Funny story. I called today for a spare tire for trunk and a once over look at my car I was polite and clear with what I wanted The Woman who I asummmed smoke 10 packs of non filter cigarettes this morning asked what kind of car. I don’t k ow why that matters but politely I told her. And was met with a rude no and then clock in my ear. Now this isnt what I do. Snitch. But I fear it’s a nationwide issues. Lord save us all. God bless this place Btw it’s a 25 year old Lexus need a spare and someone with a mechanic brain to look say yea drive this bit to California and also remove my rear view plz. Peace out. Jesus saves

Stopped in looking for a small item. Although they didn't have the part we needed, the staff spent time and went out of the way to search their competitors' websites for the part.

Yes. This place. He said he had the part, said he was open till 5. I drove out there and arrived at 415. The sign said open and there was a hand written note saying call for service. Although the family came out of the mobile home in the front yard and said,"my dad will be right back." I called the number. The man answered and I told him I was there for the part we talked about on the phone. He chuckled and said, "we closed at 4 today. Come back tomorrow." I hope he's still waiting!!
Overpriced! Called needing an ac compressor for a Dodge Avenger. Was told $50 if I pulled it or $70 if they pull it. I found one elsewhere for $35 that I didn't have to pull.
The owners are super helpful and very friendly.. and the woman who answers the phones Def knows what she's talking about u got questions,she's got answers
Found two of the five parts we was looking for. We asked the guy working if he could pull some of the other parts we was needing since he asked us if we needed any help but his response was he is way too busy to do all that...That's hilarious since he stood there talking with us for at least 15 (maybe lounge 888minuets while we was pulling our parts off then at least another 15 minuets while we was checking out so I'm pretty sure that's not how customer service works
The armocks are good people to do bizene with thay have good prices and parts thay helped me on lots of part so go see them if that can help you thay will
