I dont know what kind of business this is or how they operate without answering a phone is insane. ordered a driveshaft for my f350 over 2 weeks ago on ebay and its still not shipped. they absolutely will not answer the phone, im at they're mercy because I can't find this part anywhere else. uploading a FEW screenshot of my calls to them...all of wich have been unanswered.
Seriously how many times can you call a supposed business and them never answer. Does anyone work here?? Not even an automated answer. Call waiting. Nope just don’t answer for days on end. Open to close I’ve called can’t leave a message. How are you open? Don’t call you’ll be sorely disappointed

The woman that answered the phone all three times I had to call was absolutely SPLENDID! She answered my questions, called me back with a shipping quote (in under two hours!) and had a WONDERFUL attitude and customer service. I live a few hours away from this place and found a part of theirs on Ebay, ordered and paid over the phone, and am thrilled with their service1
Horrible customer service. No matter your personal feeling against a business; when A paying customer calls and you hang up on them not once but twice.If I could give a lower rating I would. Definitely will make sure you never received a lick of business from anyone I know. Good luck keeping your doors open providing that type of service.
i had called about a mirror for a 2002 gtp grand prix, ask the guy on the phone if this was a black cherry, maroon in color, told him the picture was not clear on the internet, he said yes, i received this in a few days. now i need to send back color was not even close to what i told the guy what i needed. other than that service as to getting part was great.
