Got into a bad accident and had full. Coverage and I tried to get my stuff out of my car and they told me that unless I paid there fee I couldn’t get nothing out and I had stuff missing when I went to get pictures for insurance
Left my keys in my ignition at work and my truck died. Got a jump at work and started heading home just for my truck to die 5 miles down the highway. Kurt showed up right away and took care of everything. We were 15 miles away parking at my house barely 25 minutes later. Then he stayed after my truck was parked to test the battery and I'm glad he did. I now won't waste my money on a new battery or diagnostic. I'll just go a head and get the new alternator that it needs. Not only picked me up when I was stranded, but made sure I wouldn't end up in the same situation again; that's far better customer service than I had ever expected. Saved me so much time and money. Will definitely be calling them again when I'm stuck.
Very rude. Owner became upset when asking questions. Demanded that I only speak to him and not to the other female worker or male worker who started the conversation. The owner became so agitated, that he got up out of his chair and started to come around the counter towards the customer.
Owner is verbally abusive to customers and to the employees.
I was pleased 2 find what I was looking for at EConomy auto . I went out of my way to find transmission 4 my auto. Economy auto is best shop if u looking for parts 4 older vehicles.
my car was taken here after i got into a bad car accident and my car was totaled, i mainly went to get all of my property out of the car, when i was on the phone with them they told me i wasn’t able to get anything out of my car until they knew what insurance company i went through, and what i was doing with the car, even after i gave them the information she hung up on me. i wasn’t able to get my things until my insurance company called them. when i got there the lady at the register was SO RUDE, they left my sunroof wide open and it was raining! everything inside was SOAKED. and not to mention my back windshield was smashed so animals got into my car and trashed it. they didn’t even care enough to cover any open windows. all they care about is if you have full coverage insurance. they don’t care about your health or your car. never EVER bring your car here.
Now I know why they only have 3 stars this place is not professional they have no communication between them and the customers and act like your just supposed to know the rules… car was impounded wed night called Thurs they told me 175 got me all the way down there and they told me I had to have a release ( have never in my life had to get a release from the police unless I don’t have insurance and proper tags) the lady was very rude and acted like I was supposed to already know that as if I get my car Impounded all the time, I go the police station there closed on a Thursday till Monday so the car has to sit Monday I get the release call and ask how much the lady says 225 and hangs up I get there and she says cash only isn’t that something that you should let your customers know since it is 2023 and most people don’t carry cash so then I leave go to the atm get the money come back pay and then I’m told they had me pay for the wrong car this is why you shouldn’t have your family run your business and maybe update your company so that people don’t have to go out there way to get cash or at least communicate with the customer before they get all the way there I feel like the only reason this place is still in business is because of there contract with the heights At least now if the heights ever impounds my car again I know how they are

I purchased on 12/5/22. A motor for my customer. 350 for motor 150 parts and labor warranty. Invoice 752228. Motor had a bad headgasket. Filed a complaint with economy auto parts. Told motor would be located. It's been months back in forth can't find one. Now we have been told they can't find our invoice. Now they won't answer there phone. I and my customer will be filing breach of contract and warranty neglect to for fill there obligation. Along with attorney fees. And lost of income

This is the worse towing company I have every had to deal with in my life. My vehicle was in a accident in front of my home. I was not given a option to use a different company. It took me a week to get my vehicle so I can have repaired and then they never even reported back to the police that the vehicle had been picked up by the repair shop so the police can close the report. I would give them a zero if that was a option, but I don't recommend using them for anything. They are awful!
So I literally just called on 10/30/2020 at 9:10 in the morning.
Now I'm a mechanic, and I've delta with customers. But I called and asked about a part, and the man who picked up literally just said " we ain't got that and hung up ". Now I'm not an expert but he did no research of whats in stock and to just hang up abruptly is pretty rude. But hey best wishes to your company and I see why you have a 3 star rating
Was sold a bad front diff. They said they would make it right, come back next week. Been close to a month and still no part. Every time we call for a answer they say " you need to talk with Jim" Problem is Jim is never in. Called 8 times over 3 days and he is never there and they wont return calls.
Not happyy didnt have part when I got there but they was nice to call place to find one but was to far for us to go wish they would look before we would of went there and wanted over a hour
this place is a joke, they have a hard time getting make and model right let alone year, they lie and steal, they say they got what you need on the phone, but when u get there and find out they dont they try selling you the wrong parts, and when u catch them in the act they act like they dont know what you are talking about,and say you never called us, or will sell you the wrong parts and will not return or refund them, i honestly dont understand how a business this shady is still in business!!!
10/29/2016 husband bought tail light assembly and they said if it is not the right fit just bring it back and we will refund..!! well it was the wrong fit so he went back and they would not give him his money back!! bad business practice make them give you a receipt and i would not trust them or ever go back there again
