Gone are the days of the knowledgeable Circle Auto Parts pros. All that's left are the useless Auto Value employees that can't do anything unless it's on the computer screen. They don't know anything, can't or won't look anything up in hard copy catalogues, won't go the extra mile to help you, everything you'd expect from today's hourly employees with no pride in their jobs.
Knowledgeable staff, seem to have most parts in stock. Pretty small store but decent stock. I buy a lot of parts there and have always had a good experience.
I bought a battery from here 4 months ago and it wasn't the correct size for my engine and the battery is junk now reads ef02 I only used this battery twice!! The guy assured me all batteries work the same for all engines. I lost my receipt so I called to see if they had my name on file and the guy answering the phone said no receipt no warranty. I had to go buy a new battery, so I went to auto zone in Midland. Bought a battery for a little more found out different engines need different amounts of power and got a receipt on paper and online, also if I lose those my name is on file for 3 year warranty!!!! Definitely don't recommend this place to anyone unless you know exactly what you are looking for!!
Normally a great place with great people. But recently had to replace a lifetime warranty starter and he was not happy. Told her next time she will have to buy one. Lifetime means lifetime as far as i knew. Never had this issue in the past.
Always a great experience visiting this location. I've been here a few times picking up odds and ends and the employees are always extremely helpful. Their pricing is very competitive and better than other "big box" auto retailers. Even if it wasn't I'm always happy to spend an extra few dollars supporting a local business.

They always have the parts I need and a very knowledgeable staff. Most trips to any other auto store can be frustrating at times but I have never walked away disappointed.
PRO'S- Easy to work with, Friendly, Quick, Hard workers.
CON'S- Small store, so it doesn't have ALOT in stock, Workers seemed "rattled" (Sorry i can't give a better description than that.
