After waiting 2 hours for AAA to even get us in the queue, we called Auto Ranch - Todd was there in less than 30 minutes to tow our car with a cut in the sidewall (we only had a tire fill up system) 47 miles to our dealer. Very pleasant guy - got us there quickly, safely and for a great price! Glad we broke down close to him! Highly recommend!
On a Sunday afternoon Todd came to my rescue and changed the flat tire on my utility trailer....and in record time..... I was back on the road within an hour of calling him .... excellent service.....many thanks to Todd....

Flat tire threatened to make us miss the ferry to Manitowoc WI. Luckily our insurance company called Auto Ranch Towing and Todd arrived within 10 minutes, rushed putting on our spare, and got us back on the road within anotther 10 minutes. Great job Todd.

Needed a rather obscure ignition part at 5:30 pm on a Saturday. Called, and they were closed but there and agreed to stay while I made the 45 minute drive. Then we drove around in the dark until we git the right part on the third try. Super friendly, unbelievably helpful, absolutely awesome.
Todd was there for me in my hour of need. I hit a deer on the freeway. I'm pretty sure my car is totalled. The tow truck came promptly, and then took me to a safe spot and waited with me until my wife could pick me up and all the groceries I had just bought before the accident. Great company, they beat out everyone of my quotes I got from 4 different towing companies. He showed up after driving all day long and helped me load up my car that my dad had helped me to maintain before he had passed away. He has always helped my family out and kept a great working relationship with my dad and came everytime he called. Took great care to make sure that my car did not get any scratches, dings, dents or plastic broken when loading on and off of his trailer and even pointed out that he did not want to damage something that means a lot to me. I got a flat on US31 southbound and Todd helped me tow my Tesla to a Firestone in Muskegon. They were so friendly and professional. The whole process went very smoothly. Their positive attitude helped calm my nerves since I get anxious very easily. This was the first time this car got towed so I didn’t know how it would go. Todd even told me about my car’s tow mode and how to get it to work if it ever needs to get towed again. 100% recommend this business.
If I could I'd give 10 stars. Its always refreshing to work with a honest professional. Todd came to rescue my wife and I after we got stuck in some sand on a back road. Besides helping us for an extremely fair price, we chatted and had a great conversation. He waited around to make sure we got out safe and sound. Once we got out he called to confirm we hit pavement and are all set as well to give us a heads up to keep our eyes out for some upcoming cool views.
By far the best experience I've ever had with a towing company.

My husband and I were heading out of town for a day away and our car broke down as soon as we arrived. Todd was quick pick us up and bring us back home. Not the way we planned the day but was so thankful for the Auto Ranch’s quick and friendly service!
My engine overheated in the evening while I was driving on the highway. I pulled over and found that not only was the engine over heating but it leaked a bunch of fluid. Auto Ranch Towing was recommended by another towing service who was not available to help. Todd was quick to find me, load up my vehicle and give my vehicle and I a ride to the dealership. I felt safe. This was an easy transaction. I would recommend.
We was on our Memorial Day Vacation 2023 (about 130 miles from our home) and our line connection hose to the power steering reservoir broke off. At 9:45pm we called Auto Ranch Towing and Salvage, and even tho they was closed, an employee met us their to get our part we needed!!! Todd and sandy and very nice honest people. They are affordable and very experienced when it comes to vehicles and getting them. I have also got many quality used parts off vehicles from him. Todd’s experience with vehicles has helped me a lot with finding the right parts for my vehicles. Auto ranch salvage is by far my favorite business.
Todd was very honest and great. I was visiting from out of town stuck in the woods on a 2 track. and he found the most affordable and logical way to get my truck out of here. There are some business owners out there that are still driven be honesty and integrity and Todd is defiantly one of them.

Will 100% use Auto Ranch again! They are now my go to towing friends. Great customer service and communication. When I spoke with Todd about my dilemma he asked all the right questions to make sure he brought the right piece of equipment out. I should mention that I’m in a pretty remote part of MI but he made the trek! Great prices, and was concerned about how to not hurt the SUV as he pulled it out.
