I would caution anyone who is thinking of using this company. CALL and get a price BEFORE the service. They are like 5x more than any other company. One of my semi drivers broke down on the shoulder of US31 and he was not far enough off the fog line for the State Trooper so Eagle was called. They literally hooked on and towed my driver 50 feet further up and further off the highway and the bill was $1,872.00
I was stuck in my off road 2006 Nissan Sentra on a road that don’t even show up on the DNR’s GPS. And then the Good Lord sent Andrew from Eagle Towing out to get me. As a fellow Veteran Andrew realized how horrible my day was going, what I financial hardship I might have and cut me a huge break. Mind you I don’t drive a 2006 Nissan Sentra because I have money falling out of the gills. Guy didn’t even laugh at my misfortune. If you need a tow in the Montague area I would highly recommend Eagle Towing and Andrew.
On 6/18 I called to schedule a tow, and was there when the truck driver arrived. I had someone pick me up and take me home, and ultimately the drivers truck broke down, so another had to come. During the time I left the site, damage was done to the front end of my vehicle and I was never notified. I found the damage the next day when I went to the dealership to collect items out of my car. Per the phone operator at Eagle Towing, I was to get an estimate for the repair, which I did and provided it to them. She said she would share with the “operations manager” and since he was on vacation it would be a while. A week after they called and apologized about the damage and stated they thought I was at the scene when it happened. Another week later I called for an update and was told I had to put a claim through my insurance and they would contact their insurance.
If that was the solution I wouldn’t have wasted my time getting an estimate and waiting two full weeks with a damaged vehicle.
I find it very disheartening that a company that states they will safely deliver your vehicle with no additional damage offered no refund, no resolution or no responsibility for what happened.
I would not recommend this towing service to anyone, especially after the runaround I got for something that happened by their employee. Very disappointing.
Today I got a flat and realized my tire changing tools were insufficient. I called up ET, easily setup payment, and they located me on the freeway despite my wrong directions. The driver and assistant quickly realized I'd need more than just help changing my tire, as I didn't have the special key needed for my rim. They quickly devised a plan and called in the flatbed to bring me to my tire shop. A few minutes later Jesse was on the scene. He was professional, safe, and knowledgeable. We had a nice conversation as we traveled to my destination. I couldn't ask for better service. You've got a great one in your driver Jesse. Thank you!
The lady at the office was nice but the driver was rude and unprofessional, they chose to tow the car all the way to this location instead of the much closer twinlake branch. Shame on these people for harassing the young kid who was there

If no stars was available that would be it. The driver was great. The dispatch and owner are rude, condescending and are just down right nasty. The dispatch sent the driver the wrong way and wanted to do nothing but argue with me and the driver about the correct directions, resulting in a 20 mins late arrival. Not the end of the world. Than she called me back because my cc would not run. Gave her another card and got that handled. Per my cc company there was nothing wrong with my card but their terminal would not take a master card from Sam's. I asked to speak to a manager and that was a complete s$%t show. The owner called me back, Chrystal. She was beyond unprofessional and nasty. She also, bluntly told me that they had over charged me because I have a classic car and thought it was funny. She told me she was all set and the overcharge would stand. She also stated that I was placed on a do not service list. I have used the Eagle Towing for 12 years and numerus times. Not any more. I feel bad for the drivers because Chrystal has got to be the worst person in the world to work for. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY!!!
They wanted 325 to unlock and tow. They made a deal with the festival so noone could use their own service. Mega rip off don't use them please. Support an honest hard working small towing service
Price gouging thanks to their partnership with the campgrounds. Not willing to be reasonable at all. Prepare to get bent over by these people if you need a tow at Forest.
Why would I trust a tow company that can not even park legally. But don’t worry, I’m sure they would tow you for the same thing. Hope those doughnuts were good.
The absolute worst place possible to ever use in the Whitehall / Montague area. They lie cheat and steal as much as they can and when questioned they threaten to beat you. Horrible service and horrible people. They have been sued soooo many times and for good reason! DONT USE THEM!!!

DOG FRIENDLY AS WELL. TREATED my service dog without her vest as a member of their OWN family.

In the past, yes we have used their services BUT you need to understand the type of people you are dealing with before you call them. On June 20th, 2022 their driver took a wrong turn and drove down the driveway at our lakeside cabin. We HAD NOT called them. The wrecker became stuck and the ensuing efforts to free the wrecker completely tore up a part of the drive that goes down a hill. They never tried to call us about the damage, our neighbor did. In the 5 weeks since, I have phoned, emailed, even dropped off photos to show the damage AND of our drive washing out due to rains. They will not respond other than to have their dispatchet tell us to turn it into insurance. Scuse' me? Who is responsible for the damage? If I could give them 0 stars I would. Beware. They are not reputable.
Stopped by police when towing one Ford Fusion with another Ford Fusion. That fusion was not acceptable by the cops!!!
Alan showed up in under 15 minutes, hooked up both pos's n got us out of tickets, impound and or jail

These guys are awesome. Unfortunately I have had to use them three times in the last couple of years. I say unfortunately not because of them but because I had car issues. If you ever have car troubles never hesitate to contact this coolant company.
Had a good experience with this company through triple A, Alan was great! He showed up quickly, was very kind and friendly on the ride to the mechanic, and even dropped me off near my home when there were no cabs available to take me home. Above and beyond!
Great company. I would recommend them to anyone needed towing assistance. These guys moved my shed from a store to my house. Rusty the driver was awesome. Owner/ Owners should be proud to have him as an employee. I have operated a service business for 27 years and would hire him in a second. Thanks guys.
Updated 2/11/22 - they replied blaming covid issues. Poor excuse granted this all happened before COVID ever existed. Bad company.
Original post (1/10/22) -- Don't bother with this company. They don't show up, don't call and don't answer their phone when you call back to see what happened. Call someone else. They don't care about you or your issue. The reason you're seeing mostly all good reviews is because they pay some kind of company that "fixes" your social prescense and basically expunges your bad reviews. For example THIS post will probably be removed in time so you're not seeing the truth.
Absolutely horrible service! I asked them to come out to tow my van to a local repair shop. They were able to get it started so they charged us $65 and left. When it died I asked them to tow it to the local auto shop again and the guy first left because I didn't answer the door "in time" then came back and said he couldn't tow it because he had "too many calls behind me". He charged me $65 and left again! Then surprise surprise my f%$king car died AGAIN!!!! And I Finally Got it tow to the local auto shop by ANOTHER COMPANY! $110 down the drain! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
On Oct 17,2021, called Eagle towing after car trouble in Montague. Prompt reply after contacting. Friendly and courteous. Confusion about key drop off at repair shop, but key was found behind drop box tray at repair shop, not eagle towing fault. Highly recommend this company.
Amazing service and this was not your regular towing, this was a boat on a trailer that needed to be towed because the axle broke. He was very careful and educational in everything he did, this helped me get over the possibility of this process going south and trust that he is the right person for this job. Rick was a great guy and the inexpensive charge does not do justice to their incredible equipment knowledge and great service in a very expedient matter.
We were stranded on the freeway for over 2 hours thanks to AAA, I called Eagle Towing and they had a driver out to us in less than 15 minutes. Driver was super nice and professional, changed tire and we were on our way. This was by far the best towing company I've ever had to deal with, working in law enforcement for 14yrs. I've dealt with a lot. Thanks Eagle, you guys are The Best!!
