My wife’s Yukon xl had a slip, took it to them last spring. They rebuilt the transmission and did a wonderful job. Just 3 weeks ago, my truck was leaking from the mechanic window on the transmission. Couldn't be happier with the work done on my truck. It had a horrible wobble and McLain's was able to diagnosis the issue and fix it quickly. I have a Dodge Eco-diesel so it has to be "different", of course. C/V axel was the problem. Truck drives like new again. I will definitely bring my business back here.
Great guys, I stopped in simply because I needed air in a tire. They helped me right out. Will use them in the future if I'm ever unfortunate enough to need them
Brought in our Dodge Caravan for hard shifting and hesitation when driving; needed a full rebuild. McLain had it diagnosed and fixed in a little over a week. We did buy the extended warranty since this is a Dodge transmission we're talking about. But any questions we had Doug was more than happy to drive us around in our van and explain. Overall a great experience.
When in for what I thought was a transmission problem. It was shifting in and out of high gear on level ground. Doug trouble shot the truck, found wheel bearing sending bad info to computer, changed wheel bearing truck fixed!!! Price was quite reasonable and work done quickly.
