I sent my dad to this place to get his brake pads done. I specifically told him he doesn't need new rotors and most companies will do anything to scam you into new rotors. Sure enough he came back home and he said they told him they can't do the breaks without new rotors. They're not even trying to hide being dirty mechanics.
Rob is a nice guy but they do shotty service and don’t stand behind their work. Got transmission replaced, he busted the O2 sensor on the cat, charged me to replace it while telling me it wasn’t an O2 close to where they were working (which I found out later it was right on the cat he removed). Frustrating but I paid it. Then when I drove the vehicle home it was evident the exhaust was leaking. He didn’t replace the two O rings when taking the exhaust apart to get to transmission. Then even worse he only put 1 one of the old O rings back and neglected to put the 2nd in! It was leaking out of the missing O ring connection to the cat.
He said he didn’t replace them because he was trying to save me $4, and had no excuse for neglecting to install the 2nd one whatsoever. His shop is a 4+ hour round trip for us (we were on vacation up north), so I hired a local dealership to put an O ring in. Spent $6,500 with him and he wouldn’t stand behind his neglectful work and reimburse us for the $250. Not even an apology. I understand and appreciate that people make mistakes and all he had to do was stand behind his work and we would have been fine.

Needed paperwork on what they found out about my car and wouldn't write it up cuz they didn't want to get involved with the warranty company and it wasn't even for a warranty company it was for the gas station we got bad gas from ppl there are not very friendly just won't ever give them my business again horrible that they can't even help there own community out!
100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!! My husband paid $568 ONE MONTH AGO for Doornbos to do my brake pads, rotors and calipers. Myself, and my small children almost died this morning when my brakes went out and I COULD NOT EVEN USE MY EMERGENCY BRAKE BECAUSE DOORNBOS ZIP TIED THEM DOWN INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND CONNECTING THEM BACK PROPERLY! First issue here is that my brakes should not have gone out after getting serviced only 4 weeks ago. Second issue is that they have absolutely NO MORALS.....To ZIP TIE someone's emergency brakes that were not frozen?!? There is no excuse for this and this company is very lucky that we are all still alive and should seriously think about the lawsuit that they barely escaped this morning. And will one day face if they continue to do this to other innocent families vehicles. I wish it would let me upload pictures of my invoice, brakes and emergency brakes. This is extremely frustrating and unbelievably unacceptable.
Very honest, fair, and dependable services. We have had work done by Doornbos dozens of times (many different vehicles) and have always had a great experience.
