Used Frontline to tow my car home after mechanical issues. RJ was dispatched and was very fast, professional and detailed in the communication and what I could expect after he left the pick up spot. My rear tire on my 2013 Harley Davidson Switchback not only had a sidewall blister bulging but the belts in my tire broke. I didn't have a blowout because it felt like something wasn't quite right. I stopped at Gingrich Tire in Remus to have them look at my tires and the guys stopped me from riding any further upon seeing the problem I was having. I called Frontline for a tow home as the place was only for car tires. They still helped me. Likely saved my life. Frontline was quite quick in getting to me. They were careful with my bike. They made sure she was strapped down nice and snug and zero damage. Some wrecking companies drivers aren't so careful. Frontline was 100%. Professional. Friendly. They actually care about what they're doing and don't do sloppy work on a haul. I would call Frontline any time for my bike or car from now on. I really can't complain about the price either. It was just above half of what I expected. I was sure the bill was going to be much bigger. It was a big flat bed for my lil bike. The driver Justin was friendly, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Hes got dreamy blue eyes for any single ladies out there. You might want a tow just because. Lol. All kidding aside hes a very nice man. I was very happy for his assistance today. Steve too for getting right on it to get me back home. Thank you Frontline. Thank you Justin! Id rather not need a tow but I'll be calling if it happens.
Bud was absolutely amazing!! He arrived so quickly! Helped us get safely to a hotel 30 minutes away. Waited for us to checkin to make sure there was a room available. He was super knowledgeable about the area and mechanics. Incredibly friendly and outgoing! Great stories going back & forth to pass the time!! Thank you so much Bud!! My husband and I accidentally locked our keys in our vehicle to include our wallets and cell phones at Rest Area 533 off M131 NB, we spent 2 1/2 hours making calls using any strangers cell phones who offered their phone to us to call various towing companies provided by the rest area attendant and local sheriff's office, a lovely woman used her phone to do a Google search of local towing companies and Frontline Towing and Recovery popped up, I gave them a call, explained my situation, and was put at ease when told a tow truck would be dispatched to help us soon. Thank you Google but most of all THANK YOU Frontline for dispatching a driver to us right away, the speediness and professionalism of Justin who aided us to get back on the road in minutes was amazing. Thank you so much!!!
This is my new favorite towing service and I highly recommend them! We were stranded for over an hour on Labor Day waiting for another company when I decided to call Frontline. They came right away and towed us home, as no Repair shops were open. Then they came the next morning and towed us again after we got the dealership to fit us in. We were originally going to take it to a local shop but the nice man from Frontline let us know it sounded more like a dealership specific electronic issue (which saved us from towing it a 3rd time). We didn't think we would get our second tow covered as our policy says one tow, but since the first one was short and couldn't go where it was needed, frontline got our coverage to pay for the second one as we were well under our 100 miles.
Had my wheel fall off on my way home last night called a few different companies and went with Frontline friendly and affordable plus there wrecker Casey/Kasey huge shoutout to that guy as it was late and he was friendly and helpful

Gave a couple friends a ride to get their car out of the lot and the owner/driver proceeded to make nothing but rude comments to me and I was just sitting in my car minding my own business while they dealt with him. He may be a good driver and have reasonable rates but I WILL NOT deal with rude owners or customer service

Incredibly fair prices!*! Did a great job getting my truck unstuck. Somehow managed to get my truck stuck in the most sandy part of the road while trying to avoid a deer LOL Even followed me home to grab payment since I didn't have it on me Would definitely recommend!
