaded my vehicle, got me home, and allowed me to make it to my son’s basketball game when I thought my day was ruined. AJ saved my day for sure. My experience with the tow truck driver was excellent — he was professional and respectful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff. During a period where I had no cell service, I received an unnecessarily aggressive message that came across as threatening and completely unprofessional. They even dragged my line of duty family member into it- claiming to “know who he is”, which was completely out of line and had nothing to do with the situation.
I paid the balance immediately once I regained service, but the way the office/owner handled things was unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to like that. If this is how they treat people over a minor delay caused by lack of service, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. I will never be using this company again based on my experience.
Jerry’s towing was very respectful and reliable. The operator Q has helped me a few times and is always quick with his work. This is the only recovery company in Newaygo township that’ll I’ll ever call With other towing company’s in the past they would tell you that they would be there in an hour and two hours later I’d still be waiting. The price was great and the service phenomenal.
Amazing service. I hardly had to wait for the tow truck to come. Great price. The tow truck driver was great. Very respectful. Engaged in good conversation all the way home.
I don't plan on using any other towing service if I ever need to again.
Jerry's did a great job hauling off my camper at an affordable price. To my understanding this is more of a service they provide to the public which doesn't make them much profit. Buying my camper and storing it on vacant land was a bad decision on my part, and they helped me get rid of it affordably.
We broke down on our way for a girls weekend about an hour or so from home. We called Jerry’s towing and Dennis was there to get us within an hour. He towed us back home and off we went again. Thank you so much
The lady was very nice and helpful. But their pricing is SO expensive, I didn’t have another option, though, so had to over pay unfortunately for a tow service. $227 for 9 miles.
Working with Jerry and his team (Brandy) has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a towing and recovery company. I was in an accident with my dog, and they were awesome! They worked well with the local Newaygo police department and EMS and were very helpful. Brandy was kind and understanding on the phone. Called from NY to help my mom out if a jam. Nicole was helpful with the information I needed to get, and very patient with me while I needed to communicate back and forth from Mom to her. The 92 mile drive (there and back) plus the special skids needed, because they wouldn't have the keys, was $377.52, which I think was really reasonable. Delivery was excellent.

We had a bad experience. Our car died the day before we were supposed to return home to Chicago. It won't be fixed until next week, so we rented a car from Enterprise. It broke down. Their roadside assistance said a towing service would be sent as well as an Uber to drive us to Cadillac enterprise to get another car. The towing company showed up. There was no Uber driver available. We were in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, the tow driver knew of your services and contacted you and you sent a wonderful driver. He was friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Certainly made our day much better. Thank you so much.
Not the first time I've had to call Jerry's. Always friendly. This last time was because my truck was hit. Andy got there fast. He hooked my truck up, talked to the officer and even gave me a ride back to the mechanic in Newaygo from Fremont. He was cool. I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a tow from Fremont to GR. AAA sent Quintan and Isaac from Jerry’s to get me and my truck. They were a top notch service. Originally they thought that it would take longer to get out to me however they came up with a plan to get me and my truck 40 minutes sooner. Great group of guys and dispatch (Melissa? It’s late and I can’t remember) was very helpful!

Jerry's got me out of a pinch after my insurance company's roadside assistance left me stranded, waiting for a tow truck for 3 hours after my alternator gave out. Jerry's responded promptly, dispatched a truck, and transported my car back to my house in a very timely manner. I was impressed by how fast, economical, and friendly their service was.
