I'm a single mother of three I went to this place to purchase a vehicle. I trusted it would be safe and reliable. With it being a used car I understand it wouldn't be perfect but at least same enough to drive. Two weeks after having it the subframe broke in half while I was driving with my kids in the car, scared us to death when I called to ask if they would make it right I got denied so I'm out of 3500 pls a vehicle. They sell car parts so how they figured this vehicle was safe is beyond me. NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE OR THEY'RE PARTNER ON Apple and carr road priority Auto sales. I figured getting it from an actual business would be better than someone off the street and boy was I wrong. I don't ever recommend purchasing from them. They claim to not know the car was in such bad shape but as a licensed dealer they have to sell safe vehicles. Just don't want anyone else to get screwed out of thousands of dollars.
Got some parts here today, nice people. Parts puller guy was very friendly and cool, I appreciate his help loading and thank you for the deal on the parts! You guys saved me a lot
Bought my new car here and immediately had issues with it. I went home and went to go to work, less than 15 hours after I bought my new care... and the car wouldn't start. They were super nice and polite when I called and said that they would go out and look at it and try to get it running this morning, so well see if I just bought a $7000 paper weight or not.
