Tow companies don’t always arrive as quick as this one did, and I just want to mention that they did but was aware that I was in the middle of a snow and ice storm and it wasn’t likely for any tow company to arrive in 30 minutes (actually about fifteen). What is important to me though is that Roy arrived and first made sure everybody was safe even after being asked that question by the dispatcher. Roy was a professionally polite tech who empathized with the people he was helping, explained what he was going to do and made sure we were taken care of showing a work and personal ethic that you don’t see very often. Five stars and 10/10. Thanks, Roy!
I had a dead battery in single digit weather. I called Porters Towing for battery jump start service. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. In less than hour they had a guy there and had my car running again. Would recommend them.
Semi truck broke down this morning called porters towing up and as always fast friendly professional service. Great people have know them for many years always dependable and great to deal with.

They can within 30 minutes of my call. The gentleman that helped us made sure that the damage to our car did not become worse. He even provided a ride for us back home.
Roy and his assistant Will are fantastic recovery experts. They were extremely, quick getting to me, extremely knowledgeable and can get the job done. I had a machine 150 ft off road and behind a fence buried deep in a retention pond.and Roy worked his magic several times with the cables getting the machine out from its watery, slop mud hole. I highly recommend Porter’s towing.

I can’t remember the name of the guy (fella with a couple daughters, 25 years of experience) who towed me but he was amazing, experienced, and professional. Picked me up off the side of the highway outside Detroit within a half hour, got me across state into Toledo. I screwed up and gave the wrong address and he towed me to the right spot no charge.
I rode with him and he was polite. Once we got there, he even popped the hood and pointed out what the core problem was which helped us from getting screwed at the service repair center (serpentine belt broke).
Pretty expensive but considering the circumstances with it.
Called Porter's, spoke to 2 different departments, explained my needs, sent to the proper department, Tiffany is the best & so is Roy. Lots of communication back & forth to assist with my needs. Appreciate you all for the help I needed! Definitely will do business again!
My mini cooper wouldn't start. The push button key wouldn't work. This company knew enough and took great care in bringing dollys incase steering column was locked. The girl that handles the calls was so pleasant and professional! She got them out quickly. My tow truck driver was a blessing. Kind and very personable. Was a pleasure talking to him. He took great care getting my car on the bed. Would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks again for your help!
Good people, my only issue was that I was told 45 minutes to an hour for a tow truck to show up, and I was okay with that. 2 hours later and nothing, so I called and was told that they're backed up, and it'll be about another hour. At this point, I had already paid for the tow, so I had to wait and wait I did. Tow truck showed up 5 hours later. Just be honest and say you don't have the time or be realistic with your time frame.
They were very professional and very communicative on how they can accept payment options and the time in which services can reach you and also on time with the quote that they gave. It’s never a good thing when you need to call for a tow because your car won’t turn over but they definitely made it so my mind was at ease getting to a mechanic shop. I’m not from the area and I’m very thankful for them. 10/10 recommend.
This is more than a A+ business when you need a tow. The driver was excellent he took care of everything for me. AAA kept me waiting from 10:00 p.m. until around 5:00 5:30 a.m.. Then I was informed by triple AAA I would not be receiving a tow. Until I called this company, they were there in 14 minutes.
I was advised ahead of time about how long it would take for the tow truck to pickup my vehicle due to them being very busy. I appreciated being told ahead of time instead of waiting wondering when. The dispatcher was very polite as well as their driver. I did not have any issues. I would highly recommend. This was my second time doing business with them. Also they were more affordable than the other towing companies that I had called.
Stranded l on the side of 275-S.. and Porter had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes of my call. The driver took me with the car to the dealership and was incredibly friendly.
Less than an hour, from call to drop off.. other companies were quoting 75 minutes to just arrive.
Excellent service, after being neglected by Jim’s towing in Monroe, and insulted by the lady, they kept canceling my request of help to AAA. 6 hours after, Porters rescue me with a very gentle heart
Porter's service was timely when I needed it. The customer service from the first phone to the driver who towed my vehicle was two thumbs up. Plus, they have a tracking app to show you where your vehicle is along the route. Great job. Thanks again.
