Don't call these people. They're incompetent and don't listen to details. I told them the details of truck 3 times, was given price $700. I agreed, waited 20 minutes for text to pay and had to call back. I was told it was going to be $936 because they forgot about the 300lb welder in back of truck. I asked why matters as I told them the weight of truck in first conversation and that there was a welder in back of truck. She told me because of the weight, when I told her I told her the truck weight was 10,000 pounds, with a welder in it. She was rude. I told her to send the message so I could pay and was told a guy would be there in under a hour. 1 hour 20 minutes go by and I call back, and was told guy had to go to another call and that he would be there in 30 minutes. Waited another hour, I call again and get told 20 minutes he's on his way. Another 35 minutes and truck shows up and it's a different company from 2 hours away. Get truck loaded and they take back roads the whole trip (was supposed to be 1 hour 50 minutes) turned in to just over 4 hours at 35 mph because the highways are bad. I've never traveled a highway that's worse then untouched back roads. Worst wrecker service I have ever dealt with. These people are awful and rude when you call back to find out why they're screwing you over on money and time, about 7 hours. Call someone else you will be glad to not deal with this.
While helping out a friend today I was in the position of needing to use my AAA+. Safety First Wrecker Service was not only quick to arrive but the driver was so kind and helpful. I'd recommend this company for any auto issues requiring a jump or a tow. I didn't think to check the driver's name. Such a pleasure to have his help
Tow truck driver named AJ did phenomenal job towing my truck efficiently. He was also great to talk to even though it was a long drive that could’ve been awkward and silent, he was wise and caring about the situation. AJ is a very respectful and kind human being. Give that man a raise!
I was 138 miles away from my final destination. My total trip was 2500 miles. I called AAA and it was not long before Dan came. He came in early so I did not have to wait for hours. I really appreciate that. I enjoyed my ride with our interesting conversation. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

Our car battery died in our driveway and we needed a jump, tow operator A.J. was here pretty quick to get it jumped. Afterwards he gave solid advice on what to do going forward, which ended up working out. A.J. is the man.

My son started his Nissan Maxima this morning and came back inside to get his 3 year old son, only to find out the car was locked and running. I called several places which were too expensive or could not come out soon. Amy with Safety First Towing was very kind and dispatched Dan who arrived in 15 minutes and quickly resolved the issue. He was also very kind. I would highly recommend Safety First Towing. Their prices are reasonable.
Dan came and picked my father in law and his vehicle up and towed him to the service garage. Then, he went above and beyond to take him to my house so I can get him a ride home. He was very kind, generous and showed extreme compassion for him. He by far went above and beyond to help him out. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone for a tow. Dan came and got us out of the cold in the middle of nowhere it felt like, super nice guy! got the truck nice and warm for us and and conversational without being too annoying or anything. Hope to get him to tow ya if you need it, good guy :)
Called AAA for a tow with our Roadside Service. Got linked with Jerry's. Dispatcher called quickly and got the appropriate information. Let me know driver would be available after 10am, it was only 830a. Driver showed up, hooked up quick and dropped truck off swiftly. Great experience this time. Would totally recommend!
Bonnie the dispatcher was very professional and kind. She was able to send a tow truck fairly quickly. She even helped me to get a ride home. I was very grateful especially since it was the holidays.
Dan came to get my keys out of my car because I locked them in it. Less than two minutes, he was in the car and had it unlocked. These people are very professional, helpful, and wait time was very minimal.
My car had to sit in Howard City area for an entire week. After I got all of my issues fixed a week later it turned out my battery was dead. Thanks to Dan at roadside assistance I have a fully charged battery. Dan was very helpful asking you I had been doing work on the car and gave me a couple of tips I did not know to do my next part. I've been driving for almost 40 years and this is the first time in over 30 years I've come across such a professional and kind driver through a tow service. I would highly recommend them my car was in a hard spot to get to and they still made it in.

My mom's car just died on her in the middle of the road. She was upset & flustered, so I called the tow truck company for her. They were friendly & prompt. They made it easy for me to pay for it right from my phone. I will be forever greatful to them for taking great care of my mom for me.
Holly did a great job for me. She took the extra care to do her best to not damage my broken-down boat trailer as it was in need of a tow. Holly was also on time and very empathetic and truly fun to talk to. Also a shout out because this company was actually willing to come help me unlike my insurance company who left me high-and-dry.

The tow truck driver was very friendly, and considerate. I would write him a five star, but the dispatcher was absolutely terrible. We had a frantic emergency situation, and all she was concerned about was payment, even after I had made my payment rather than trying to be calming and letting me know she had someone on the way she kept telling me even if we cancel and find someone sooner she’s more concerned about the payment and we’re gonna have to pay. I informed her I was not worried about payment. I was just worried about the urgent situation and getting that addressed As soon as possible, i was in tears I told her I was going to have to let her off the phone to address our situation And she called back just to tell me just so you know If you have someone help you Sooner your going to continue to pay, when I first called, she told me someone would be there in in 10 minutes. We waited over an hour when I Call back she said someone was 35 Minutes away. I’m disappointed in her lack of emergency Response training, and her lack of professionalism in an urgent situation especially after you’ve already received Payment addressing the emergency And calling back multiple times to reinforce the fact they’ll still Be charged I thought it was the absolute rudest most unprofessional experience I’ll never use them in an emergency situation again
I hit a deer so needed a tow. Dan got there fast, he was friendly and efficient despite it being dark and getting late. When I called back during regular business hours to have my car taken to the body shop I appreciated not having to wait on hold. The staff member I spoke to was cordial and got things taken care of so my car could get to where it needed to go.
Just wanted to thank Eric and Dan for their help. They both were helpful professional and kind while picking up my vehicle. I will admit I was stumped ( little sense of humor there they will understand) on how they were going to get their job done but they did and did an amazing job. Probably more work then anyone would want to do in the dark and rain. I 100% recommend these two for your towing need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are awesome
I reached Safety first through AAA. It was not an emergency but I needed to get my truck to a repair shop. The driver Eric arrived sooner than expected was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use Safety First again!

Needed 3 tires inflated on a vehicle that had been sitting the last 6 months. It took a long time and a lot of patience on Dan's ( my service technician) but he got them all properly filled. He was kind and patient with all my questions. Gave me great advice . Thank you so very much
