Dave the district manager and Jason the store manager really helped me out. I have a 6.7 Powerstroke. I had to get two batteries late on a Sunday. They didn’t have matching AGM batteries, so I went with the flooded acid. Not a huge deal. Well, it was. I have a short commute to work and they would die leaving me to have to user my jump box. 2 months later I reached out to corporate about my issue. I spoke Dave and then Jason. They exchanged my batts as a warranty and I paid the difference for Optima Red Top AGM batts. What a relief. If I told my wife I had to spend another $600, after already paying $500, she might have left me. Big thanks to these guys and O’Reilly’s!
Called on 5/27/25 to order brake parts because they were not in stock. Was informed they would be in at 10 am on 5/28. My son attempted to pick up the parts around 3 pm and they didn't have everything in stock.
I called the store and spoke with Eli about the issue. Asked why we did not receive a call and why the parts were not there. He said the other store dropped the ball and it was not their fault. I informed them they told me parts would be there at 10am and they didn't call me. Eli said "sorry" and hung up. Extremely poor customer service.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Has the most basic parts in stock but can order and have parts shipped to the store the next day if needed. They do battery testing and will help you find your parts if you can't find them.
Super helpful and friendly staff, and they even price matched their competitors, saving me another trip! Repeat customer, and will be returning anytime I need parts!
I was very satisfied with my visit today. I needed a rear wiper and the gentleman picked it out for me and put it on, thank you for your great customer service.
The workers at the counter are clueless, have horrible attitude and act like it’s a hassle to do anything. If we could give zero stars we would. The older guy with dark hair and glasses at the counter tried to tell us led headlights are illegal and that they don’t come standard on new vehicles. Incompetence at its finest.
I was in the store Friday the 20th around 2:30 to purchase some new wiper blades. When I was checking out I asked if I could get them installed as I saw on the website and posted on a sign on the door that there was free wiper blade installation. The kid helping me asked 2 other co workers if they would install them as he clearly did not want to. When the 2nd coworker (who was back in what appeared to be an office) refused, he came out and started throwing a pen at the kid who was begrudgingly walking out to help me. They were all very unprofessional and made me feel like a bother for even asking to use a service that the company has been promoting.
Kent was very helpful with me and my battery on this cold windy day. I would highly recommend this location. Not all of them are equal. Keep up the great work and thanks again
You should not give out your employee Kents # for side jobs if he is going to stand up your customers. Being from out of town and stranded he said he would replace my thermostat. After talking to him 2X he was a no show. Not great for business.
Kent and Anthony went above and beyond. I needed a battery for my 2018 Silverado and was told from other battery suppliers that it needed to be professionally installed. Onstar said I needed it replaced and it was on a Saturday. Timing was not good! However, Kent to the rescue offered to put in the battery for us! I was from out of town and he was a life saver! big kudos to these two!!
Being a woman, I'm usually leery about going to an auto parts store. I don't feel like that when I go to O'Reilly's. The guys are so helpful. They talk TO me, NOT down to me. 👍 👍 up!!
Super helpful! We're not from here but they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were also extremely patient having to deal with my very little knowledge of what I needed! Thank you Jason and Kent!

Very helpful. I had a wiper blade fall of and they helped me get a new one, find the best and cheapest kind, and helped instal it to. Very good place to go.
Employee was amazingly helpful. Went to auto zone for a tool and the guy was no help at all. Went across the street to O Reilly's and the guy went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. I'll go to O Reillys from now on. Great customer service!
I always go here to get my car parts there's great people working here I always get what I need and the guys that are even help with my windshield wipers on or my battery
Ricki was great!!!! He went all out to get my taillights fixed. Probably a half n hour to 45 minutes spent taking my fuse box and control switch just to figure out why one bulb was working. I dont know if he can go higher than Assistant Manager but he definitely deserves it!!!!! Cool store too, everything in stock
