I had a flat tire & was being towed from my apt building parking lot to Cope's Tire on Apple Ave to be replaced. I had set everything up with my car insurance roadside service. I had requested 1st Class Towing for first thing in the morning. Between 8-8:30. I had to order a new tire which would be delivered ASAP & replaced the same day or before closing of 5:00. The driver Zach Chandler was keeping me posted when to meet him downstairs & by my van. The driver had to cancel twice & provide new times to of arrival because of auto accidents.
They showed up exactly when they said they were supposed to. Quicker than I expected. Zack the driver. Paid special as not to damage my vehicle. He was polite. He was personable. And understanding of my situation. Their name, first class says it all. Thank you very much You were a great help in my time of need.
Can't recommend 1st Class enough. Called on a Monday morning and they arrived on site within 30 minutes! I was unable to be with the vehicle but the driver called me to talk me through his process and confirm he had located my car! I met the driver, Zach C., at the site of my drop-off and he couldn't have been friendlier. Really saved my bacon! Thanks guys!
I never thought I'd be in a good mood after needing a tow but good customer service will do that to you! April was an absolute delight, efficient and so friendly, will be using 1st class anytime I need a tow. Highly recommended.

I called for a tow from this company as I was from out of town and needed help to get back on the road. Seemed good enough to pull me out. I was wrong. My car was in a difficult position from the slide off the road and when the driver showed up he said there easier money to be made and left! I called the number back to complain amd the lady on the phone was super rude and said ended up hanging up.
I did however get pulled up by a nice young man named Tj. He saw the tow driver leave and came up and I told him what happened. He immediately offered to pull me out with his pick up. 10 minutes later I was back on the road home to Chicago.
Tj if you see this some how thank you so much you have no idea how much I needed your kindness!
I would think twice before giving your money to this company. From experience, it seems as though they prioritize “getting out on time” over properly and safely performing the service that you called for, or even answering your questions over the phone. In today’s climate where you spend your dollar matters, and why would anybody support a company who damages the property of customers who are already obviously in an unexpected predicament, and then continue to act extremely unprofessionally after the fact. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

While cleaning an air bnb, one of my cleaners backed into a grounding line and got it wrapped in her wheel. She knew not to move the vehicle afraid her break line would snap. At this point the peddle for the breaks was completely fine. First class came and due to improper pulling, destroyed her break line. The guy couldn’t care less and left. The second tow came and noticed right away what the other company did. They even went as far as to reach out to first class on their own. They text my cleaner telling her they were going to make it right. Later she was treated like complete trash by the lady who answered her call. Interrupting her, and ended up hanging up on her. I do business development for a credit union for a living and I will be telling everyone about this experience. There’s still time to make it right.

Jason was incredibly helpful when he stopped to help me out of the Ditch this morning. I had already been sent to them by my roadside but my roadside didn’t send an address. Highly highly recommend 1st class towing. From the time I contacted my insurance it took about 30 minutes for them to get someone out. Eric was so helpful and so quick to get the vehicle set up to be towed. The whole process was so swift and so greatly appreciated! I was even given business cards for any future issues.

Dispatcher seemed to be nice I was not the one talking to her. Truck slid into a ditch as was about to roll over. She said a truck was doing a jump right by us and would be headed our way shortly. An hour passed. We called back, she said it was diverted to go to an accident (understandable) and that we had to wait for them to be done, or she could contact a different truck. She would call us back to let us know if and when a new or the same truck would be on its way. No call back, we called again and were told she couldn’t get ahold of another truck. Also said the one from the accident would be on the way after a car was dropped off. We waited 2 hours for a truck to get there, and when it got there the driver seemed very upset he had to help us. Not an ideal situation having to wait 2 hours for help, and poor communication as we were slowly watching the vehicle slide further and further slowly looking like it was going to roll. The driver of our vehicle was also quoted $80, and is getting charged for $200. I understand accidents happen and things come up, but making us sit in the cold and wait two hours to then need to pay more than double the amount of the quote is unreasonable.

1st the response timing was incredible quick. Contacted my insurance for a tow and they reached out to them and my vehicle was moved within 30 minutes. Zach arrived with a positive attitude and extremely helpful. I was definitely impressed on how easy the process went. He even offered to air my tire up that was deflated. 1st class is always my go to for towing ect. My daughter got her suv stuck in our parking lot last week and now my car had a flat today. Zach is amazing, super nice and they are alot faster than it says on the app or time wise when coming to you. I will always call them when needing towing or other services they can do. Jeremy Griffin was fast, friendly, and professional! He helped me maneuver my car into a better position, to avoid dragging it. Quickly and carefully loaded it onto the flatbed, and towed it to the auto shop I selected. Excellent service!
From the initial intake call, the customer rep (didn't get her name) provided a quick solution to the issue I had, which was nice of her. The driver, Zachary arrived on time and was extremely courteous, professional and made me feel at ease/safe throughout the process.
My serpentine belt broke on my truck,had to get a tow to get home. Zach arrived faster than I was expecting through progressives est time. He was extremely helpful, an great customer service. Easy to talk to and understanding. Made the dreaded process of having to deal with a broke down truck a lot easier. Took all the steps to ensure that the trucks 4x4 wasn't damaged in tow just in case since I got push buttons for my 4x4

I’ve had my car towed twice now with this company and both times they have given exceptional Service with a caring nature. I’m new to the area, and Zack not only made me feel safe and comfortable during what could have been a questionable situation but he also recommended a place that could possibly fix the problem that I could trust, double checked the vehicle was left in a safe place and assured me they were there if I needed them again! He should probably get 10 stars but they limited me to 5!!!!
Excellent Service! Fast, Professional, and Reassuring
My car unexpectedly refused to start this afternoon , leaving me stranded at Wesco on west laketon ave. I called my roadside assistance, and they dispatched 1st class towing.
I was initially stressed about how long the wait would be, but the dispatch estimated 35-65 min and the driver arrived much sooner. In about 20 minutes
The driver, Zach Chandler was incredibly professional and courteous. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the process for loading the car onto the dolly, and made sure my car was secured properly for the drive to my home. I was also offered a ride home.
I really appreciated his efficiency and the care he took not to cause any further damage. Zach turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.

Zach Chandler was an amazing guy! Super kind even though he had just woken up. Asked me before he even grabbed a cigarette to smoke which I greatly appreciated since my kids were with me. It was a very good experience for sure.
