Awesome, awesome, awesome experience. Obviously I wish we didn't have to meet! But if it had to be anyone, I'm glad it was them. We live two hours east of them, but while my daughter was on her way to camp on the west side of the state with her mother her 2005 Colorado dropped a driveshaft, u joints went to crap and broke a break line. Needless to say she was between a rock and a hard place as the only cell service was to 911. They sent the wrecker from village out and the man was super kind and empathetic to my 19 year old daughter who had no idea what was wrong and what to do really. They towed it back to their place a few miles down the road and morg was able to camp with mom while the truck was in the shop. They got it in a timely fashion considering it was just dropped in their lap. Look everything over underneath and taking EXTREME caution with the rusty frame which was very appreciated. They called with quotes on everything they came across and explained everything very thoroughly. Gave a variety of options and mentioned what is needed to be safe, what might be able to wait and what might need attention down the road. The costs of auto repair always sucks. That's life. I've never met anyone happy to fix and pay for broke things on a car but their prices I could live with. The tow bill was more than fair and for the extent of work that needed to be done (driveshaft, brake lines snapped, gaskets, shoes and whatever else I am forgetting and sent pictures to show what was the issue) I honestly can't complain because I know any other "big box" place would of taken me to task and would of spent at least $1000 more. So I was very grateful for their kindness, empathy, patience and probably equal as important, honestly not taking advantage of a 19 year old who was unsure and myself who was 2+ hours away because they could of been disingenuous and tried for a payday. These guys are awesome and would recommend them any day of the week, but not Sunday! They are closed! Lol. I'm glad we now have a connection when we come to that side of the state. Thank you all so much for your help and bailing us out!
