When in to buy some fittings had one fitting broke off just needed a pair of pliers it was slightly tighter than finger tight went back to Napa counter asked the mail cashier if he had a pair of pliers or vice grips that he could use to get that piece loose his response was nope. So Napa being inside a hardware store this guy couldn't find a pair of pliers and he sure as hell wasn't going to attempt to help pretty much the same thing every time I go to Napa in Lewiston.

Doesn't actually have a lot of parts in stock. They have to order a lot of parts you need.

Very friendly staff if they do not have what you need they try to order it next day for you.

If it's in Stock...They Got It!!! If it's not...You Don't need it!!!! LOL...LOL. GREAT SELECTIONS!!!!!

The people are nice and will help you but this is not a full part store. It's a hardware store that sells car parts. They can not turn rotors and drums and do not stock alot of parts. Sometimes you will need to order and wait 24 to 48 hours.
