Unless you work for a mechanic, don't waste your time. They don't offer basic diagnostics the way any other decent auto parts store does, and have no interest in helping you unless you know exactly what you're after. Better prices, people and name brand parts are available in Greenville.
I went to this shop looking for a specific part for my car, and the experience was a complete disaster. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and when they finally did, it seemed like they didn’t really know much about the product. They didn't have the part I needed, and they didn't even bother to check if they could order it. I will admit I don’t know much about cars but I have a good idea on the price and the prices on google were a lot lower, the prices were outrageous, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, I am never going back there.
This place has the best customer service. If the last reviewer had a question that they could not answer than that is a first & probly something unavailable because these guys have never had a problem answering my questions & getting me going in the right direction if it was a part they could not order for me. Keep it up guys!! George is the best but their all very helpful & knowledgeable!!
The guy literally had no idea what he was doing. I asked a simple question and he just looked dumbfounded, then tried to send me to a different auto place and there wasn't one.
They ordered a part for me and the part had to be returned 3 times they were very good about it and when the last one broke they refunded my money my family has done business with them for years and they have always been very good
