Super unprofessional. Significant other was worried on how they were towing his suburban so obviously I was taking pics and a video. The driver waved as he left.
Called you because people were in my parking spot, there are signs everywhere stating tenants parking,they did nothing all day long....a Event going on or not I bet if I parked in someone's driveway you would of hauled my truck away! Thanks my parking spot was taken from 9am to 9pm Shame on you for letting these morons that couldn't read get away with it even after I called you.
I don’t normally give 5 stars for anything but this company deserves it. I’ve dealt with Bud, who’s hauled a number of machines for me on behalf of the company I work for, and I’ve dealt with Justin who has towed my Excursion as of recent. On ALL occasions I have been met with the highest form of respect, dignity, and communication from the time I call Steve in the office for a dispatch of a wrecker, to the very swift arrival of either Bud or Justin.
I will even say this company goes above and beyond. I talked to Steve on a Friday to get my Excursion towed on a Sunday to a shop for a scheduled appointment. Got the appointment set with Steve and waited for 2-4pm on Sunday for a wrecker. Unfortunately they didn’t show up during the timeframe. No big deal, it was a beautiful Sunday, Mother’s Day, and maybe there were 15 different high-priority calls before me. I called Brandon, who runs the operation, to see if I was still on the books. He confirmed that I was and said a wrecker would show within an hour. Waited and waited, an hour passes, okay no big deal, I’ll call Monday. Then I heard a wrecker running outside and peaked out and found Justin already backed up to the truck and ready to get the show on the road. Before I even said anything he sincerely apologized for not being within the hour timeframe. I asked if they were swamped and he simply mentioned that Sunday was his day off and came to do me a solid. I felt great appreciation and was at complete ease knowing this company cares about getting the job done and that the employees follow that model.
Definitely will not hesitate to recommend and won’t hesitate to keep them in business!

Got a flat on 131 near Howard City. Traffic too insane to change it without a wrecker. Bud was the man. Got to me quickly and slapped on the spare. Felt like a NASCAR pit stop. Thanks for the help!
Frontline towing company had to tow my car unfortunately for an impound.. But they worked well with me gave me few extra days to pay off bill and then cause I couldn't get a trailer gave me the Xtra time to keep there til could have car completly legal and drive my girl home... !!!! All the guys were polite, friendly and understanding!!! Will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance!!!
I was in a car / deer accident on us 131 n this past saturday around Howard City.
Our tow driver was the BEST. Wish I could remember his name. He was very helpful and did a great job at keeping my husband and I calm.He was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to take us to get a car rental in Big Rapids.

What started as a bad experience ended as a good one, thanks to Justin with Frontline! Justin was quick to ease my anxieties with his kindness, promptness and knowledge. It was overall a good experience with great customer service.

10/10 Great Service. I think my drivers name was Dylan, I'm horrible with names, sorry! He was a young man. Extremely friendly, fast and efficient. I had a loaner car from a dealership that broke down on me on my way to get my own vehicle(frustrating situation) and Dylan was great the entire time. My truck died on the side of 131 and the tow truck showed up in 15 minutes. The driver was very kind and professional. He loaded my truck up quickly and securely and then gave us a ride to the nearest gas station to get us out of the rain. It was much appreciated!
I gave our spare car to a friend of our daughters and on her way home the water pump blew. We called Frontline and they were so nice! Brett came to Newcosta within 20minutes of me calling. I will absolutely be saving their number in my phone!

I'd give a million stars if I could!! My husband and I broke down late at night, Sunday, of Memorial Day Weekend and over 2 hrs away from home. I had already called 4 other companies and got nothing but excuses. (Too far and too late at night).
When I called Frontline, Brett answered on the first ring and didn't hesitate to say "No problem, I can do it!" He then explained that he was in the middle of another tow call, but he'd send us another driver to at least get us off the side of the road and to their shop to wait for him more comfortably.
That driver arrived within 10 min and was very friendly, polite and professional. I feel bad that I didn't catch his name, but I did get to love on his German Shepard when we got to the shop, and her name is Aries.
Brett arrived soon after, got our truck loaded up and in no time we were All headed North. He was also very friendly and polite. Extremely down to Earth and easy to talk to. The 3 of us chatted away like we'd known eachother forever the entire 2 and 1/2 hrs. There was never any awkward silence and he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by making him drive 5 hrs in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. (Not even when I asked him to stop at a gas station so I could pee! LoL)
I can't say enough good things about him!! He's an incredibly Smart kid with a great head on his shoulders. My husband and I were both extremely impressed by him. He went above and beyond to help us out and we felt the price was very fair as well.
We hope to never need his assistance again, but if Frontline ever expands to Northern MI, they will be our First call!!
The driver Brett was very professional, friendly, and honest. He arrived promptly and before estimated time. Safely secured my vehicle. I was obviously having a bad day. Having to contact a tow truck. Dealing with Frontline made my day better. I tried to give him a tip, he wouldn't accept it.
My truck was far out in a field with broken steering. He coulda easily refused the tow but driver Brett did what he could asap. He got my truck out and loaded very respectfully and fast! Would recommend them every time, also very fair priced!
These guys are great. Super friendly. Brett went above and beyond to help me with a simple repair rather than towing me all the way to Grand Rapids. I was so happy to get back on the road and am super grateful to these guys for the extra help.
