This shop did right by me, twice, 100% both times! I needed new shocks on my truck last summer before towing my camper. A local Chevy dealer couldn't get OEM shocks before my appointment I had set up six weeks in advance, but didn't bother to tell they couldn't perform the work before I got there. I had two weeks left before my trip. NEA ordered my shocks and got them in, but had a very full schedule. It took a couple of tries to get me in, but they installed the shocks in about half an hour once they got a spot for me. I really like my Rancho RS9000s!
This winter, my thermostat was malfunctioning, and needed to be changed. I emailed NEA via their website form on Friday afternoon and got a response in about an hour. After a couple emails, Dustin offered an appointment for Monday morning at 10AM. I accepted that, and brought my truck over at that time. They had the work done in an hour, and everything functioned properly. Total charged was less than quoted because I went with the standard temperature thermostat.
Really easy to deal with these guys and get stuff done. They do much more than just lift kits and huge tires; they make general maintenance a valid option at this shop. NEA has done excellent work for me twice, and I'll return for front struts this spring.
idk where to start. If you buy a snowdogg plow for the side of the road, and it's a pain with the lights' wiring. This place is the best to get your plowing up and running! Please help me get my lights working. My snowdogg showed me everything wrong and fixed it. This place has my respect. Great workplace and 1. excellent staff

We are big fans of this place and have been using them since 2020. My husband has gotten two sets of tires and a set of moto metal rims from here, and I just got my first set of tires for my car. The price they give includes mounting a balancing and is very reasonable, with a very small fee if they dispose of the tires. They also do tinting, car audio, sell hitches, car seat covers, I feel like if you can name it, they can probably do it, or can point you in the direction of who can. Ordered a zone 4.5 lift from there eBay site and only received the rear no front at all lower control arms coils sway bar links hardware all never showed up and just like the rest of the reviews they point blame somebody else what a joke they kept telling me one package one still in transit and it never showed and they stop responding I will post a review everyday until I receive what I paid for.

This place is nothing but a joke!!! Don't waste your time or money going here. They want to blame everything on you when it comes to problems with your vehicle. If you get their mistakes fixed by someone else they tell you that you had too many people in and out of your vehicle and they can't do anything to help you. We have been fighting to get a correct alignment done on our truck since they did the lift on our 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. First they had the wrong wheel bearings on it then they had too much of a negative camber on the front end when they did the first alignment. It ate up the front tires and they are arguing with us about it by saying it wasn't their fault. Eric wants to blame everything on you as the customer and claims that nothing is the techs fault. Unless you like being blamed and getting a total run around don't go here. Then as compensation for their mistakes with the alignment they only wanted to give us the alignment at no charge and then tires at cost. The general manager, Alan, is a massive jerk and only wants to argue with you and give you attitude when you try to explain what is gong on. We didn't even get half a block down the road and we hit te brakes very slightly and it's pulling to the left!!!! We went back and now they are sending us to Newaygo Auto Mall because they admitted that "maybe" their alignment machine can't handle our big truck.
Unfortunately Never Enough lost my business. I was please with the work they did on my older model vehicles. But this time I brought my newer model grand Cherokee to them and the mechanic lost his mind. It felt like they didn't want to do the job they said they could do.
Didn’t diagnose my problems. Only pointed issues out that I already discussed with them over the phone. Their solution was to go somewhere else. Still charged shakedown fees.
Purchased a winch on there ebay store wow such a deceptive seller the item description was for a winch I received a synthetic rope for $400 instead jeeze didn't even offer to send me the correct item or apologize there were more hurt with me putting request for return still waiting for them to send return shipping label buyer beware. So update I tried to reach out and resolve this amicably they refused never once apologized in the beginning until now someone replied and said that by me making a review that I was making things less in my favor and wanted me to purchase another winch then when the piece of rope was returned that they sent instead of the winch would they refund the money 4 hundred and change I dont have another 4 hundred laying around jeeze they also say they already sent me a return label no they haven't I remind everyone when buying from these guys please check to see if they have the item and if the item numbers are correct I mean its hard right now so alot of us save money and purchase these items thinking these sellers are reliable I was even told look for another winch I did then they said no not that one how about this one so pay again and have almost 800 dollars tied up until we feel like giving you the other refund just be careful people just cause a business has been going on for 20 years doesn't mean they have never done a customer wrong be aware
I've had a bad experience with those guys. Bought an item off eBay from them in March 2025. It arrived a full week too late (yes, you read correctly) than expected. I managed to return it, but it took so long and the communication with them was horrible. I left 3 voicemails and probably as many emails.. only to get one rude email after a few days telling me to return it. Not a single short phone call to apologize, no, no.. What pissed me off the most is that I only got a partial refund. The cost of shipping was not refunded, despite the fact it was their fault for the late delivery. A sham of a company really.
Never Enough is an excellent business. We have used their services for 3 different vehicles, and every time, the results have been fantastic. Most recently, Brad, Allen, Eric, and the team helped us with our Van Conversion to make it more capable for off-road camping. Brad provided us with several tire options at different price points, and we are thrilled with the Falken Wildpeak AT4W Tires and Bilstein B6 front and rear shocks and struts. They even installed an additional window in our already converted van, and Allen integrated it into the existing finish perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results, and the follow up from the owner about the work. A++ business.
Unbeatable customer service! Contacted Never enough early in the week with a couple of questions and immediately got a response from a knowledgeable associate. They were able to get my parts (cheaper than buying them online) and schedule me an appointment within 3 days! Beyond happy with the result, can not recommend this place enough. If you are looking add anything to your vehicle this is the place to do it!

I recently went in to never enough for a clunky front end on my Jeep Gladiator. The sales person was very helpful and went out crawl under the vehicle and found the front trac bar had a bad bushing. They also let me know that the manufacturer warranty should cover a new trac bar . They immediately emailed the manufacturer and had a new one in three days. They scheduled a time to remove the old and replace with the new one. Only charge I had was labor and it was very reasonable. I have had things worked on before at never enough and they have always been friendly , professional and honest with me. I definitely give them 5 stars
Found some awesome rims that they had listed on Facebook marketplace and Brad, Eric, and the rest of the team were able to work with my schedule for picking the rims up. Made a 2 hour drive one way to pick the rims up and I’d make the drive again!

We have made several purchases for upgrades to my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. The Never Enough team is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Brad worked with us to get a rear bumper and tire carrier to match the front bumper that was purchased somewhere else. When we decided to upgrade the wheels, once again Brad worked with us to find some awesome wheels that were within our budget. The installation was great and they made sure we were happy with the stance before fully installing. We will definitely be back again (and again, and again, and again)!
