They weren't able to help me with paint like the Blissfield Napa will. It's too bad all napa stores only stay open till 5pm these days. It makes it hard for this blue collar guy to use their services. I can't make it there before they close after I get out of work
The Napa in temperance is not a place I would recommend to anyone there’s a woman who works there that is nasty to the customers I was there picking up car parts and she was snippy with but that’s ok it doesn’t bother me a older gentleman walked into the store and he needed a hand cart to bring a battery in from his car and the woman was down right mean and nasty to him to the point that I spoke up and said to her that she has no right treating people like that and I gave her the parts I was buying back asked for a refund and told her I will never do business at that Napa location ever again if anyone else has had any problems at the temperance location they should leave a review also
I like going to this particular NAPA store. They always have the parts I'm looking for and the staff doesn't try to make me feel stupid. As a matter of fact, their staff is really friendly which is a welcome relief from most of the auto parts stores in Toledo.
This place is really close to my house, so I'm in this store atleast once or twice a week.
I really like the staff here because they are very knowledgeable and helpful every time I go in.
I even left my wallet there one time and they returned it to me when I came back to look for it.
Honest people deserve my business.
Very few auto parts stores anymore where if you're part cannot be found on the computer, they give up.
Starts IS NOT that place. Most parts ppl there dont give up until you have what you need.
