You dont send the inexperienced kid out on a recovery that you yourself can barely figure out!! The worst part is the lack of integrity...you gotta own it!! Today you absolutely sucked you left people stranded to fend for themselves...

Awful communication. Used my roadside assistance through insurance and they did not communicate with my insurance company. Thought the car was stolen as insurance dispatched another company because they did not let anyone know they picked up the car. Terrible communication. Would not recommend this company!

My mother needed a unlock on her truck and the driver was rude. Making rude comments to her. Mind you she is a elderly woman.
